Representative extended my rental without my consent or permission. I had to call to get reconciled because my card was going to be charge for usage that I did not need. Representative also told me I need to return the truck because there are reservations that they wanted to fulfill but couldn’t do so because I still had the truck that I was paying for !!? Not sure what his name was I believe it was David or Dave poor customer service

This was a last minute booking. The guy on the phone was super nice. The lady who rang us up was great-we were both new to driving box trucks, and she gave us tips driving up the mountain. I really appreciated that.

Truck was very dirty. We were forced to use this location because the original location did not have the equipment we needed. I requested the ez check out and that was not ready. Our contract was incorrectly represented and we were charged incorrectly for fuel. Now we are having to chase down multiple places to get refunds.

Make sure that the attachments are on the u-haul trucks like the dolly etc... without this equipment the move was hard for us.

Loved everything about the location, it’s people and the clean truck. The only bad thing I would say about the truck is that best mileage gauge on the dash. Totally worthless! If my foot touched the gas It dove into the red. If I coasted- good mileage. So basically I need to find a route that is downhill, both ways so that I get the best mpg the truck can offer. Upon reading the odometer gauge read outs, I could see the truck averaged 11.5 mpg. My suggestion for improvement would be that if you were really wanted to add a gauge like this it would have to be based on an overall trip average. Having this gauge set to the fuel line or MAF or whatever it is, to tell you real time is pointless. I use an OBD device on my car and I get average readouts on my iPhone!

I reserved a storage unit several days in advance. Once arrived I was informed there were in fact no storage lockers available and the one I reserved was currently in use. 0 stars would be my rating.

I'M STILL WAITING FOR THAT LOCATION TO APPLY MY CREDIT CERTIFICATE. THE CALL CENTER IS THE WORST! I TRY TO CALL THE STORE BUT GET REDIRECTED TO THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER EVER EVER!
