I was charged $284.63 (including a $100 hold) then later charges $251.47. Why? I only rented a 20' van and returned it in less the. 24 hours. Nobody is answering the 1800 number!!!

Yesterday we rented a 26' Uhaul, me thinking evertime a uhaul is used it is cleaned out! Well this one wasn't, there was oil or engine fluid SPILT and I BUSTED MY ASS AND FELL IN THE BACK OF THE U-HAUL!!!! Why wasn't this cleaned up before I rented it out and for my safety? You guys failed and this all could have been prevented if someone in your end did their job and did a walk through, but no, now I have this huge bruise on my butt/leg and can barely walk. I had to stop and clean this mess up, which wasn't even my mess!!!! Who do I need to get in contact with to get this situation handled!?

I suppose I should have asked, but I have never really driven a large truck and it would of been helpful having them go over the various features such as how to drive on steep grades, shifting to lower gears, etc. None of this was gone over, and there's no manual in the truck and your website/app info isn't very helpful with specifics to the truck I was in.

Tell customer service not to tell people these have cruise control when they do not. This was the third place we were told had this size uhaul so finally able to pick up. Original drop off location no one at location so ended dropping off at another location that was great!

The pick up site was fine and friendly. The truck was the problem. It disgusting on the inside. There was died soda on the dashboard, fluid stains on the inside windshield, crumbs in the seats and used napkins/tissues in the passenger side door handle, which covered a half eaten candy cane stuck to the handle. There were several broken slats in the load bay which made tying my equipment down difficult. On top of all of the issues above the engine developed a loud ticking noise and the check engine light came on. Which also brought a smell of exhaust in the cab of the truck. Luckily we were within 10 miles of our final destination when this occurred.

If you' all promisse something to a customer that goes thru a lot of hassle to rent a truck, you' all better do it. I was promised to get extra miles for free because the truck i needed & reserved wasn't available at the nearest location in my apartment & a few hours later I got called it wasn't available at such location anymore & transfered the pick up at a further location which obviously caused me to use more miles, then I got charged for them! Very very bad experience U-Haul!

I originally made the reservation to pick up for this location. However, Uhaul traffic gave me a call in the morning telling me that they had to change my pickup location, but that I could drop off at the original location. I went to that location after work, and they said that the trailers were reserved and they could not give me a trailer, they could not let me drop it off at the original location, and would not reshuffle the trailers to accommodate their mistake. They told me my reservation was at the original location, so I had to drive back there to pick up and drop off. Location was good, coordination from traffic was utterly awful.

I am completely unsatisfied. I was promised a $13.10 credit for bringing it back with a quarter tank which I did, also I was charged $14 for insurance which I did not request. I did not know the details until after I left and looked at my receipt.

The staff at the Apache Blvd store was great! Customer service after pick-up was horrible. No roadside assistance telephone number, on-hold for over 15 minutes per call. I almost had two accidents due to the accelerator sticking, and you had the nerve to charge me for 8.3 miles over!!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!, I don't think so.

Had a reservation at one location and when i got there i was told the car trailer was already rented..i had to go to the other location the opposite way I was going. The process took an hr and a half. Very frustrating. Also i was told it was 49.99/day. I added another day and when i paid it came out to $165.00!! Said it was because i am dropping at another location....not happy with amount charged and the reservation gal never said a word about this charge.

I had scheduled the rental for a location near me, when I got there to pick up the truck I was told they didn't have my reservation!!! Very disappointed in the service I received!!!

Contactless mobile option did not work. My reservation was not submitted to my pickup location over an hour after my scheduled pickup time so I had to go inside when I selected the option to do everything contactless. When I dropped the truck off, the “Add photo” function in the mobile drop off process was not working so I could not upload a photo of the mileage to complete the drop off process. I had to leave the key in the lock box without knowing if my drop off was complete. I was also charged a $20 “After Hours Service Fee” even though I dropped the truck off in a 24-hour return location over 14 hours before my rental window ended so I do not understand this charge. The contactless service was not smooth like I expected it to be — I am frustrated that I had to go inside to pick up the truck, that I couldn't complete the online drop off process due to the website's technical error with being able to add a photo, and that I am being charged an unexplained $20 fee. This was not a pleasant experience.

The person in charged looked like he was really high on maybe meth? and hanging out with this girlfriend. He was incommunicative, not so friendly, and added charges for gas to my bill (not much) but without explaining what the expense was about.

Even after 'moving out' they stole money from my bank every month so I had to spend hours on the phone each month to get them to return my money. MAKE SURE THEY CANCEL CC AUTO PAY WHEN YOU MOVE OUT.

You loaded the u-box on the trailer backwards. My movers could only partially open the door because of the hitch 👎 Then they fraudulently charged my debit card. 😡
