Best location to choose in the area. Team was helpful and professional. Returned to repair blinker light which was fixed in just a few minutes. Approved rental extension by telephone. Return was handled quick. Ease of use by receiving invoices, contracts and updates by email.

Though we were late on getting out for our 3 PM reservation, it was incredibly busy.The young lady working the desk was very efficient and courteous to all the customers. Unfortunately I do not remember her name to get her proper credit. Thanks for another great move.

There's a Seinfeld bit about reservations that applies to U-Haul. "You took a reservation, but you didn't *hold* the reservation." That's been my experience at most U-Haul locations including this one. They'll happily accept whatever you want to reserve online, only to have you show up and not have the size of truck you ordered, not have enough moving pads, etc. They're always very polite and sorry about it, but what if they just had what they said they have for once?

I got a text 30 mins before my scheduled pick up that my new pick up location was 40 mins away and 4 hours later in the day. We had already made plans surrounding our scheduled pick up weeks in advance and This didn't work for our moving plans and schedule. As I was already at the location, I walked in only to not be greeted by the two employees behind the counter, but I stood there while they finished their personal conversation before they even acknowledge me. When I conveyed to them the issue I was having, they essentially shrugged their shoulders and told me “well that's where you're pick up is.” The staff at the bremerton location were unhelpful at best.

I was very confused with the sign up paperwork and I'm still upset with their customer service skills, they explained bit not friendly, they acted like I was below them n they got frustrated with me cuz I didn't understand, but it is what it is.

Lots of other equipment was blocking the trailer I came to retrieve and the manager (Becky ____) didn't even greet me when I entered the facility. Also, the printer was out and I had to print my contract on my home computer.

The vehicle I rented had just over 6000 miles and the check engine light was on. This is the second time in the last 2 months I have rented a vehicle from as U-Haul dealer that had a check engine light issue. This issue shows poor inspection, maintenance and safety of your vehicles before use by your costumers.

Maintain trucks better, 26' truck I rented had a very very loose steering wheel with a lot of play. Parking brake and ABS light kept flashing at 55 mph. Didn't have enough time to return after finding out problems.

Application did not work for self return! I have pictures showing me returning truck before 1830 and I was charged for next day return and 2 gallons of gas ?? The gas station I pumped at is less then a mile from return center how did it use 2 gallons? Employees were helpful app was trash and I ended up paying double! Cool…

I've been renting from U-Haul for 30 years. This rental was my worst experience ever. The counter service was very unprofessional. I was their last customer of the day and the store had given most of my equipment out. I needed all the equip. and they had no solution to help me. The truck's gear shift lever was barely hanging on and the key would not release out of the ignition. This move was for an 84 year old women and this U-Haul didn't care about their service, just the money.

The truck was old. The windshield was dirty on the outside and inside. The windshield washer did not work. The truck bed was clean and the ramp worked as designed. The gas was at 1/4 tank when we got it. We were told to return it atv1/4 tank. I did like to have to add gas right after getting the truck and to have to guess how much to put in.

This center is busy! I was very impressed with the two ladies running everything when I was there with my friend for our back to back appointments for hitch install. They handled the continuous line of customers, phone calls and interacting with the guys working on vehicles with calmness and professionalism. Ours cars took way longer than intended and they answered questions showing great customer service. I will recommend this location.

I reserved 12 furniture blankets, 1 furniture dolly, and 1 utility folly. On the day I was given 4 blankets, and told there were no furniture dollies. Upon driving down the road I discovered no utility dolly was in the truck, and I had never been offered one in the store.

Verify your customers email address before you just let people sign up for your service. I'm guessing this customer walked in and just gave you information. However, all of his information has been sent to my email address that he signed up with. He does not own or control the address in any way, shape, or form. In fact I am from the other side of the country. So to better assist your customers, don't let them give you bogus email addresses any longer.

I got charged an addional day because we returned after the location closed at 5 pm. The rep in Bremerton said she write it up yo he returned by 7 am when they opened and to check out on line. All that was done. I was also charged $43 for gas when we returned it with more than we started with. I have pictures of gas gauge and mileage with it! Je

This is my "go-to" truck rental business, after having experienced the sub-par performance of a few other truck-rental companies in the area. Always quick, knowledgeable, friendly help. Plenty of products readily available for moves, as well.

The fact that U-hual does not hold customers accountable for ensure equipment is returned when rented for is unacceptable. To almost have our move destroyed and already changed our schedule twice already to accommodate your services and y'all choose the next location as Tacoma (which is over 40 miles away) which would have raised the price by over $60 plus gas is not acceptable. It's not fair to any renter and if it wasn't for the quick thinking of the people at Bremerton storage U-haul our move would have been cancelled and would have to be scrambling for another solution.

Limited parking for day-use customers. Only one person doing all the jobs, checking in, moving trailers, etc. One could hear voices from the inside office, but they weren't bothered to appear and help this poor guy doing all the work. He did a great job!

It was unclear where to enter and the person was quite rude when I entered earlier (I thought they were open). My truck was not ready. I was sent outside but it wasn't there so I had to get another. Took time. Also it can with pads and hand truck even though I didn't want them and they took up room. I had to call and get permission to remove them so I wasn't charged. Then I had to schlep them back to the store the same day-thank goodness I live close. All this seemed like unnecessary hassles. The return of the truck however was easy!!!!!

