Initial contact with personnel took half an hour in line waiting, but after that all went well.
eric C.I arrived a few minutes before the store opened (at 7am), saw one employee in the parking lot going through a truck in the return lane. Waited a few minutes after 7 to check the door, and it was open so I walked in, but no one was in the store. Another gentleman walked in a few minutes after me, and commented on lack of employees. Around 15 minutes later, the employee came in and started chastising us for entering the store when he wasn't inside, while other customers continued to walk in the unlocked front door. He continued to argue with the second customer that state law says a business is only open when the window sign is on, and complain about being the only one there. Already 20+ minutes late for my reservation, I was able to get my paperwork completed, but the employee wasn't able to print a copy of my rental agreement. He told me where to meet him beside the building to collect the trailer. I waited around outside for another 15+ minutes before he came out and helped me hook up the trailer. What is usually a 5-10 minute process took almost an hour, and I was the first one there. I can't imagine how long it took the other customers to get what they needed. I was late to the event I had rented the trailer for, but nothing I could do about it at that point except be disappointed by the service and experience. My return wasn't much better, as there was only one employee and a long line of customers when the store opened.

Was told it would take a hour and I could just wait around. Wouldn't need to make arrangements to be picked up. Came to my appt on Tuesday. Waited three hours and then was told it was going to happen today. Rescheduled me for Friday. Waited 4 and a half hrs. Got in my car to leave. Noticed my steering wheel knob was gone. Technician couldn't find it. Apologized but offered nothing for it. Horrible experience. Need a lot of training in customer service.
Jason B.No effort was made to have the uhaul brought to our local location pickup of choice. Instead we had to travel an additional 16 miles to pick up and drop off the uhaul!!! Additional cost at OUR expense because some employee was to inconveniences to do there job and relocate the uhaul where we had booked it at.

It may have been the case that everyone had an appointment, but it didn't appear that way, and it would have been nice to prioritize those of us who did have an appointment. At one point, a representative asked if anyone was there for a hitch, so that person moved ahead of everyone else, which I didn't understand.

It was one of the meanest customer service interactions I've ever had.

As for areas for improvement, we felt the facility as a whole was well lit and well organized. But we had to supply our own light for the storage unit itself since there's no lighting inside the units. Also, as the price of our unit increased over the years, we felt it had become too expensive for us to continue.

The lot is so crowded with trucks and trailers that it is very difficult to access the storage units, and the few parking spaces that are by the door to the storage were blocked by empty trailers every time we were there! Plus, all of the trucks parked so close to the driveway made it impossible to see the traffic when pulling out of the parking lot. Other than that one thing, great experience! I was very impressed by how clean the storage units are.

That was not made clear to me and the resources I had were not super obviously available either- there was a lock conveniently in my storage unit, but I had to go to the front desk to find that out, for instance.

In general, it's common sense that using storage means putting heavy stuff unless you guys are stupid elementary school kids. By the way, the staffs are horrible too. The young man and the girl who is working there, don't know what are they doing. They are just chatting and joking. Even not at all helpful for us. I have used several storage services, but this experience is the worst. They said they will refund it, but still, it's not done yet. I HAVE TO SPEND MORE EXTRA MONEY TO RENT A TRUCK AND ANOTHER STORAGE SERVICE. THEY JUST WASTE MY MONEY AND TIME. PERIOD.

Not only were they conveniently located close to where I was moving, allowing more access to my storage units, but any additional items I needed to buy were just simply charged to my card on file rather than having to wait in line to ring them up and purchase separately. The prices were a bargain, especially for the time that I needed to move in. I had just enough space to hold all my belongings, which was amazing. I'd definitely give these guys more of my business!!!
