Hi, renting process was no problem but I returned the van last night at 11:30pm and they still charged me after the time it was returned. My assigned return time was 10:59am but they put on the form that I returned the van at 11:34am.

Communication is not good. They claimed they sent me messages but I didn't get any and in addition to that I received lots of wrong information plus they didn't hear from my call to book that I'd be there by 3 and they canceled my reservation as it showed mid day. Needs improvement and updates.

Phone call was never answered by person and the message said closing time @ 7pm, but they were closed at 5. Also, not everyone is good with a cell phone and that was a hassle. You need another alternative.

All was great until after-hours return. The system was very convoluted and difficult and the app was buggy. It took us almost 30 minutes to return it because of challenges of using the app and all the steps. There was another couple returning at the same time and it took them just as long and we were all complaining. Bad system.

I used the truck from 12p- 430p. This receipt says I brung it back at 5:58. Also, this was a $19 rental with NO extras. I did not use more than the 40 miles I deliberately asked for more than I would need. The total bill being $283 is absurd and needs to be fixed immediately or legal actions will follow. The young lady told me to lave the keys in the truck as she was cleaning outside. I'll be there 2mr to rectify this matter

This was the worst truck rental I have ever had to deal with. It had nothing to do with with pickup place or drop off location. I booked this on-line and when I found out I needed to adjust the time of pickup I tried calling the u-haul main number. I was put on hold for 30 min then hung up on. I did this thee times and was hung up on each time. I decided to try the on-line chat help. That worked great except it turned out they moved the pickup point from 1 mile away to about 15 miles away from my house. In addition they doubled the cost of the truck from approx 300 to 600. I only discovered it when I went to pick it up. The staff at the pickup place were very helpful and adjusted the price back to the initial quote. The drive and move went well. Not sure why but they did not give me a drop-off location, but told me to call a number when I wanted to drop it off. Even though there was a U-Haul place not 2 miles from my location. They sent me about 18 miles away for drop off. Two days later I got an adjusted bill that tried to charge me additional $110 for ab extra two days and additional mileage. When I called concerning this the drop-off location was very helpful in eliminating the charges. I feel u-haul was just messing with me the entire time.

When I rented the truck I was not told I would be charged for pads that were left in the truck. I was also not aware that I would be charged an after hours service fee. This was my first time using uhaul and I'm very disappointed.

Van needed to be cleaned. Last user had left a floss pick in the cup holder on the driver's side. The driver's side window also had a large grease mark that made it difficult to see out of. This concerned me about the cleanliness of the van during a pandemic but otherwise, the van was in good condition and operated well.

my original reservation was for 24 hr. rental then they switched my pickup time for later and also changed it to a 20hr rental. I should have paid more attention but I was so busy with everything else. I wish they would have pointed that out. it made me late because of that change and had a late fee.

The truck window was very dirty and no windshield wiper fluid; therefore the sun caused gleaming on window making it difficult to see. Informed staff when returned truck. Later received a call and apology for truck being dirty and an unsought adjusted to my bill. The staff was friendly and appropriately dealt with the situation.

I arrived and note on door said at lunch until 3pm so I waited. Told her the app could not see my location likely a phone setting so she took my keys and said she would check it and email me. Just felt weird to walk away without a final bill or signed turn reciept in hand as I w as a day early. I did get a final bill with no additional charges later.

An earlier notification when the pick-up location is changed. I had already left home when the email arrived (I don't get email on my phone). Next time, I will be more careful to get notifications by text message, and I recommend that to everybody!

They didn't read the gas gauge accurately. They said it was at 3/4 tank. But it was at 1/2 a tank. I had to spend more money than necessary to refuel just to avoid the $3.75/gal punishment for not returning it at the level they wanted it. UNACCEPTABLE.
