Make sure and check fuel gauges when vehicle is being returned, because I took a video of.the fuel gauge before I left your facility, when I returned your truck I had.more fuel than I had, I explained that to the person who received my vehicle and.he ignored my comment, and I was charged for extra fuel instead of getting credit or reimbursed, I am not a happy costumer, thank you anyways cuz I. Have always used Uhaul for many many years 😡😡

Returning the vehicle was a snap. Just turned over the keys to one of the outdoor attendants and he checked the vehicle. He said the rest of the details would be emailed to me. Wish the check in process has been as easy check out.

Nothing! Staff was great , equipment was clean and ready and we were in and out in 1-0-15 minutes! We did everything on line ahead of time and the staff could not have been more pleasant! Thanks for making a difficult day easier to bare.

It isn't the individual's fault that work at the Uhaul,but systematically someone gets thrown under the bus. I very much needed to gain access to a rental truck earlier which is what I was scheduled to pickup. Whoever called me to schedule a 7 am pick up and assigned me a truck without 24/7 access really messed up me and the support I had from 4 people. It's understood that I needed to set up 24/7 on my phone,but I wasn't even assigned a 24/7 truck in addition to whoever called to schedule me, not taking intoaccount that I would need that. I was offered 50 dollars for a 300 dollar transaction, made reservations for the truck at least a weekn half in advance to be called and get switched to another location to still have someone not do their job, double check their work and had myself and my 4 relatives waiting for at least 2 hrs. Again,not the location's fault alone

the tire on the rear of the passenger side was low.The lady working behind the counter who seen us originally wasn't helpful at all and had an attitude, just saying, don't know what her deal was but the lady who seen to us after her was more than helpful and we were on our way.

Your employees where great and helpful. I have no problems with that part. What I have a problem with is the smart phone aspect. I am not a fan of smart phones and being forced to use them was not to my liking. What is wrong with pen and paper and then if you want to upload the application so you dont have to file it, in my view would have been better. Then I would have given you an outstanding overall.

The Monday morning return was a bit difficult . You most likely have a lot of customers returning equipment from the weekend , a long weekend . If you are familiar with this location the driveway entrance is off a very busy street . There was multiple people trying to return equipment . Having a 40' semi trailer drop off containers, was not the best time. !!

Again customer service at this location SUCKED! Apparently the location was already closed, although the doors were open snd personnel meandering the property, jawjacking with each other. They saw me standing there, but ignored me for the most part except to tell me they were closed and I had to check in online. At the end of the check in, it said to put key in drop box. So I walked around the check in area, finally finding it over where the open bay doors were. When I said they should put a sign up to where the key drop is, he laughed and made some comment about having to put up more signs. I left after a long day irritated at their attitude. They had plenty of time to chat amongst themselves, all while just pointing at the online checkin and walking away. It felt as if they couldn't care less about me, why should I bother to give this company my business? He could have taken a few minutes out of his personal conversation and walked me through the check in process, making the customer feel more at ease. While U-Haul is a big company, it's not the only one out there.

Our van was very dirty. There were many hardened bugs on the outside of the windshield and a dirty film on the inside of the windshield. There were crumbs on the inside seat area.

I rented a trailer and was found to be dirty. The yard staff was amazing and found me another trailer immediately. They made no excuse and handled the situation professionally. Upon retiring the trailer another staff member also was helpful and great to deal with. Great staff great service experience.

I had a reservation for a 26 foot truck and did the advanced check in on line several days before my pick up date. When I got to U Haul to pick up the truck, there was a long line so I got in line. Once I got in the building, I assumed I was in the right line. I noticed there was another line that was much shorter but I had no idea what it was for. It was obvious that all customers were not sure what line to be in. There were no signs and no U Haul employees were providing any guidance. By chance I overheard another customer if you had a reservation you should go to the shorter line. It took me 45 minutes to get the truck which impacted my plans. I was frustrated so were many other customers. I do have to say returning the truck was a breeze because one of your employees helped me to returned the truck which took about 10 minutes.

Asst. Manager was not helpful in any way. We showed up with a reservation to find that the equipment was not there. The gentleman who helped us did the best he could without the help of his supervisor. We had to call other locations to check the availability of the equipment we wanted. We ended having to rent a one-way truck instead of a trailer that cost 2x the amount we were expecting.

I rented a motorcycle trailer. It was in brand new condition and worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and got me out quickly. I did the online return before they opened and that was great !! Overall, it was awesome !!

I made a reservation a couple of weeks before I needed the truck. When I showed up to pick up the truck they told me it wasn't available so I couldn't take it, the previous customer hadn't returned it. I don't know what's the point of making a reservation since it doesn't guarantee a truck. I had to take a much smaller truck and make two trips to finish moving my stuff.

Worst experience renting a truck. I placed order for CA the order went to Arkansas. Then they change my pick up location an drop off to a location 10 miles away difference. Then the morning I pickup up the truck they change the order to a smaller truck. Have no faith in U-Haul after this.

I only interacted with 2 employees, Haley, who helped me at pickup, and the gentleman who took my return but I didn't catch his name. Both were amazingly helpful, kind, and laughed at all the dumb moving jokes I'm sure they've heard a million times. I'll definitely be back to this location for the customer service alone.

I got charged for a missing spare tire that was never there to begin with. I was told I'd receive a call regarding this supposed missing tire and instead I just got charged almost 500 $. This place is a scam.

