Anne DI normally get my trucks from this location but they did not inform me of the massive damage that was on the truck! Someone should have went through the truck with me instead of just allowing me to leave to check the truck myself. Good thing I'm aware of what to do or else I would have been lost by the amount of damage on the outside of this truck

deloris sI rented a uhaul for a specific time and had to wait an hour to get it, I actually had to leave and go back. I got back and then they then ended up sending me to a full new location to get it. The uhaul was dirty and sticky on the inside. At the least the staff was polite

geraldine b | Expérience généraleA U-Haul dispatcher (female) called me on Friday, February 16 to inform me that there were no vehicles available at the East Livingston location and asked me if Reading would be okay. I said yes, not knowing that during the time my son who drove the truck noticed the headlight was out (left) it was like that my son and I did not do anything to the vehicle. I also told the dispatcher that I needed a van because I was not moving furniture. I told her I was moving a small clothing, my small kitchen appliances, and a few accessories and that I only need a van not on truck and she insisted on. Give me a truck anyway saying that this truck had to go out to Brooklyn so that's what they said they said that this particular truck had to go out to Brooklyn. . I don't like their attitude, nor did I like their demeanor. I think they had very poor customer service. It's unfortunate that I had experienced this.
Tesha RI just moved into the area and Allentown seemed far but really was closer than I thought to the move. Trailer was great and the staff was inviting. The man that guided us to park was patient and understanding and very motivated in helping us. The lot was buzzing and they went out of the way to let everyone know they saw them and acknowledged. I was truly impressed and happy that I chose this location. I will visit again should I have a need.
Lynn BThey called me on Wednesday to drop the truck off at another location I took it there and then the person said he could not take the truck he didn’t have room so then I had to be transferred several time from Texas location to Pa location and still was no help ended up taking the truck back to the original location and they stated they would refund me $100 back for the inconvenience of them making me miss my school appointment when I brought the truck back way before drop off time and o still haven’t received it then on top of that the staff was rude and racist as fuck

MICHAEL BThe rental went Well with no hitch but after the rental I was taking pictures during the self return uhal app an a homeless man tried sneaking up on me... the place was poorly lite...I immediately place my hand in my pocket as if I was reaching for a weapon an stared directly at him as he approached me...he walked by me an then made a u-turn an walked back out of the dimly poor lightning uhaul return area back onto the street... I only wonder what could of happened if i had not noticed him in that POORLY LITE AREA in Allentown..

Clarissa GI was not happy that the truck had a lot of snow and ice on the windshield and roof. Ice and snow was blowing all over rte 22. I made the reservation a couple of days in advance so they had time to prep.

desiree cEveryone who works there, especially Carmen and Angel in the UBox department, are friendly and professional. I had boxes there for over a year and also a storage unit. Every time I went there, I had an easy and good experience. Everyone who answered my phone calls also took care of whatever I needed and was very kind and helpful. My items were always safe and secure. This is a great facility.
Deana B | Expérience généralePosted hours are until 7pm, but I was never able to access after 5:30. There is a number to call in case of issues, I've never once gotten through or heard back after leaving a message. Supposed to get one month free, was refused multiple times, and they even raised my rent after the second inquiry. My unit was split, ¾ was nice hardwood and ¼ was up a step, raw concrete, metal mesh sticking out, and a huge concrete column right in the middle of the space with metal sticking out. Unit expected to be cleaned, but a simple broom and dustpan are not available. I was able to borrow a broom but had to use a gift bag as a dustpan. Also no trash cans on the entire floor to dump the dirt into. "Climate controlled" but CONSTANTLY above 80 degrees, takes forever to move heavy objects in that heat with no circulation. Elevator too small, provided carts barely fit door-to-door with not enough clearance to turn. Main level door is opposite of Mezz level, makes it very difficult to get in and out with a full cart since there isn't enough room to turn. Especially since the carts hinge in the middle instead of one side so they can't be easily turned around.

They say hello, put you on hold and never pick up again. They are, however, very friendly and do seem to try and fix the issue. They just don't.

