I was blamed for damages caused by someone else. Customer service agents failed to see damage from previous photos and blamed it on me. I had to come in and plead my case. It wasn't until the agents checked the photos again, that they realized they missed it before and damage was already there. All i got was an apology for my inconvenience for having to come in and be threatened with having to pay damages. A gift card or credit would've been appropriate for wasting my time and the previous photos not been properly checkedGUNTHER S.

It is far to difficult to get detailed information and/or confirmations regarding truck rentals and storage rentals. The client is left stressed out hoping both the truck and the storage unit will actually be available on the moving date. I got the Truck i reserved and the computer booked a storage unit that was not available. Fortunately the destination location worked it out getting me two smaller units Kudos to staff in London, Someone [A real person] needs to be available beyond the web page to confirm all bookings.Kevin M.
We need to pick up some big furnitures and I though In you guys immediately. The process at the counter was profesional and fast in less than 5' I was in the truck. The truck was clean amd without any difficult I did the check. Once I finished, the final return process after hour was dummy-prof. I won't doubted to come back to the same branch. A little demo on the functioning before driving the vehicle will be nice, since everyone like me doesn't have an experience in driving a van or a truck. I had to ask for it. The attendant at the lot left after handing me the key. I had to call him back to show me the gear function.SAYANTAN D.

I recommend getting Safe Move for one-way rentals. If you're undecided about the size of the truck, go up one size. I ordered a 15ft truck for a 1 bedroom apartment. I had an antique side table, cabinet, bookshelf, and chair that I had to leave behind. Go up to the next truck size unless you're a minimalist. You can tie things down.Deborah G.

Lighting was terrible especially where upper units were located. Trucks were always parked blocking entrance way to storage units. Sometimes there were sketchy people waiting outside of the door trying to get in without a code. The service was terrible. This is the only UHAUL location that does not allow you to drop off the truck at the closest location. When I enquired I was told they dont do it and when I asked again after drop off they told me that It is done but I would have had to book way in advance. Additionally, the milage ran over 11,30 $ and instead of calling me directly, they called my authorized driver and threatened him with collections at 7am without ever reaching out to me. The workers were rude and disrespectful. I WILL NEVER use this location again and I will caution everyone I can NOT TO USE THIS LOCATION. This was not a good experience.DWAYNE F.
I rented the truck for four hours but it couldn't do the job and I returned it a an hour and I was billed 80 $for what I was very unhappy and I wouldn't recommend a friend because of that reasonsTENILLE R.
I am not technologically skilled and was overwhelmed by having to use my phone to do vehicle overview of damage etc. Please communicate this on you website so we know in advance. Thankfully, I had a friend with me who is phone savvy. I could not have done this by myself. To return the truck after hrs, was an issue. Lot was full.CHITRAL D.
The guys working outside in the lot were very helpful. Most of the ladies working inside the office were not trained to solve customer problems, they were rude not able to answer customer questions, not able to operate computer to fulfill their job function, not familiar with UHAUL products and services. In store products were not labeled with price upon inquiry a gentleman was brushed away. Another lady wanted to rent some equipment and she was told 'we don't rent it' actually UHAUL publish it for rent on web site. Third guy was told we don't have the hitch related material while i could see it on the shelf. Luckily i had my reservation done via smart phone to prevent all that hassle ahead of time and was out of the store with rental eventually after some failures with charging my card that the server failed twice to use computer. Another UHAUL location needs to be opened in vicinity with at least same services cuz this place was busy - for last 20 years i had very positive experience with UHAUL except this one. thanksMohammad R.

I was unable to read a the distance that I travelled because a â€œcheck engine oil soonâ€. The distance I travelled one way was 16km therefore round trip was 32 km. I did drive a bit more maybe 5 km. The gentleman logged my mileage as I believe 53 km. I thought that was wrong because I knew the distance I travelled and as I was driving away I questioned, how would he know because unable to see distance travelled on the dash. So I'm questioning how did he arrive at 53 km travelled?? I will make sure next time I verify distance travelled so this does not happen again.MARSHAL D.

Alex is an exceptional employee that went above and beyond in making the return of the truck incredibly easy. He is very courteous and friendly, and i extremely knowledgeable. I had rented from from a brampton location before without any issues and at this location I was rudely dealt with to provide two additional phone numbers because I had a Toronto address. People tent uhaul from different locations as long as they provide an o ratio driver's license and a valid credit card. I will not rent from this location again.BENP A.

I am 67 years old. Not as quick with a smart phone as most. I was told I d better fill up my report upon return of the van by doing so online or else a20 $addition to the bill would ensue. The cost of an additional day rental!!?? I thought you guys would fight to get by business again. Thankfully a nice employee was present upon my return and told me to forgo this online step. In the past 10 years I have used the storage space at UHaul a few times.I have always been impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and I have also observed how well they take care of the vehicles.I do have one recommendation and that is some of the staff need to smile more while serving customers.The cleaning lady was always very helpful and pleasant. I paid for this storage unit for a client as I'm a realtor. They were not happy at all when they couldn't access the unit. I had also asked if by chance the unit for the 3rd month could be shortened to the end of the first week as the client moved everything out Aug 8.
