This the second time I have rented a uhaul and paid for additional items that I was not given. This time around, I paid for packing blankets. I was not given them but was charged. Last time it was dollies and a cart. Charged but was not given them.

I didn't notice it until I was on the road, but in between the passenger seats there was a ton of dog hair. Also, it just felt like everything I touched was kinda dirty. I wish I could have washed the handle and controls before going

The woman who helped me get the trailer attached the morning of my rental was excellent and helped resolve a problem with the trailer lights quickly and efficiently.

The main reason I would give this score is that it ended up being a lot more than expected. I appreciate that the second day's charge was waived but it would have been nice to not have to dispute being charged for an additional day when I used the van only 9 hours. I would also say to be more upfront about the different charges and be more transparent, when getting the van I saw that additional fees could be charged and I didn't have an opportunity to take this into consideration.

When installing a hitch and dealing with Simone else's car don't lose their keys, don't forget to put wiring in the car and don't cut wires you shouldn't. The only redeeming quality was one (1) person that went above and beyond to try and make sure things got taken care of.

It is a smaller lot and a little hard to maneuver vs. the Ann Arbor location where I picked it up. That was a much better layout.

Your customer service is horrible, the people at the facility were OK, but your help chat people are terrible and with the last 2 times I've rented from uhaul I will never be coming back again I'm going to pay your competition extra so that I don't have to deal with your lousy customer service

The website while dropping off after hours made me “late” to drop off time, if there was a guest login and use your # and last name that would be better

Your employees are so good, and so helpful, and understanding, I brought back that trailer a little dirty, because it had rained and I was hauling some mulch, could not get it out, and I mentioned to one of the employees, and he said not to worry about it that he would take care of it and to me that means so much. They are dynamite group.

The folks at this UHaul always are very efficient and do their job quickly and will little fuss. I'm usually in a hurry in these situations so I appreciate their level of professionalism and their good humor.

Horrible experience with the truck. Poor condition. Would not shift well, the customer service agent even told me that so it was a known flaw. It was so inconvenient. I will never use this Uhaul again, and may not use Uhaul at all. Awful.

The tire straps were crammed a bit too tight into one of the ratchets, so I almost couldn't get it out. It doesn't have to be that tight to be secured when empty. Otherwise, it all worked great! Merci!

Employees were amazing, uhaul needs to work on troubleshooting with their online check in system, I ended up waiting almost an hour before the bug causing an issue on my reservation was figured out.

There were some undocumented damage to both the truck and trailer that took some extra time. The windshield fluid was empty and we bought and filled the fluid ourselves which cost about 6 at a local filling station. When I say it was empty I mean it was to the point of not working. It worked fine after filled, everything else was fine with the equipment.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my much-stressful move. Not only were they conveniently located close to where I was moving, allowing more access to my storage units, but any additional items I needed to buy were just simply charged to my card on file rather than having to wait in line to ring them up and purchase separately. The prices were a bargain, especially for the time that I needed to move in. I had just enough space to hold all my belongings, which was amazing. I'd definitely give these guys more of my business!!!

U-Haul on Bulldog is an easy-to-access facility. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rates were extremely reasonable, especially coming from a larger urban area! The parking lot was easy to navigate for a U-Haul facility (none of them are super easy).
