Two guys working at desk spoke so low I couldn't understand. They didn't attempt to speak up. Appeared lazy and inactive. The top man at the desk (tall/lanky/slow) was annoying. The personalities were awful. An UPS young woman came from another section to offer assistance. She was excellent.

The tire light kept coming on and the Das lit up with tire maintenance. I had to call road side and have someone come out to check tge tires. He found the passenger back tire wasn't put in correctly and wasn't get the tire pressure to the sensor. It needs to get fixed please

GM Ray Richardson and installer Brendan Huebner were excellent as they both listened to my needs and executed the install to perfection. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing any trailer install needs. Great work and great communication from this team!

Every interaction from booking the reservation to dropping off the truck was professional and courteous. Staff explained your processes till I was sure I understood, walked me to the truck, and ensured everything was squared away as I left. Je les recommande fortement.

The online check in process was cumbersome and would have preferred to simply have an employee there to walk through with me. I was shocked that the truck I rented had no back up camera and I was not even able to adjust the mirrors - from inside or outside the truck. That seems crazy to me because most people that rent these don't ever drive anything similar. Had I not had a passenger to spot me for backing I would not have felt comfortable to do it. Inside staff in this store were very friendly and helpful.

teach them how to properly put straps on cars so they dont fall off. if you say the gm will call me within 3 days, make sure a week doesnt go by without a call.

I received my invoice in Spanish and I don't speak Spanish. Overall the people at these 2 locations were fine but the overall UHaul experience this time, I would give 1 star.

Truck was clean and ran great. I got relocated to a different pickup location and you guys made it right for the inconvenience. Thank you for that. Drop off, I was just told to drop the keys and I would get an email with the receipt.

Everyone was very helpful, kind and understanding even when my starsge unit fee was late.... Once paid and I closed account I appreciated the discount as fees accrued quickly... Thank you u- haul!!! And thank you Ray!!! You guys and gals are awesome... The lot attendant was sooo kind and nice and when I rented the truck was kind enough to show me the features in the van... I hope his grandpa is ok... Was nice to have the friendliness of all of the staff殺...

Sometimes exiting this location is very difficult. You can only turn right and it is near impossible to get across all the lanes to turn left with the large trucks/vans. I'm not sure if it is possible for this location, but another exit area would make this much easier

The appointment was scheduled 2+ weeks out. However, it needed to be changed because the "tech" was going to be out the scheduled day. My wife took-off to accommodate the tech. When the hitch was installed, sever muffler supports were removed to allow access. The vehicle was returned without the muffler supports being reinstalled (bolt is missing). Vehicle is not safe to drive with muffler unsupported. Not sure if "tech" will supply the missing/removed bolt; he didn't even seem to know it was missing. NEED ASSISTANCE ASAP!

Had to deal with water damage, break in's, mice infestation and a disrespectful manager. Will never do business with U-Haul again, storage or truck rentals!

One of your staff closed the account without my approval. This is more of an annoyance for me as I came in after deciding that I would close the account. But I find it troublesome when people do things without my approval. I had cleaned out the locker to go through everything, and it would have been very upsetting if I had decided that I needed to move things back in.

There is a mouse trap in my unit with a dead mouse in the trap. I am not sure how often they get cleaned, cleared but I am sure it will get smelly at some point. Also, the roads around the storage facility are treacherous. there are dips and curb bump outs randomly and I cannot imagine navigating in a uhaul truck. I had a time in my subaru. My unit was locked and I had to go to the front desk to get them to remove the lock. It was not a major issue bc it was during office hours but the video etc say you just break the seal and lock and key are inside your unit. That was not the case.....it was not a major inconvenience but had potential to be had I come after hours.

Not a problem with this location. Overall problem with u-haul itself. I have already called corp. They did not respond back as they said they would. Follow up is very lacking. Would not recommend or use u-haul again.