ELNORA C | Premières impressionsMy experience with staff was good, however my experience with the storage facility was not. •We came to the facility at 7pm with furniture to place in storage. •The elevator was broken, and there was a gentleman waiting in his car because his things were stuck on the 3rd floor. • The number provided for "assistance " didn't work. •The alarm kept coming on and stayed on the entire time we were moving. •We were approached by police & told we were trespassing, and we were questioned. •We were told our unit was on the "1st floor" by your staff, but had to take stairs to move our things into the unit. •Also, the large sliding doors were locked we had to squeeze ourselves and our furniture through a regular sized door. Tenants should be able to have 24 hour access to their storage and not have to struggle to get into a storage facility they pay monthly for. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Merci

So I show up the next morning they had no other units available for me. Staff definitely tried to help me as far as the truck went , I was overwhelmed, I had to call customer service again so they can reschedule for another unit else where ,which then I get to an is closed so now I had to stay with the U-Haul truck I had two extra days ! But thank God Eagle wing storage was able to help me out especially since I'm disabled Emanuel and Adam were GREAT an helped my husband and I tremendously ! I do appreciate the staff at both Locations for all the Help but customer service Sucks !!

(very nice). The round look I received did not fit the large locking latch, it fit the small latch. That was my only concern. All & all it was a very pleasurable experience.

Sean B | Premières impressionsI had to call the police on the manager Franklin because of his erratic behavior after the police were called He told the officers for me to take all my stuff out of the unit immediately officer went on to ask him Yes my rent for the storage unit was up-to-date he says yeah the police officer told him that he cannot kick me out after reviewing u-Haul‘s storage lease then he went onto restricting me from renting trucks in order for me to empty my unit at the end of the day if this location isn’t safe for anyone my suggestion get rid of the manager find a new one and by the way I’ve been with you guys for over 10 years and never had a problem until this manager name Franklin showed up take that into consideration

Doralia V | Online Move InWonderful over all experience I was considering occupying a 10x10x10 space but unfortunately one was not available on the same floor where I already have a smaller storage space (3rd floor) The GM and his staff did everything in their power to accommodate my needs but were unsuccessful in finding me a spot on my desired floor they did find me a spot on another floor but the troubles it would have caused would have made the occupancy troublesome so I decided not to move in and explained my dilemma to the GM and his staff they completely understood and were able to refund me my cost. What an awesome team. Koodles to you U-Haul.

No one at the store could help remove charges from my bill, so now I have to use a general customer service number that may not help my case. This storage facility would be better off without any of its workers. I will never use Uhaul again and will make sure no one I know uses Uhaul's services.

Unfortunately, it was in the mezzanine where there is a step that prevents you from taking the loaded storage cart up to the door. I had to stop at the step with the cart before walking EACH individual item to my 5×5×10 storage unit. I asked for a better spot but I would have had to get a smaller unit 5x5x5. If you store items there, ask for David, he has excellent customer service skills. Some other guy there was very rude. Wish I had his name. David was extremely helpful, although I didn't get a good unit. Don't go on the mezzanine without checking or asking for a spot before the step. Don't do the step unless there are NO other spaces available. It's extra work when moving into a small storage space or any storage unit. By the way, I tried to resolve with the rude guy.

When I got there my truck was gone because the guy again told me once I have the reservation it's ok to come whenever that day big lies because the truck was gone and I had to use a caravan from them that end up costing me more to get someone else's truck which was inconvenient. Never again I rather leave them under a bridge!路♀️

My facility didn't have one so Tyrell Owens in the Allentown store called the Easton store who had some. When I got to Easton they said they didn't have any. The young man didn't even look he just said he didn't have it but then he looked after I said Allentown called and had the truck. Tyrell Owens and staff in Allentown was wonderful but Easton was horrible.

The fact that you have to swipe to enter and swipe to leave the premises give you the extra peace of mind and tranquility. If there is something I would like to implement is that, I would've preferred to see staff quickly react to alarms when tenets do not swipe for access to their units. Making the security purposes more secured. The alarm is for a purpose, and it means someone's unit has been open without card access to open the unit.

It also wouldn't let me open the door to get out without a key. So I was literally stuck.
