Was not told we needed to fill tank or there would be a fee. There were a lot of up charges and it ended up being much more expensive than initially thought.

Welcoming staff as soon as I walked through the door. Helped me with my reservation and got back on the road in minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone. And the return process was the exact same. Merci.

Staff was awesome!! I forgot my furniture pads and they credited it back to me. Trailer was in good shape and well maintained. They hooked it up and unhooked it I never had to touch it good customer service. Will be returning when needed!

People where great.they where very helpful and made sure the units was ready,even tho we had problems with UHaul 800 number with our unit being cancelled because we couldn't seem to pay for it on line. But the guys in Beckley handled it and got us took care of and even gave us our monthly free rent. Thanks very much

I didnt return to this location I dropped off after hours at Harper Rd location. Thats where I had issues using the uhaul/share website.

I don't know of any thing that could have done any better. Salesman was great, courteous and well knowledgeable. We got in and out in a timely manner due to the ability to preregistration on the app. Equipment worked as instructed. This was a great experience. Thank you U-Haul and associates.

I booked a large storage unit before moving here. Talked to the store twice to confirm. Upon arrival, they had no record of my reservation and did not have the unit size available. I did get some units together that suited my needs, just was concerning with moving across the country with truck on its way. The staff was courteous and helpful, I rented a truck a couple times as well as having the units and they were great with that as well. All in all, after a bit of a rough start, it was a great experience.

Make sure to confirm the truck info matches what is on the contract. Everybody was very nice but this caused quite a bit of stress when returning the truck.

The young lady that helped me was very nice. I selected one unit but after seeing it, I realized I needed a larger unit. The UHAUL employee was patient and professional throughout the whole process.

None of the employees were wearing masks, I know it may not be required in every state or municipality but I would've felt a little safer if they had been.

Let the customer know when the extra equipment they request isn't available. We ordered two furniture dollies, but only one was available when we arrived. We were moving a very heavy piano and it was very difficult with only one dolly.

Also very nice employees here! We had gone a bit over the 89 miles allowed and planned to pay the difference, but they waived the fee. More than made up for the scheduling issue!

Your staff provided excellent customer service. We were unaware our fuse was blown which prevented the lights on the uhaul trailer from coming on. They fixed the fuse for us and we greatly appreciated the help!!

Truck was nasty and it smelled bad, breaks squeaked, steering was bad, motor had a miss, tires shook the whole truck, had only half tank of fuel, the guys working there were not friendly or helpful. I will never be back!!!!!

Zackery was amazing !!! He was very polite and courteous while providing a great a service. He insured my truck and trailer were available before finalizing up my order; he also made sure I had all the straps and tie down to secure it my motorcycle to the trailer. Zack was very patient to inspect the equipment and ensured the defectives were clearly recorded. Great Job !!!

I had a a large uhaul truck with auto transport, which barely fit into parking lot. Needed to drop auto transport off first before unloading truck. Uhaul store clerk basically told me to take my vehicle off myself and then he would take off auto transport. Even as I crawled under my vehicle to remove safety chains, guy just stood from afar watching me. Even while returning truck later, he barely spoke to me. No communication. The outdoor pullin return stations are a joke everywhere. You sit there for 5 minutes like the signs instruct you to do so, but when you get out you see 2 or 3 guys either on a smoke break or sitting in office.

The rates are higher than advertised, in that we ended paying 51,00 $ instead of the 19,95 $ that was advertised with all of the add-on fees, so that was misleading in my opinion, plus, one employee advised that we could drop off the vehicle if we had to after hours and place the keys in the drop-off box (which we did) BUT we had a call from an employee there who called to let us know we were over-due in returning the vehicle WITHOUT even checking the drop-off box FIRST, which I believe is irresponsible, causing us undue stress during a very busy time of our lives right now. It is also difficult to get a call through - one must hold for excruciating periods of time before speaking to a representative from your company. I believe these inadequacies should be addressed if you wish to have a top-rate company in the future.

I reserved two storage units by phone from out of town. Talked to them one the phone twice but when I arrived they did not have anything reserved for me. I had a truck coming from out of state the next day. Fortunately they had three units that i could reserve since there were no large units available. It all worked out, but would have rated higher if they had my reservation after the two calls to confirm.

Most everything was fine. Most of the staff was very helpful. However, it was difficult getting someone on the phone at times in the office. I WOULD use them again.
