Nothing, only area that was confusing was billing. I appeared to be billed for more than was agreed to, but was all made right in the end. And the dates for services were way off, but again were perfect when actually confirmed.

Very clean, well maintained facility, even the bathrooms. Stuff was in storage for almost 2 years and didn't aquire any weird odors, no pest issues, mold, etc. I had a climate controlled unit which was a little pricey, but most are and Bridgeton is more reasonable than others

The cab of the truck is really small.

When I dropped off the truck, the employee was not wearing a mask, i waited by the vehicle no one came out. I went in and the employee was eating and said i seen you just pulled up. No been there for a bit. Very unprofessional

The U-Haul rates could be better fit those who have storage units with the company. I needed a U-Haul for 1 and half hours to pick up one bed and it cost me 72.00 due to the .99 cents per mile rate. Thank you U-Haul for being available and I believe it would help the company if customers with storage units was able to get better deal for U-Haul services. Thanks for reading.

When picking up the equipment I was told that one of the tires was bald and they didn't have time to get it changed. I was told that they hoped I made it to my desired location but just in case you don't, please call roadside assistance. As it turned out, the tire blew out halfway to our destination and we were stranded for almost 2 hours late at night while waiting for service. In addition, it was raining and the trailer leaked.
Great facility i felt comfortable leaving my possessions there where they had to be kept at a controlled temp. my piano didn't even need tuning after 13 Months. thanks again.
The moving blankets in the truck were soaking wet, so I couldn't even use them. The blankets and the dolly are mounted in a spot where they are in the way when you're trying to load furniture in the truck— I had to move them and when I returned it, they charged me for the dolly even though I explained I just had to move it out of the way, I didn't even use it. When we first picked up the truck, the guys at the front desk (I believe Devon & Dejuan) were awesome and really helpful, but I can't say the same for the person I dealt with when I brought the truck back. If I ever move again, I'll probably just end up renting a POD. The 24 hour rental period is unrealistic, and $200 for 36 hours seems a little ridiculous when I could have a POD for a month for $700.

I had to get a U-haul 3 times in 3 months. I used this facility each time. Every single time the staff were amazing especially the general manager. I dealt with her the most. I'm sorry I don't remember her name. She was very nice & knowledgeable. I'd recommend this facility to anyone. Thank you for the great service.
You can give so many free miles when customer returns 2nd and third times but only if they keep their receipt for proof.
The easy convenient it was to use u-haul and the way it was to load and unload even in bad weather
My experience either the staff has been impeccable!! I definitely will recommend the UBox service to make an easier move. However, we did incurr a few delays which was very unpleasant for us. Drop off was great and Sue was amazing. We requested our 4 boxes to be delivered 9 days later. Due to the lack of trucks, only 2 arrived on our scheduled date, on a trailer. Thank good one of our beds was in one of those two otherwise we'd be sleeping on the floor. We were told our other 2 would be delivered the next day. It was by 3pm NO BOXES!! So I called usual and apparently the driver had been in a minor accident that held up our delivery. The driver was ok, and delivered the boxes almost near 6pm. We unloaded in about 45 minutes both boxes, yet they left our boxes in our driveway for 48 hours! Its very unfortunate these events happened and really delayed our moving in experience, and then blocked our driveway for such a long period. I called uhual because they still charged us full price even though we did not get our boxes as per the agreement. They said they would reach back out but that was 9 days ago and I still have not heard from them on our compensation. This was an unusual situation, I understand, but we should be granted a rebate of some kind for all of the delays in the service.

I had to travel 50 miles out of my way to pick up my items... I should being told in advance to prepare. This reservation was made over week in advance..finally upon my destination I drop off after hour was charge for not checking out on line...
U-Haul should put the delivery driver, Sue, in charge of the whole operation. I received the correct synopsis of events from only her, and the complete bounce on hold for an hour and then get the wrong story from EVERY OTHER NUMBER.

Inside console as well as driver side inside door was dirty. I wiped it down with sanitation wipes to ensure it was clean and sanitized especially now due to COVID.
Just keep doing what you are doing at this location. The person running this location was courteous and very helpful. Pleasant experience.

We did not go to the Bridgeton location but everyone we comunicated with was very nice and informative.
I appreciate the cleaning around COVID but the interior windshield was so splashed with whatever is used that I could barely see through it. The truck was used by a smoker prior to me and there were still ashes and odor.
We used more mileage than anticipated and at return they switched us to a mileage included rate that saved us money. Very much appreciated.
Service worked perfectly and got my stuff across country on time. Five Stars for U-Haul.

No one knew what they were doing. The quote I got over the phone was different the when I go there which was again different from when I brought the van back. I had to wait forever to be waited on even though I had a set time. It was a terrible experience.
Others see where there is perhaps a need for improvement, but with my experience with You guys it was perfect. Thank You.

The 1-800 number service was AWFUL, and the reservation process was terrible. You have no way to know where the equipment is located nearest to you unless you call around to all the local uhauls yourself, and they tell you to use they 1-800 service. The online reservation service is even worse because they let you make a reservation, when there is no equipment there! Overall terrible terrible experience, but saved by a really good experience with this particular Bridgeton location.

Brandon was awesome!. He helped me select a couple accessories to purchase so I could hook up a trailer I rented and then installed them while showing me so I'm good for next time. Very friendly and professional even when I showed up at closing time by mistake. I thought they closed later then they did but he acted like no big deal and helped me same as if I was first customer of day. Thanks again!

What you can improve is don't tell me that I cannot reserve a vehicle tell me to come in the next day on a first come first serve basis and then keep the vehicle I need to someone who reserved it overnight when I was told I couldn't and then be told that I would get $.39 a mile and still be charged the full price of the van that I got it was extremely inconvenient and I would never get a U-Haul from you guys again

Why did the taxes go up
The car hauler that I was given was old and badly damaged. The agent was not knowledgeable of make and model tow vehicle I was using and consequently made my experience very unpleasant. He also neglected to fasten the automatic brake chain in the event the carrier broke free of the toe vehicle. this was a dangerous oversite.

I thought I could rent a uhaul for the day they said I could bring back at 6pm so I felt I had to rush and did not complete what I need to for the price I wS charged
People were very nice and easy to deal with. The entire process was seamless with no surprises. All items arrived undamaged.
Better customer service. I was told various different expectations and none of them were met. My drop off was a day late and my pickup was even later. I was supposed to be compensated for the inconvenience and have not received that either. Calling uhaul in itself was a headache especially with being transferred to various departments leading to no resolution. I will never use uhual again nor will I recommend them.
The two Gentlemen that assisted me while reserving the trailer and the pickup were absolutely amazing. I hope to deal with them again in the future. I believe the one Gentleman's name was Dashan. Please forgive me for any misspelling. He was incredibly busy but had time to explain everything and was patient.
Driver side seat belt did not work. Need to make sure that all equipment works. Also, had to go to two separate locations to pick up truck and auto trailer.
Terri was always available and always helpful. Other than the few times we had to go into the actual store, we just went in and out and with the loading bays, it made everything that much more convenient. All around great experience, will recommend!
The folks at Bridgeton, especially the manager, just go out of their way to be helpful and make sure all my questions and needs were taken care of, especially with extra precautions needed because of the pandemic.

I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t set up my auto pay with my debit card, despite ads saying I can use a debit card. So I had use my credit card. The guys who set up my account were helpful.
