Everything was fast and easy and I loved that. However, the truck was filthy. Extremely dirty inside and outside of the truck and even the steering wheel was so, so sticky. It really was nasty. You need to remember that people are moving their personal belongings to a new home, things of value. Especially now with COVID still going on the maintenance of these trucks needs to be taken even further. I definitely would look somewhere else in the future for renting, somewhere where the location and trucks are clean.JHAIRO C.

I have only one complaint that I was told I could not return the car transport trailer to any U-Haul location... I had to go about 10 miles out of my way to deliver it... other than that the staff was very professional and informative.ERNESTO F.

The staff was the best part of this facility, they were all very helpful & nice. My storage unit was not the best. The doors were damaged & would not close completely therefore dust, dirt, bugs would get into my unit leaving all my stuff dirty. I told the manager Angel & he said he would get back to me & never did so I decided to move my storage elsewhere. Make sure each van/rentals are checked before pick up for any notification lights on, tire pressure and maintenance in general. We had to switch the van twice because one van had nail stuck to the tire, the other van had similar issue.VIGEN N.

I reserved a U-Haul pickup truck online. Got to the location, no pickup truck. This was a major pain, as I'd made time-sensitive moving arrangements, depending on U-Haul to provide the truck I'd reserved. The owner of the location was apologetic, got on the phone with U-Haul, and found a pickup for me at another location. Which I very much appreciated. If not for him, this would be a one-star review.CHAD H.

Helpful and relaxed folks. Perfect for the neighborhood. I stopped doing the mobile check-in. The real human beings work much better. It can get busy at this location, so don't be impatient. I usually take 15-30 mins. before I can drive off the lot. Some reliable workers are waiting outside the business as well, in case you need a hand.Johannes H.

I must say the uhaul.com website is not the most user friendly to navigate. It was hard to figure out whether trailers can be rented on way only for example. The UHaul employee helping me was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Efficient and overall a great experience. This is why I keep coming back to the Los Angeles 'Fletcher' location. Mobile check in is worthless. Takes more work and has so many more checkpoints like calling my 70 year old mom to verify I'll return a truck than waiting in line for 5 minutes. I can't believe this process hasn't improved over the years. Rarely has technology been so much worse than the old school way than this. Kill mobile check in or fix it completely. The online system seems to be totally buggy and ineffective at every step. The online pickup did not work. The system to add a drivers license photo (through a link in a text provided by the staff) did not work. The damage check via a link from the staff did not work. Even the email receipt was oddly delayed. It's not possible to call the location directly beyond hearing a recording of their hours to look into any of these issues. While I was waiting at the location for my rental to be sorted out, I overheard two other customers dealing with similar issues. This was also the third time in a month that I've had the experience of none of the online components working.CATHERINE S.

The staff was exceptional. I was however very thrown-back and disappointed when I had less than 1/8 of the tank when I got in the truck. I rented a 15' truck and was charged fir a dolly that was inside (even though I didn't request one)... I had to move it out of the way because of the items that I was loading... if possible to not automatically load a dolly when renting out the trucks that get in the way so we don't get charged an additional 7 $... for moving it out of our way... I don't think 7 $is a lot but when it's not necessary it kind of makes you feel like you're being taken for 7 $... I rented the 15' truck because I needed the space in a 15' truck not the space plus a dolly... just my opinion... also it's very difficult to see my receipt and haven't received and email with the final charges so that would be helpful if it was available on the app. thank you.Nancy C.

Much improvements are needed on your online reservation system. Renting a trailer for longer than 24 hours is still not available. In addition, my original trailer reservation wasn't available and no body contacted me ahead of the time. If I didn't follow-up with u-haul pro actively I would have wasted my time at my scheduled to pick up time and date.James W.

I was forced to pay my last month in full even though I only used the storage for 1 week. This is why you are getting this review. I should not have to pay for space and time I did not use. That is unacceptable and you should refund me the difference. Roches in the facility but not in my unit thank God. I have pictures.