Busy site, but efficient. Clerks are helpful. Store had all supplies I needed. Reservation was quick. Pick-up was quick. Return was quick. Truck was ready to go and performed well. Renting and returning the truck was the least stressful part of a very stressful day.

The move was successful. The cost was the best we could find. The oppose on both ends were great to work with. None of the non local services worked. I never reached a service rep on 4 calls and oner 1,5 hours on hold. The web site never worked in several tries. I could establish an account but not see the shipment details, status or enter delivery instructions.

Overall a great experience and I would recommend it to people looking to move. Beyond pleased that everything was unmoved...not one thing broken or damaged. Only hiccup was boxes were scheduled for pick up on the 28th - received a call on the 26th that boxes needed pickup on the 27th... not even 24hrs notice. Told they would arrive a day earlier (14th vs 15th) ... but didn't arrive a day earlier.

I have always had the truck pulled out of the super tight parking space and let me get in the truck without tight parking impairing my 80 year old dad and my service dog to be able to climb into the truck. I am not sure how they expect us to walk around truck to check for damages in these tight parking places. They were all friendly and helpful.

So, after booking a 26ft trailer two weeks in advance and getting cancelled three days in before a move and tight timeframe, thankfully Lorna from the Storage King location was so kind to help us out and give us some tips. I get that people extend their rental, which is what we did Saturday morning to be met with scare tactics and a severely upset employee from Canyon County location. Corporate UHaul is great with customer service but there really should be someone who does quality control checks on independent stores. They will be receiving a review from myself that will reflect the service I received.

We always use U-Haul for all our moving needs and let our family and friends know the ease of it online. I really think U-Haul has a unique advantage over all others. For the first time, we used the recommended movers.com to help us. Much to our dismay, the movers in AZ cancelled at 11:00AM. We were charged and additional 140,00 $ for the last minute replacement. As a company, they are not up to the same standards that U-Haul has. Even though it was their mistake, they made us pay for it. Our hands were tied since we were on a tight schedule. I hear that you are not associated with them, just thought you might want to know about our experience with the first mover group, especially since they didn't show up, we can't put that experience on their website I am told. We have always enjoyed U-Haul and the 26 foot truck was totally awesome, a great drive and a great deal! Thanks to U-Haul for always being there for us and the extremely fair pricing! The African-American lady was very rude anytime you try to ask her questions you get an attitude and being very rude I will never ask anybody to go rent from your place again ever if she wants people to understand you have to put the code in before you just go with the gate up and then she should have a sign there saying so clearly or they should look carefully for the word except it or something when the keypad is pushed in and I just assume you should know her job she

Federico has helped me for years. He's one of the best and deserves recognition. Only thing I feel he can work on as a leader, is having his facility available. They never answer their phones at the canyon country location and it can be very inconvenient to get simple questions answered. Please relay this message to him and his staff.

Everything fine.....except I lost my key to my lock (that was in the unit when I rented it).....Uhaul did not have a record of the key so i could obtain a duplicate. Therefore i had to call a locksmith for 100 $. It will teach me to not misplace my key. It would be nice if Uhaul could always keep a duplicate of their clients keys. Everything else good.

I had reserved a van in advance. When I arrived there were six people standing in line and only one person processing arrivals. I had to stand for 35 minutes. The young man behind the desk was cheerful, but the facility was woefully understaffed during Christmas week. I also had to re-enter data that I had done in advance, online.

When I returned my rental truck to this location, the gas gauge was the same as when I rented the truck in Redding. The employee said the computer reported the gas level low and hit me with a 20 $gas charge.. It is a real shame that U-Haul would, trade customer loyalty for 20 $but that was you decision. Unless forced, I will not be back.

Exit gate control not ez to find -place a sign. Door codes don't alway work and must ring very busy inside staff to get in. Consider allowing a photo of empty unit instead of waiting on someone to check it out.My time is important too. Over all fine but could improve.

Although the staff was helpful, it did not make up for the fact the unit that I reserved the day prior was not available. Since I was in need a storage unit, I had no choice but to settle for a higher priced space all because this location did not honor my reservation. Therefore, I have to pay more for a mistake that wasn't my own.

We vacated our space on 7-15, month was up on 7-22,informed you we were out. Got a call 10 days later saying rent was due, after we told them they looked at the note in our file to see we were out.. They said we were good. Then on 8-1 we get an e-mail saying we are late on our rent and have a 20 $late fee, so now I have to send an e-mail, because I can't get through by phone to say again we were out on 7-15. Communication sucked, don't think I would recommend you for storage.

Great staff. The guys who quickly approached my car to ask if I needed help startled me. I saw the sign after saying not to hire them at the front desk. Great staff.

I'm having difficulty rating, as there were significant screw-ups on U-Haul's end. At the same time, they did take steps to try and fix it once the problem became clear.

Every year your storage price went up, why? I was able to rent the same space at a different storage company. I was very disappointed in that from such a well known company like U Haul.

I will never use uhaul again. Uhaul owes me 99 $+75 $and i have called 4 times to try to get it refunded and keep getting disconnected. &The older white male working at this location is extremely rude

I was unable to schedule a drop-off with these guys after 4 days of unanswered voicemails. I wound up using their Moving Help service that hires a third-party mover to deliver the U-Box.

Communication was very difficult. It took 6 mo. for the pickup of the U-Box after requesting the removal of the box. Very frustrating. Everyone I talked to was most considerate but no pickup occurred.
