Waited at the customer service desk for approx 10 minutes before anyone showed up to help us. We had an appointment scheduled for pickup and were on time. Not the first time this has happened before at this location.

The truck was filthy and not all the dents and scratches were not documented. The mobile check in is a hassle. I had to wander around three parking lots to find the truck and then still had to go inside to get the key. After waiting 15 minutes in the lobby the guy at the counter helped some woman who had just walked in first. She couldn't get her truck out because mine was blocking it in so I didn't do any good to help her first. If I had another option I would have used it.

Thought the staff was very helpful. I really appreciated their assistance. The only complaint I have was from the rudeness and unprofessional staff member of the uhaul storage in Gorst. The female manager of the facility was very unpleasant and unprofessional!!!

They charged me wrong at first, had to refund me and recharge me. Not a bad experience but it sucked that I could only pick up and drop off at the same location.

We tried your contactless service and it was terrible. We got to the lot and our truck was wedged in behind another one and someone else had the reservation for the same truck! So then we had to go into the office and wait in line to find out what to do next. This put us off schedule by a half an hour. Then, we filled it up with gas before we returned it and then got charged for gas! I've tried calling the office but no one answers the phone. I will be looking for alternatives the next time I need to move!

I was on deployment and they messed up my payment method, so i kept getting letters and calls about me not paying my bill. They also called and said the lock (that we bought from their store) was not a valid lock and threatened to cut it. Just overall a bad experience. Thankfully there are laws in place that prevented them from throwing out my stuff.

Top notch in customer service and maintenance of trucks. Everyone at this location was professional and left no question unanswered. If you need to rent a Uhaul, this is the location to call. When I got the truck I didn't realize it was almost completely out of gas. Had to fuel up and barely made my ferry when I was moving. When I brought it to the attendants attention upon return they told me since I didn't take a picture or acknowledge it when I got the keys that they couldn't be held responsible. I returned it 3/4 full so hopefully the next person doesn't break down because of this big oversight.

I made a reservation almost a week in advance and then the morning of got an email to pick up the trailer at a different location nearly an hour away, an hour earlier than I had requested (got it 15 minutes before the time). I called and they were able to find another trailer at a closer location but still further than I wanted to go. It was frustrating to have made a reservation and then find that it wasn't actually reserved. When I arrived the sales rep was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me at all for several minutes. When she finally did, there was an issue with the trailer having not been assigned to me at their location despite the phone rep having told me she did so at 8:45am. That was resolved quickly, thankfully. The trailer was hooked up in a space between another trailer and a concrete barrier, with only about 15 feet of clearance from the garage, making it hard to maneuver my vehicle out. The sales rep hooked it up and went inside, leaving me to navigate this difficulty myself. When I got home, the trailer had a bunch of dirt, garbage, and rodent droppings in the back and had to be cleaned out before use. I tried to call and could not get through to anyone. I did receive a 9,75 $ credit for the dirty trailer, but I had to request it when I dropped it off. Overall, not super pleased with the experience at all.

Was told on phone that they had one size trailer and it would be saved for me. Showed up 30 minutes later and told they only had the next size bigger at almost 200 $more. Not happy and they did not appear to really look for anything else in the area. Very frustrating as they knew I needed it urgently. I feel like I was taken advantage and f and they did not seem to care at all.

I have moved my elderly parents' stuff six times in the last 8 years. I got fairly disgusted with another well-known truck-rental business after just two rental fiascos. I get treated well by the employees at this U-Haul location every time. They stay very busy, but they always stop what they are doing to calmly help me with whatever questions I had. The trucks were kept in excellent condition, as well. The inside of the building is spotlessly clean. Prices are good, too. Seems like a good group of people to work with! Check them out for your truck-rental and other "moving" needs!

I was told 1,19 $ a mile and charged 1,69 $ a mile and had over 100 miles to pay for. The van wasn't full of fuel when we picked it up, brought back full.

This whole experience was a nightmare. I have been trying to do this since JULY off and on but my reservation is always cancelled. I had made a reservation for 730am with self check in. I was there at 728am for pick up. Only issue was SOMEONE failed to do THIER job and I was LEFT without a uhaul with ABSOLUTELY NO NOTICE. I was on a strick timeframe as I had other people helping move and watching my children because it has to get done yesterday. I spent OVER an HOUR on the phone with a customer service agent that went beyond trying to fix SOMEONE ELSES MISTAKE. The only option left to me was to pay 2X what I originally was quoted and switch from in town to a one way. I find this completely wrong because someone was not capable of staging equipment. I also had to drive MY PERSONAL VEHICLE THR ENTIRE WAY AS WELL due to the only location she was able to find. This entire situation could have been avoided if someone could have took 2 minutes to do their JOB. I am completely appalled by the entire situation and will find other means to move things in the future as I have had so many issues with this company as a whole. I am thankful for the girl I spoke to in the morning. You still have good employees left.... you need to find more like her.

Was told I'd receive a credit for early return, that didn't happen. When I arrived all the trucks were booked for the day. The customer in front of me was looking for a 20' truck. I told him I was returning early and he was able to rent it for that day.

I began renting a storage unit at the end of April of this year; and since that time I paid every month by way of automatic debit. On at least one occasion the hinges of my door were tampered with; and I right away alerted the staff. (I was glad I chose the extra insurance in case of theft etc.) Throughout my time there many times I had to walk to the office and request they unlock the door during normal business hours; and found difficulty with my key-card working consistently. This was inconvenient as many times there were long lines and I got tired of waiting. When I was notified that my cost was increasing, and had moved to another location, I made the decision to exit and left the unit in good clean condition for which I have a whitness. After vacating the unit I spoke with the staff; and they retained my key-card; and issued a refund. Subsequently I received a late notice stating that I had not paid. I sent numerous emails and called to resolve the matter. By contract however, the truck rentals over the years has been helpful with easy transitions; and problem free service.

Customer service was not the best. Employees were not knowledgeable. Not at the initiation on the storage move in or at the move out time. They did not seem to want to help. Lone was moving extremely slow, they had no urgency. Very I'm pleased. Everything was completed and done. Will not go back since they were not helpful not even on the phone when I was trying to set up moving help and storage and truck reservations.

My only concern was after 3 YEARS of paying for storage there was no prorate for the month. I paid for all of June and expected a bit of a return. Hardly seems right. No I wouldn't store w/UHaul again

No one answered my calls also transferred me to a national call center s when they finally did (the transfer made no sense.) My u-box had forklift HOLES in the wall. Took ONE HOUR to give me access.
