Probably could improve customer service by not telling paying customers with reservations that if they had come any later they would have been refused a truck. If I arrive during normal business hours and have a reservation I don’t need to explain to a guy with a general manager shirt that I should be able to rent a truck. I don’t care if it’s 30 mins before close. If you wanted to stop business at 4:30 then close at 4:30 but your open till 5pm so I should be welcomed to be a customer. Other people work long days too but I’m not allowed to make comments like that to paying customers.

Appliance dolly’s wheels were flat. Told us the dolly was in the truck...it wasn’t, had to go back. The person there was terrible, miserable and could care less on being helpful.

The door of our uhaul was stuck in the roof because of a piece of metal that was preventing it from coming down. I called the local uhaul not 1, not 2, not 5 BUT 10 TIMES to get someone to come out and fix the damn door, every time I called I was transferred to the dumb ass customer service center where no one could help at all. It was RIDICULOUS. finally my boyfriend was able to fix the door, after getting set back for 2 hours. Spent $100 on a damn truck that didnt even function properly and no one gave a damn!

Got billed long after left locker, door to lockers didn’t actually work so needed employee to gain access. Wouldn’t call back after they corporate said they would.

Make sure the equipment reserved is available at the location it was reserved. I had to go to Vestal originally. They didn't have the trailer I had reserved there so they transferred my reservation back into Binghamton. My time and gas were wasted having to go backwards.

Site manager was very rude and talking down to fellow employees. He expected them to greet customer at the door or yell to the customer and flag them to counter. That it self is rude. He needs anger management, ethics and edicts training. Other business associates familiar with that location contacted me and agree.

ceilings falling down in unit. mildew smell, floor covered with damaged sheetrock, ceiling insulation falling down, holes in walls. unit not fit to store outdoor equipment let alone personal items
