The app was pretty unreliable and frustrating to use. Staff didn't seem like they knew about the rental and the keys were at the counter. Truck has more miles and less fuel than the app stated at pickup. Otherwise it was fine.

Le service a été excellent. I was bugged by customer service on the phone because all I wanted was the store. But once I got to the store, I was happy. The people that helped me rent the car hauler were absolutely fantastic. They helped me understand how to work the car hauler. While at the counter, it was easy to get through the rental and payment process. Overall well pleased.

I think I might have been billed wrong. I overestimated my miles when I came in cause I didn't know if I could get everything in 2 trips or 3 and I came in way under my mileage guess but still got charge as if I did my full estimate.

You guys stole from me I was charged an extra 21,45 without my knowledge I had equipment for less then 2 hours I'm pissed I paid the cost of the trailer and a pin . Next thing I know there was another charge added and I had no knowledge. Is this what you do steal from your customers

After making a reservation for a storage unit approximately 2 weeks ago to move in on the 30th of November I hadn't received an email or any sort of confirmation. So I called the uhaul number for this location and it ended going into a national que where they had no sort of reservation set up for me to move in yesterday. So we drove down to the location where I placed the reservation and there was none. So Jen was able to find a unit that was available on the spur of the moment and got it ready to rent for me and I'm so thankful for her understanding and my frustration with the whole situation! She went above and beyond what it takes to make a customer happy! Great job Jen!

Your website has major issues: Not sending all email verification for multiple rentals. Not posting the correct final payment receipts. The summary shows the final amount but the receipt linked shows the estimated amount.

Tried to pick up via my mobile. All worked fine. But truck was blocked by another truck and they couldn't find the keys so I had to switch trucks. It took me 35 minutes from the time I got there. Only one person working I could see. Line was 7 people long

I was informed about return process as key drop and the follow the instructions on the URL, however it kind of messed up since they asked me the photos from the vehicle after I dropped keys. Please inform them that they have to take pictures.

The check-in process through the app was absolutely awful. I know it's not the fault of the location, but the app kept crashing, and it would get stuck in a loop every time I would try to upload a photo. It would spin its wheels, then tell me to upload a photo again. After 20 minutes, I finally had to do it through the website directly.

I had a reservation to pick up in Brigham City. On the day before the reservation I received a message saying my truck would be ready. A few hours later, I received another message saying there was no truck afterall, with no other information other than "talk to ya later!". So I had to call and change the pickup to Ogden. Next, the Ogden Uhaul did the same thing and sent me to Bountiful. After getting sent all over, and having to drive the truck from Bountiful to Brigham City, Uhaul charged me for the extra mileage despite the people in Ogden saying they would credit me for it. Completely terrible and unprofessional.

Lost my phone during my move and found a voicemail from the rep at the location threatening to report the trailer as stolen. Tried 3x to call but they would not answer. Then I was also charged an unknown $20 fee. Would not recommend this location.

I had a great experience working with the people at this location. I also have several family members and friends who have used their services.. We all agree that they are great. Even though they were very busy they took care of everyone efficiently. I will use them again if I have the need and I will recommend then. I will not however use your corporate office or whoever it is that answers the phone when you call to ask questions.

Frankly I had a very poor first experience using Uhaul. I needed to rent a truck to move my home goods from a storage unit to my new home. There was a uhaul rental facility less than a mile from my storage unit and so I booked a rental truck with that location. I called in advance of my move to verify that a truck would be available at that location and I was told one would. On the day before the move I was phoned and told that there would not be a truck at that location and that instead I needed to pick up a truck that was 17 miles one way the wrong direction from my storage unit. This is annoying but I assume uhaul will not charge me for the additional miles given that I was told I had to move locations. However, on the day of my pick up I was told that I would have to pay for the over 34 miles of additional travel that I would now rack up by no fault of my own. Additionally I would have to pay for the additional gas that would be used. This is unacceptable but I was told my choices were to accept that or rent a truck somewhere else. I am astounded that uhaul would treat their customers with such indifference. This wasn't any one employee, this lack of help and indifference was at every step. And the result is that I paid almost double what I planned on by no fault of my own. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I rented a 15 foot moving truck. It had no cruise control, I had no idea how fatiguing driving 800+ miles can be without this tool which should be available on ALL of your equipment. Received the vehicle, 1 and 1/2 quarts low on engine oil, on a rig with less than 25000 miles. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Vehicle front right tire was 16 PSI underinflated - TOTAL SAFETY FAILURE on behalf of your licensed facility in Bountiful Utah. The windshield had bug guts caked on the exterior and the interior was filthy, I could barely see in rain. If I wanted poorly maintained, vehicles with NO regard for safety, I would rent from Penske. I EXPECT BETTER FROM U-HAUL. Your firm spends a lot of money on vehicles, EXPENSIVE, high quality vehicles. That's why U-Haul is my destination of choice when the need arises. There is a senior executive in your firm somewhere whose hair would burst into flames if they were aware of my experience. For saving you $20000 on an engine that does not have to be replaced, YOU'RE WELCOME. The two quarts of oil are on me. DO NOT EVER JEOPARDIZE MY SAFETY with this kind of deprived negligence from the Bountiful UT facility again. If they are going to destroy your reputation you may want to reconsider their franchise license. CLEARLY Bountiful Utah DOES NOT GIVE TWO SHITS ABOUT SAFETY OR CHECKLIST COMPLIANCE. NOT HAPPY, and you shouldn't be either.

Each time I entered I was told, “I'll be with you in a minute!” 2 different time, 2 different people. I had to Stan around and wait until they got ready. There were no other customers & they were not on the phone! Just messing around behind the counter! Annoying!

Took 30 mins to get checked in, they ssid tgey weee hAving computer problems. I think the girl tgat helped us was new, someone should have overseen what she was doing. They had to reinput everything again. Truck made a noise probably a driveline issue. They should check this unitout.

I have had a awesome experience with the employees and Jen the manager. I was about to move my belongings elsewhere pror of Jen becoming manager due to lack of communication with the previous manager he was horrible. I have been at ease knowing that the security is highly watched and I have my units inside. It's pleasant to be able to pull your vehicle in the bay to load unload or go through your units A/C in summer & HEAT in the winter and all indoors. The employees all of them deserve a good positive recognition they all are amazing...... Thank you Brandon & Austin for taking care of my situation yesterday your awesome 

We started using the storage unit in May 2020. We put this unit on autopay from my credit card. In August, I received an email stating that my payment was late. I called facility and asked about it. I was told to ignore it. I went to access my storage unit on Friday, October 9, 2020. I found a non-payment lock on it. I was told that a janitor had change the ownership to "John Doe". It was explained that he was older, new and not very good with computers. I am still considering moving my belongings to another facility. I think it is extremely poor policy to allow a janitor to change a storage unit status and not to keep a historic record of storage unit ownership. The that helped me reestablish my storage unit were very apologetic, helpful and informative. I appreciate the staff being able to tell us what really happened rather than giving an excuse or tell me a lie.
