Joshua M.It sucks that I was charged an additional day rent when I arrived at 3:45 pm (due at 3:00 pm). I got stuck in traffic then had to wait 30 mins. to get checked in due to only 1 person working and people ahead of me. At the very least it should be prorated and the employee should be able to override the time when there is a delay due to short staffing and the amount of people waiting for service.

James M.My issue was not with the location or equipment it was with the service and attention to correct my concern by store representative. He told me there was nothing he could do that I needed to take up my issue with Uhaul.com, which I did call and email and till today have not heard from an actual person.
JOSE M.Our biggest complaint is that the customer service rep on site never wants or claims to not know how to have our account show as TAX-EMEPT. We are a college and always show our tax-exempt paperwork and we always get charged taxes. We may have to go to another vendor as this is creating a problem with our purchasing department. We use the location nearest to campus, and that is will now need to be changed for the next project.

Bryan G.Being a tad bit off on the gas should not charge me an extra $10 and they get upset because “they have to do it.†If you don't want to do it then simply don't work there. I saw the rate for miles traveled was 0,75 cents and they charged 0,79 cents a mile. I was very unpleased with my experience. I don't think I will ever go back to this location, maybe any uhaul locations again.

Victoria L.When I picked up the truck, I had to walk almost a block to get it because it was parked very far away. The piece of paper said that gas was at 1/4 full. But the tick mark was slightly underneath. I knew this would be an issue. I only drove the truck 11 miles and before returning it, I put a couple dollars of gas back in it, more than enough to cover 11 mi worth of gas. When I returned the truck, I left it where I picked it up and walked back to the office and they told me that I was supposed to return it to the front of the office but they are going to send someone to grab it. I was waiting for well over 10 minutes for someone to get into the truck and bring it to the office. That there tells you how far the truck was. I was waiting for so long that the cashier told me I can go ahead and leave and she would just email me my receipt. When I finally got my receipt, I was charged a $30 fuel service fee and $8,62 fuel charge for 2 gal gas. I was very shocked. Even if I didn't put any gas in the truck, I don't understand why I need to be charged 2 gallons of gas for going 11 mi. I still have a picture of my receipt showing that I did pay for gas only 1 block from drop-off. I'm very surprised this location up-charged me so much. I have a very negative experience with this location.

Not sure if the infamous freeze of 2021 have anything to do with it but, I had to throw away my son's mattress and box spring. I will also have to get my cedar chest refinished, I had an ottoman and a futon along with other fabric items, not sure what happened. Thats why you pay extra for insurance, claim filed. Other than that issue, I would recommend this store/storage for you moving/storage needs.

There was no reason for this. I am really upset that I told the manager about the alarm and it never got fixed as well as still being singled out about locking my unit

She acted like it was a drudgery to do her job and be tactful. Please get more associats like the guy who was there. He really cared about his job.

I was broken into twice in the course of a year.Many thousands of dollars in machines and tools are gone . The first time they cut the lock , they took 2 portable shelves on wheels that had tools, along with (4) evaporation machines valued at $900 each. They also took an electric jack hammer and a carpet stretcher and many other tools.. The second time they broke in they went through all the boxes and took anything of value and put on a Uhaul padlock on the door when they were done that my keys would not open to cover their tracks. The only thing worse than me being broken into was that the staff told me I wasn't the only one... I cant help but wonder how I got targeted when I never saw anyone in my comings and goings.. My unit was never open for anyone to see..I cant begin to tell you how it hurts for a lifetime of tools gone..I would appreciate a reply...... David Barrett 832 443 6077
