DENISE B.Even though I was trying to use the mobile option to pick up my truck, I ended up having to go inside and speak with someone because I was requested to provide a passport, a reference for U-Haul to contact, etc. It's interesting that none of that came up when I secured the rental and paid for it a few days earlier. It kind of negates the quick option of picking up with my phone if I have to go inside for help.

My only suggestion is that in mountainous areas U-Haul use all wheel drive/4 wheel drive vehicles because it was a bit difficult getting to our house and the ubox situated correctly because U-Haul in Canton does not have four wheel drive vehicles

CHESTER A.The 24/7 rental experience has a huge flaw. Making the customer responsible for marking any previous damage to the vehicle leaves too much room for definition of what "damage" is. Then, relying only on small phone sized images of the entire side of the vehicle and not having any acknowledgement of what damage has already occurred on the vehicle makes charging customers repeatedly for previous damage a very possible and probable occurrence.The practice and policy of marking areas of suspected new damage with easily removable stickers is not a customer friendly approach to the rental experience. In addition,dropping a vehicle off after hours puts the company in the trust of the customer. Anything can happen --and probably does --during the hours after dropping off the vehicle including any "damage" done by employees. I do not recommend using the 24/7 rental for these reasons. PROTECT YOURSELF and YOUR MONEY.

I will say it was a bit frustrating that I returned the UHaul around 2:30 (scheduled drop off time was 4) and then got a call at 6 asking if I was wanting to return the truck. I already had. Which means to me that it wasn't checked in at time of drop off even though we had handed the keys to an employee (another young man). Also I wish UHaul as a company (the corporate side) would give us a discount or something for dropping off early.

And also like she didn't care or have time for me. When I called to make the rental, I was told the price of the truck only. I haven't rented trucks many times. So I was unaware of the other fees. It would have been nice to have been told that upfront. And not talked to like that as well.

Jodi F.Stored my RV under your shelter for 4 years. Complained on numerous times about the mud that kept washing in causing 2 inches of mud around my RV. I would have to shovel myself the mud so I wouldn't track it into the RV. I even had to put the tires on boards to keep the mud off the tires. Nothing was ever done.

It looks like the truck should get 10 miles to the gallon, so if that is so, I put in 10 extra gallons and was still charged.

For some reason Aaron at the Uhaul store in rome would not hold my box as agreed to when renting it in flagstaff. My wife called Thursday to insure the box would be in rome and got confirmation. I had to add 2 more hours to my day yesterday to get my box from canton and not tome. A mess

All to be treated as if I was out to scam the company. Last straw was when I went to clean out my storage they had a company lock on my door and I asked if I owe the lady at the desk stated I do not but she nor the manger could explain why the had locked my unit out. I closed out the unit and the manger called me to tell me he will not rent to me anymore. Wow!! Is all I can say.

The bus parked next to me cannot park all the way back in his spot. This is due to the giant HOLE in the ground. The area was difficult to move around in as well. This is way to much money for such a badly maintained and sized area. I moved here only because my existing place is doing construction and I cannot stay there anymore. All other areas I tried were full. I will be moving out of here asap. The rest of the facility looks great.

The only thing preventing me from giving perfect scores across the board would be the location and placement of parking signs and space barriers that sometimes were difficult to navigate around as we parked our rig. We have a very large (42') RV and need as much wiggle room as possible to park and store it. But that's it. We are changing storage facilities primarily due to a covered spot having come available elsewhere. Merci.

Then there's a padlock that is used by everyone to access. This means previy owners know the password. Totally unsecured!
