I chose to drop off my uhaul at a closer address and you all switched the day before my reservation. I had to drive 2 hours round trip to just pick up to uhaul which I didn't account for that additional gas in my budget. And when I spoke to customer service they basically told me it is what it is and no sort of compensation was going to be credited to me.
Garrett D.The tail pipe had been cut down so it was very loud. The entire truck was banged up and dirty. It ran rough, and could barely keep it at 30 mph going uphill. Even though I paid for damage waiver, I had to document the excessive damage before leaving lot. Your digital system was not user friendly, timed out several times, the associate had to reset and I had to start all over. I spent 45 minutes in the lot retaking multiple pictures because there was so much pre existing damage.

Matthew K.I had no problem with this specific location. My problem is with uhaul as a company. I couldn't get ANYONE on the phone to help me. I waited on hold for hours multiple times just to get hung up on every single time. I also requested no less than 5 call backs and waited for hours and no one called me back. Your customer service is severely lacking. I also bought moving help only for the company to call me and say they had no availability yet they were still available to book on the website. And I still have not received a refund for the moving help that I never got. The truck itself was great and easy to use and it was clean. Again, this location isn't the problem. It's the customer service that is horrendous.

I am going to ask my attorney if i can sue you for trying to charge my credit card $7380. this is the 3rd time you have charged one of my credit cards with no authorization from me. i am tired of it and now i had to block my credit card so no more charges would go thru. i will never use uhaul again as long as i live

Maura L.I rented a trailer for two days and took it back in less than 24 hrs and didn't get a refund for one day.. crazy stuff …I am unhappy that they lost my reservation, made me wait two hours in the parking lot for another customer to empty his trailer in storage before I could rent the same size of trailer…still had to go and load it up and drive back four hours to where we were going…it was all a crazy mess

sao M.The representative who called me to provide the rental pick up location had provided a pick up location in Tucson, AZ which is 117miles away from Scottsdale, AZ where I lived. The representative advised that is the only location that has a truck size I reserved. I had made reservations 3months ahead of time to avoid issues. The only thing that representative offered for my inconvenience was 50mile add on to my miles. There was no supervisor available that day since it was Sunday. I did call the next day and requested a supervisor immediately and miraculously some how a truck the size I reserved appeared in several locations in Phoenix metropolitan area. Very unhappy with the service I received with the representatives in charge in calling customers with the location pick up.

Dinesh H.I had reserved a dozen moving blankets with my truck. When I showed up at the location they did not have any moving blankets. I had to go to Harbor Freight and spend $85 on moving blankets that I should have been able to rent for less than $15, and the blankets were lesser quality. I have generally had good experiences with Uhaul but this was distinctly a negative one. The truck rental went fine.

Almost killed my dogs off the strength of me needing to use your establishment… Gatorade bottles pencils you name it! It's the start of the day and you guys provided me with a dirty vehicle and you guys opened up late, not providing yourself to properly sanitize the truck. This is not acceptable.

Ashley S.The customer service is horrible. The kid at the counter was to lazy to check the van I rented. He said I'll email you a receipt after I inspect the line of other vehicles. They never emailed me a receipt and wouldn't give me a hard copy. I won't be going back to the one on Apache Road. The uhaul on Country Club is so much better.

Michael L.Signed up for a 6 am pick up. Customer service told me the key must of not been put in the pick up box. Had to wait until 730 to get a truck. 1,5 hour wait makes a big difference when moving in the Arizona heat.

And then it took almost an entire 24 hours for them to check me in so I was worried about what I was going to get charged. Should've not taken that long to get my final bill. Also in general it was expensive per mile plus gas.

Janelle L.Check under the seats for personal items and snacks. We found a bag of mixed nuts that wasn't ours. I appreciated having the sanitizer wipes in the Glove box! The guys were very helpful with getting my car hooked up on the dolly.

Stephanie B.I've rented multiple times from Enterprise for trucks. Their rates have gone through the roof! I rented from you guys, as an experiment to see if I could save money renting the trucks I need on average of every 4-6 weeks. This last rental saved me a bunch, but if there could possibly be a slightly better mileage rate for a 2-3 day rental, I'm committed to you guys! Let me know if I'm a "regular" customer, could I possibly cut any other corners, then, I'm in! Thanks!

Emili D.I went to another location where I had my reservation, the door was locked and no one would open it to allow me to pick up the truck. I sat in the parking lot talking to customer service, who redirected me to this location. Went to this location, picking up went great. Dropped off the truck and the keys were out in the drop box at 6:00 pm the same day, 7 hours after picking it up. I received a phone call the next day at 2:00 (they left a voice mail message which I still have) threatening me to call the police reporting the truck stolen. I am beyond pissed!!!!!! They later realized that the truck and keys were there...BUT THEY SHOULD check their keys drop box first thing in the morning. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Julio C.Fix your reservation process. I had a reservation in casa grande- called to confirm and they said they didn't have what I needed. Rescheduled my reservation with your customer service team for chandler. When I got there, they didn't have my reservation and didn't have what I needed. They called a number to check on all availability in Arizona and they didn't have anything until the next day and didn't have what I reserve until two days from then. My dad ended up calling right after we left and found us one in tempe. The store in Tempe was very friendly, very helpful and they are obviously not to blame for this. But seriously. Get it together.

Aleecia A.The uhaul was dirty in the front and the Sun visor was broken. In Arizona that's a must to have, so driving was a pain. Lastly they asked me how many miles I was going to drive and I gave them an estimate then he put the mileage at 20miles under what I said so of course I went over that then they wanted to charge me $120 because I went over when I told them how many miles I needed. That's just wrong and complete robbery. I'll never rent from them again
