I made a reservation almost a week in advance and then the morning of got an email to pick up the trailer at a different location nearly an hour away, an hour earlier than I had requested (got it 15 minutes before the time). I called and they were able to find another trailer at a closer location but still further than I wanted to go. It was frustrating to have made a reservation and then find that it wasn't actually reserved. When I arrived the sales rep was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me at all for several minutes. When she finally did, there was an issue with the trailer having not been assigned to me at their location despite the phone rep having told me she did so at 8:45am. That was resolved quickly, thankfully. The trailer was hooked up in a space between another trailer and a concrete barrier, with only about 15 feet of clearance from the garage, making it hard to maneuver my vehicle out. The sales rep hooked it up and went inside, leaving me to navigate this difficulty myself. When I got home, the trailer had a bunch of dirt, garbage, and rodent droppings in the back and had to be cleaned out before use. I tried to call and could not get through to anyone. I did receive a $9.75 credit for the dirty trailer, but I had to request it when I dropped it off. Overall, not super pleased with the experience at all.

Was told on phone that they had one size trailer and it would be saved for me. Showed up 30 minutes later and told they only had the next size bigger at almost $200 more. Not happy and they did not appear to really look for anything else in the area. Very frustrating as they knew I needed it urgently. I feel like I was taken advantage and f and they did not seem to care at all.

I have moved my elderly parents' stuff six times in the last 8 years. I got fairly disgusted with another well-known truck-rental business after just two rental fiascos. I get treated well by the employees at this U-Haul location every time. They stay very busy, but they always stop what they are doing to calmly help me with whatever questions I had. The trucks were kept in excellent condition, as well. The inside of the building is spotlessly clean. Prices are good, too. Seems like a good group of people to work with! Check them out for your truck-rental and other "moving" needs!

I was told $1.19 a mile and charged $1.69 a mile and had over 100 miles to pay for. The van wasn't full of fuel when we picked it up, brought back full.

This whole experience was a nightmare. I have been trying to do this since JULY off and on but my reservation is always cancelled. I had made a reservation for 730am with self check in. I was there at 728am for pick up. Only issue was SOMEONE failed to do THIER job and I was LEFT without a uhaul with ABSOLUTELY NO NOTICE. I was on a strick timeframe as I had other people helping move and watching my children because it has to get done yesterday. I spent OVER an HOUR on the phone with a customer service agent that went beyond trying to fix SOMEONE ELSES MISTAKE. The only option left to me was to pay 2X what I originally was quoted and switch from in town to a one way. I find this completely wrong because someone was not capable of staging equipment. I also had to drive MY PERSONAL VEHICLE THR ENTIRE WAY AS WELL due to the only location she was able to find. This entire situation could have been avoided if someone could have took 2 minutes to do their JOB. I am completely appalled by the entire situation and will find other means to move things in the future as I have had so many issues with this company as a whole. I am thankful for the girl I spoke to in the morning. You still have good employees left.... you need to find more like her.

I was over charged for my rental. I paid 170 my first day and was lead to believe it was 39.99 a day rental. I had the truck 5 days which is a total of 250.00 - the 170.00 i first paid would leave my balance due at $80.00 at the time of return not the almost 300.00 your company keeps trying to take from my account.

I only have one comment. I do not do surveys but am making an exception due to the impression that employee Hagen Orwin made. In my 45 year history of renting U-Haul equipment this individual stands out as exceptional. He is well-spoken, calm, conscientious and knowledgeable. Please be certain that he is made aware of how much these qualities are recognized and appreciated by customers who find themselves otherwise awash in a sea of banal mediocre transactions with unremarkable individuals. Well Done!

Horrible service. Truck was not full of fuel when I picked it up 1/4 tank, who rents truck with 1/4 tank of fuel at start. Fuel gauge not working either as I put 7 gallons of gas in and they tried to say it was not 1/4 tank when returned. and charged 50 extra ? Truck transmission did not shift properly, brakes were horrible and grab. Junk equipment horrible service

The truck the gave me broke down 30 seconds after driving it. When I came to the first red light, the truck shut off on me automatically. The RPMs were racing which tells me something was wrong with the transmission. I was able to get it up and going again and turned it right back around to U-haul. They apologized and gave me another truck to use. Also, while at the counter, somebody backed into a pole pretty hard and bent the metal all up on the pole. None of the workers ran out to check, they just watched it happen and went on there way. This place is in much need of management.

Don't try to force a truck on someone that has the wrong gas and mileage listed in the contract. The truck this location tried to get me to rent had an extra fifty miles on it and a 1/4th of a tank of gas missing. I then told them to cancel the rental but have come to find out that I was still fraudulently charged for a service I didn't use.

The man said we could not rent one of the 6 car haulers on the lot first, then when I reserved one online he told me I couldn't have reserved it, once I showed him and told him I have a valid reservation for 2 hours he told me if I came back a minute over 2 hourshe was going to charge me a $600 fee,he was very unprofessional and angry that I reserved one the whole time.

When I returned the trailer I waited for more than ten minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence. The inside counter people could excuse themselves for just a moment from the customer they were serving, and dash out to quickly advise the returnee of the next step, and how long will be the wait.

I began renting a storage unit at the end of April of this year; and since that time I paid every month by way of automatic debit. On at least one occasion the hinges of my door were tampered with; and I right away alerted the staff. (I was glad I chose the extra insurance in case of theft etc.) Throughout my time there many times I had to walk to the office and request they unlock the door during normal business hours; and found difficulty with my key-card working consistently. This was inconvenient as many times there were long lines and I got tired of waiting. When I was notified that my cost was increasing, and had moved to another location, I made the decision to exit and left the unit in good clean condition for which I have a whitness. After vacating the unit I spoke with the staff; and they retained my key-card; and issued a refund. Subsequently I received a late notice stating that I had not paid. I sent numerous emails and called to resolve the matter. By contract however, the truck rentals over the years has been helpful with easy transitions; and problem free service.

Customer service was not the best. Employees were not knowledgeable. Not at the initiation on the storage move in or at the move out time. They did not seem to want to help. Lone was moving extremely slow, they had no urgency. Very I’m pleased. Everything was completed and done. Will not go back since they were not helpful not even on the phone when I was trying to set up moving help and storage and truck reservations.