The parking lot next to this location has a heinous cement block (left over from something else?) that is not visible when driving out towards wycoff rd. I scraped my car really badly there ;( because I couldn't see it in low light. Please put a barrier or color it so that it is easily visible. Otherwise this location is great!

They didn't have the blankets or hand truck, I had to go get the blankets myself and there was no hand truck. The mirror was broken and I pointed it out to the coworker and he told me to just take a picture and walked away. There was animal urine and feces in the truck and all over the ramp that wasn't really visible when I was given the vehicle, so we called and they offered 25 dollars for us to clean it. We closed on our house that day and didn't have time to drive two towns over to get a replacement truck so we cleaned it as best we could and loaded our whole house into that truck and now despite all our best efforts, all our belongings smell like a farm. I will never use uhaul again. I'm a multi unit manager for a furniture company and I will never rent uhaul through them either. Crazy that this stuff slides at a location.

The truck I got broke down in the parking lot. Then I was told I wouldn't be able to get another truck, even though I made a reservation almost two weeks in advance. Finally got into another truck and was late to meet the movers. No compensation, nothing. Then I left an item in the back and called, they said they didn't have it. The day after the holiday I went in to cancel my storage and asked about it, was told they just threw it out. I'm beyond pissed. I will never use this location ever again.

The trailer worked fine, and the employees worked very hard to take care of me. The location is terrible, as it is on a hill with very little room to maneuver. Also the business is understaffed and apparently can't afford to buy a printer.

They made me take pictures of the wrong vehicle. It smelt so strongly of gas my eyes were burning also the airbags we're broken and it wouldn't let me return it because I had the wrong paperwork.

Location has limited parking and is quite crowded. Staff was helpful in getting trailer hooked up to my car. I was overcharged for my rental. I reserved AND used only one day. However, was billed for three days by site. I called U-Haul customer service who made it right and issued a refund. This U-Haul location isn't the best

Although being told over the phone I could have the truck and storage unit at the same location, in the end that wasn't true and a major inconvenience. Online I was notified my storage units first month would be free due to the rental of the truck however that was untrue essentially doubling what I expected to pay at the time of the online reservation. Unfortunately at check in we were met with the owner instead of the friendly and informative employee assisting the other customers. And finally when picking up the truck I realized the shield at the bottom of the vehicle was partially unattached and thus hanging below the vehicle right around the area that had a pretty consistent fluid leak. But again, when I spoke to the owner about that he just told me not to worry they had sent it out like that three times already and no other customers had broken down. Thanks for the Peace of Mind for my family. In the future I'll be sure to use literally any other location.

When the trailer was hooked up to my car, the nob to tighten the connection to the ball was not tightened at all. When I unloaded my motorcycle, the tongue of the trailer popped off the ball and fortunately fell directly to the ground without hitting my car. I was very fortunate that I had driven 200 miles with a loose trailer connection but never lost the trailer. I did tell the clerk at the facility when I returned the trailer.

Your printer was broken so I couldn't get a printout of my charges. Also, when I returned the truck your staff would not give me any written acknowledgement that the truck was not damaged. On opening at 9 AM you had only 1 person working your counter and a dozen people in line. The first person took 15 min. Fortunately I was second. The truck was clean and functioned well.

The Gorst facilities are far superior to those in Bremerton. Also it is closer to my home. For those reasons I decided to move out of Bremerton facility.

When i made the reservation 5/26/21 for 26' truck and rental unit, the rental unit was advertised to be free for the 1st month. I noticed immediately after confirming the reservation that I was charged $89.95. I sent an email right then saying this was to be free and to cancel if there is a charge. As of 06/01/21 I have not received a response nor a refund for this amount. The storage unit was not used and is not going to be used, I did not want it if it was not free for the first month as advertised when I made the reservation.

I was on deployment and they messed up my payment method, so i kept getting letters and calls about me not paying my bill. They also called and said the lock (that we bought from their store) was not a valid lock and threatened to cut it. Just overall a bad experience. Thankfully there are laws in place that prevented them from throwing out my stuff.

I began renting a storage unit at the end of April of this year; and since that time I paid every month by way of automatic debit. On at least one occasion the hinges of my door were tampered with; and I right away alerted the staff. (I was glad I chose the extra insurance in case of theft etc.) Throughout my time there many times I had to walk to the office and request they unlock the door during normal business hours; and found difficulty with my key-card working consistently. This was inconvenient as many times there were long lines and I got tired of waiting. When I was notified that my cost was increasing, and had moved to another location, I made the decision to exit and left the unit in good clean condition for which I have a whitness. After vacating the unit I spoke with the staff; and they retained my key-card; and issued a refund. Subsequently I received a late notice stating that I had not paid. I sent numerous emails and called to resolve the matter. By contract however, the truck rentals over the years has been helpful with easy transitions; and problem free service.

Customer service was not the best. Employees were not knowledgeable. Not at the initiation on the storage move in or at the move out time. They did not seem to want to help. Lone was moving extremely slow, they had no urgency. Very I'm pleased. Everything was completed and done. Will not go back since they were not helpful not even on the phone when I was trying to set up moving help and storage and truck reservations.

My only concern was after 3 YEARS of paying for storage there was no prorate for the month. I paid for all of June and expected a bit of a return. Hardly seems right. No I wouldn't store w/UHaul again

No one answered my calls also transferred me to a national call center s when they finally did (the transfer made no sense.) My u-box had forklift HOLES in the wall. Took ONE HOUR to give me access.