The staff is INCREDIBLY helpful and kind. They were welcoming, informative, patient and even walked back to the storage units to show me where mine was. When I went down the wrong street, the guy (I SO wish I could remember his name) ran down the hill to catch me and point me in the right direction. Everyone is super awesome there!

I would never rate this uhaul storage facility to anyone. The only good part of this facility is that the staff was sympathetic when I informed them that multiple expensive pieces of furniture had grown mold on them. Keep in mind my furniture was only left in the storage facility for LESS than a month. I paid for an indoor storage unit, and it turns out those indoor units have access windows to the outdoors (or at least the hallway). When I was going to the storage unit, I was sent to it only to find out it had a lock on it. I had to wait in line for half an hour to tell someone I could not move my stuff into my storage unit. Come to find out, not only did the company have a lock on it, but it had not been cleaned. So I had to stand there while an employee got rid of countless spiderwebs and dirt. So that was a terrible way to even start the experience and on top of that, I found spiders, other creatures, mold, and pollen all over my belongings when I was moving out. When I initially expressed concern to the employee the day I moved out, they only told me that they would do me a favor by letting my throw my belongings with overgrowth out in the dumpster even though it was full. While it was helpful not to have to take my things to an entirely different dumpster, they had NOTHING to say about compensation for my ruined belongings or offering any avenue of help beyond a place to trash things I had saved for my new apartment. Fast forward three weeks, I've tried to contact the main department for UHaul for help with this issue, with no response. And then I see I was charged for ANOTHER MONTH on my storage unit after I was specifically told it was cancelled when I moved out three days before the contract would have renewed. Again, a nice employee gave me a refund and when I told her about my situation with my ruined belongings, she suggested I call the claims desk and said I needed pictures... well no one told me the day of I would need pictures. On the day of I was just told where to throw out my hundreds of dollars worth of furniture. The employee that day basically put the nails in my coffin in terms of claim requests. So overall, I wish I had chosen a different storage unit. The mold, pollen, bugs, dirt, lack of preparedness on both check in and check out have left a terrible taste in my mouth.

The only thing I will say in regards to having a negative experience is the associate failed to check or tell us there was a vacancy lock on our unit so I have to drive back up to the desk to get them to come out and remove it

It did not start well. Wrong unit was assigned and then it was locked when I came today. Wasn't told a star goes before the number on the gate. The gentleman on Thursday late afternoon smelled like weed. Wasted a lot of my time. Hopefully it gets better now.

My only two comments is when I put the new I guess it was a fan system above the Entry in the building my unit was in you could open up the door at the end the whole way to my unit I had to bring stuff out close the door take it out the entrance. I moved out on the 14th I am not sure if I'm so charge the whole month of November or not I didn't think about asking that when I was there.

Great staff and decent facility - not quite as nice as other self storage places but it's pretty clean! The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is that it's nearly impossible to get anyone at that location on the phone - I always get routed to a call center which is frustrating when I've had site specific questions.

Apparently my call was routed to a central booking center from the internet and not the facility in Annapolis that I wanted. The call center provided me with the storage units I wanted and a confirmation number when I got to the Annapolis facility 15 min later those storage units were not available. This was very discouraging. However, Billy at the Annapolis facility on West St. Was very accommodating and helped me find a comparable unit. He did a great job and represented the company well.

The staff in the office needs more training. It would be nice if it was open earlier as the before hour box never seems to work. Our unit and hallway wasn't very clean either and we needed to call to get glass cleaned up. I did however love the location since we were renting a truck.

Service was great but the truck straight up died on me. Couldn't be revived with a jump bc the starter was bad. The uHaul team was helpful and apologetic but the truck issue really threw a wrench into my moving day plans and required that I leave all my stuff in the truck in a parking lot awaiting repair of the truck. Hoping and expecting a discount on the truck rental given that it died on me and required an audible.

The female employee was very helpful. The white male employee working inside at the counter didn't care to much to help me. He preferred I call the 1-800 number instead of getting help in store. This good review is for her help and not for his. Also the map is poorly designed.
