Nothing you can do about this, exc ept advertise for new make of truck,,,,it is very difficult for an old handicapped man to crawl up and into the cab and get out. very tight squeeze. Next time I'll let a younger man get up in the cab and drive.!!! otherwise, very good experience for not renting often. Great help on inside!!!!

Sales associate was on the phone with a uhaul customer who was calling the wrong location. gave the person the name and number of the location they needed to call and exlained over about three times to the person on the phone that this was the wrong location. All while i stood there waiting. If you have given your explanation and you know there is nothing else to do, tend to the people physically there waiting, place the non customer on hold and give them a minute to think about what they have already heard. Do not explain repeatedly when someone else is there who has already been standing there 10 minutes.

Make after hour drop off more easy. It was raining and cold and no key drop off could be located. Called customer service line and they didn't know of one. Online said box would be orange and the store the next morning said a big green box which was also not located

When we tried to get a hold of a manager they would never answer. At one point they locked me out of my unit because they lost a key to a lock they put on. And there were trucks that were always blocking my unit

The only problem I had was the young man that hooked up the trailer and my car onto trailer didn't fasten it down tight enough so once I hit 465. Everything got bouncing. I'm not sure if that's why my engine light is on or not now. But everything else was very satisfactory. The young man that did do the Hook-Up was kind of showing off and goofing off too much I think

Two people at the counter, one lady was on the phone speaking loudly. It made it hard to hear the other person helping me.(social distancing required in location) The one helping me was not very friendly and curt, almost to the point of being rude.

Check-in proces was extremely slow Compared to StoreMart (where I had my belongings) check-in process took more than 40 minutes. Why do you require 3 different phone numbers, contact names of third parties, etc? Yard at your facility at Bowling Green is very crowded as well.

I felt that the company did not disclose the many hidden fees associated with a one day local rental. I was suppose to pay $51.85 but my bank account was debited for $119.56. I did not fill the truck up as I was running out of time. However, the gasoline for 10 miles could not be this much. This needs to be reviewed.

My email I received plainly says pick up location:6501 Bellfort st Houston tx 77087 and drop off location: 1817 campbell ln bowling green ky 42104. I have been charged for $2,000 and told that i messed up my reservation when I didn't or else I wouldn't have the email saying pick and drop off location. Call me at 832-208-7080 and give me my money back please.

I Ehud rented a uhaul pull behind trailer and on the day of my scheduled return on my reservation I emailed asking if it would be possible to extend the rental 2 more day. I also stated that I would wait for someone to call me by 9am as my rental ended at 10:30am c.s.t. because I had made another reservation in case that was the process I needed to do in order to extend it or if the trailer I had was rented to someone else and I needed to exchange the trailers. Well no one ever called me. I happened to check my bank account before hooking the trailer up to go rent it when I noticed uhaul had charged my card without my permission. I was not aware that the extension was possible, that the extension had been applied, and I was going to charge it to another card as the card I used the first time outs an additional hold on my account besides what uhaul takes for the rental. I called and talked to the manager at the Bowling Green KY store as that is where I rented the equipment from. All she would say was sorry. Later that week I rented a uhaul appliance dolly everything was fine. When I went to return the dolly and the trailer some how (the employee I spoke with said it was his error as I had used one card to charge the trailer and another for the dolly so the trailer didn't get checked in properly) The manager calls me and leaves a voicemail that the trailer was not returned but she did see in the notes I had called and said I was running a little late which I ended up being only 5 minutes late from the scheduled drop off time. Instead of having someone look on the lot to verify the trailer was there or not she automatically charges my card for another day taking the computers word for it that I had not returned the trailer. I am currently still waiting,this is day 5 now, for my money to be returned for the trailer that was returned but I was still charged for it. I WILL NEVER EVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN. VERY RUDE ,VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ,VERY LAZY. I am looking to find out who I need to report these matters to as the first charge was considered fraud since I never gave permission for my card to be charged nor was I aware the service was even available. No one ever called if I had not looked at my bank account I would have hooked the trailer up and went to rent it and wasted my time only to find out the had already charged me.

For a late Saturday summer morning, this place was busy with activity, however I was attended to in a very quick and efficient manner. My return, later that afternoon was even quicker and seamless. Over the past year I have used U-Haul many times and this location was a very positive experience. I know I will be using them again and look forward to doing business with U-Haul of Bowling Green, Kentucky.

I walked into the U-Haul building with my husband and was immediately greeted by a lady saying “one of y'all's gunna have to leave NOW”. Wow nothing says thank you for your business like that greeting. By the way we both had our mask on. We rented a truck and drove it a total of 23 miles. We had it back in less than 2 hours. When we pulled back into U-Haul and no one greeted us or inspected the truck. You guys then proceeded to place 3 separate charges on on my credit card for different amounts. I only authorized one charge to my credit card. I'm not sure why 2 more showed up without my knowledge or consent. (For almost $300) This business has much room for improvement.

Called me asking when I would be dropping off the equipment, then when I pulled into the location I was hanging out in the road because one of the employees was chatting with someone and had a different truck holding traffic from coming in. Then when I asked if he could pull up he got smart with me yelling in front of my kids! I use uhaul often and will never come to this location again!

I got my bill via email and it had error showing additional charges of over $300. I called and the customer service rep couldn't figure it out and put me on hold for over a half hour instead of calling me back. I called back a half hour later and it was fixed but still no explanation of why it happened.

At entry, the girl very rudely told my son not to enter without a mask. 60 feet away she was so rude. Then had the nerve to hand me my card and license without sanitizing them. Double standard!

While the manager did an excellent job coordinating my trailer rental and hitch installation, even when things went wrong as I was supposed to depart, the hitch installation (not the manager's fault) was disastrous. When I was supposed to depart for my road trip, I discovered the turn signals and brake lights on my trailer weren't working, so I took it into this U-Haul location to have it fixed. A wire had come loose from the battery, so they reinstalled the wiring for me. Several hours later into my road trip, my battery totally died while I was trying to leave.a gas station. AAA arrived and found that the battery wasn't dead - rather, a vital wire had come loose. The AAA technician who fixed my battery told me it was probably from whoever had installed the hitch wiring doing a sloppy job. However, my trailer lights were once again out, so I took it to a different U-Haul location the next morning to have it fixed... again. The technicians at the Illinois Ave. U-Haul in Memphis were wonderfully helpful, and they found out that the hitch installer at the Bowling Green location had used electrical tape to connect two wires, not a proper wire connector. The heat from my car and bumps in the road caused the two wires to slip apart, leading to my turn signals and brake lights going out while on my road trip. The poor installation job at the BG location cost me a lot of time and safety on this road trip.

I paid $45 at the site for my truck. I get my receipt to discover you charged me $59. I did not authorize an extra $14 fee. Uhaul is trash for charging people behind their backs!!!!

I have rented more U-Hauls than I would have liked. This location, and its owners, are, hands-down, the best I've ever dealt with. If you want other owners to do a better job (and those in the Florida pan-handle certainly fit into that category) need to spend time with this Bowling Green, KY crew. They could certainly train others.
