Your app to pick up the truck was incredibly inefficient. If I send you a picture of my drivers license, passport, and a copy of a PGE bill, that should be sufficient to rent a truck. On top of those, I provided you with a credit card that had the same address as the PGE bill. Had it not been for Tony calling behind the scenes there is a good likelyhood that I wouldn't have finalized the rental agreement and took possession of the truck. Why would I provide all of that information and still need to upload a picture holding my drivers license? I rented a 15 foot moving van. I wasted 30 minutes trying to get approval. I was in the dark, on the street, in an unfamiliar area. Not a good position. People that are providing support to approve the contract are idiots.Paul C.

The actual location was not a plus for me. However, the people who work there were helpful and efficient; the van I rented was perfect for moving a few items of furniture, it was easy to get used to driving it, and it had a great back up camera.SALLY P.

Our truck was good, staff was nice. When we finished our move we went to put gas in the truck but couldn't because the gas would pour out as we pumped it. We managed to catch an employee after hours and she said â€œoh it's probably another gas line cut, we've had 3â€ Luckily we didn't run out some where remote. Had to go in the next morning to talk to manager, staff said they wouldn't we there until after 3. So called and ended up talking to a service person who made a reportâ€¦.(no one else had noted the issue we had). Now we wait to see what they do, as of now they've charged us for returning a truck empty $$$ Hoping they make this right and secure their trucks so more gas lines aren't cut.Misty K.

The website and the stores don't contain the same information. I looked at several different stores and the information like hours and availability didn't match. I drove to a pick up place the website said was open only to find it closed.Geraldine F.
The website was down when I initially got there so I had to come back a few hours later to pick up trailer . Was really not a big deal and they were nice professional and even offered coffeeJason M.
everything was good. the first trailer they assigned me was stuck on top of another trailer so they worked great at ensuring I had a trailer. My only concern is that I dropped off my trailer at approximately 1030 where the worker just un hooked me and said I was good to go I recently got an email charging me for a 2nd day saying it was dropped off at 1133 when my due time was 1100am. I have proof that I was at another location and will be going to this uhaul location tomorrow 13 Jan to dispute the extra day charge. I am disappointed that they waited an hour to check in the trailer charging me for an extra day. I hope they resolve this issue other than than the place is good as long as they resolve my issue.Tyler R.
The trailer was extremely beat up and embarrassing. The check 8n woman Becky was condescending to the customer in front of me as well as me. The drop off guy was the worst. This is the second time dealing with him. He reprmendaned me because the tires were dirty during a stormy day and yesterday he was busy video conferencing with his girlfriend while unhooking the teailer. I'll just pay extra and rent from United Rental next time...who needs to be treated like this?Vinay O.

Before getting on the highway truck's check engine light came on. I returned to shop and gave back the truck. Timing was never going to work with having to return the truck. They tried charging me $130. Ended up charging me 50 but I had put in $30 of gas. Awful experience. $50 for driving the truck towards the highway.Jacqueline D.
These guys were awesome. My house wasn't ready yet so I had to put stuff in storage. I ended up going back here a couple of days ago to rent another truck to take my stuff from storage to my new home.Teresa M.

I could not remove the gas cap so I was unable to add fuel to pick up level. Employee had to use a wrench to open gas cap. Otherwise, satisfactory experience.Jacquelyn W.

Everything was fine until the return. I returned the trailer at 11:30 am, it was due a 2 pm. Was told I was good to go. Got a call at 2 pm asking why I hadn't returned the trailer?!?! It was really upsetting. I had better not receive any additional charges!Nathan M.

The truck had dog hair in the cabin. They charged me more then the estimate. They force you to pay for the protection insurance because they don't deal with insurance companies.Jon B.

The staff at the Bremerton Office were great even though I was very upset that my pick up location was changed multiple times at the last minute resulting in an additional hour and 60 m miles just to get the truck!DEBRA JEAN A.

I called customer service asking for an extra 24 hours to drop off just in case I needed it, to be courteous to the drop-off location in case they were planning on having the truck by my original drop off time. I dropped off the truck 90 minutes late and was told that I wouldn't need to pay for the extra day afterall. I was then billed for the extra day anyways. Understandably, I was late so I was prepared to pay. But the agent at the drop-off location tole me otherwise which was frustrating.JOEL W.

Well it's been over 10 years since I used a U-Haul truck, the company has really improved with their online reservation services, not perfect but a 100 % improvement and it's brought me back. Huge ordeal trying to change to this location for drop off early and then attendant said they wouldn't refund the extra days paid for because it was a one-way move. I explained that I was returning the trailer early and he basically told me it was my choice to do so. So I am out $80, and that doesn't sit well with me.LILAMRTA L.

My reservation was not able to be met I am owed a $50 credit what's your manager just wanted to argue about. I think all the employees there were quite snide. The truck was dirty and had milk spilled all over the interior of the window. Your fuel gauge estimates are a joke. I should pick the truck up with a full tank and I should return it with a full tank. I am still determined to get my $50 for not meeting the requirement of your guarantee. If I can't get it from your regional manager I will pass it on to Bob Ferguson are State attorney's office.Gary B.
