Not a single employee was wearing a mask making for an extremely uncomfortable experience. We have a mask mandate in Cape Girardeau county and if the staff can't follow this basic protection it makes me wonder what else they aren't doing that they should.

I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to get a storage through this company especially the one in cape they don’t never answer the phone then when they do they have you on hold for over 30 minutes they are all rude

This is the best U-Haul location I have ever used. Michael Richmond was very helpful with the rental and hook up.

I arrived before 7 pm and the doors were already locked. I was told that if I returned it by 7 pm I would only be charged one day. When I called the girl told me it didn't matter she was charging me for two days. They were very rude and not helpful at all.

Michael and his wife were absolute dolls. I'm a dumb-ass and left a light on in my car that we towed. So, it was 100 % dead by the time we got to Cape Girardeau. Michael went out of his way to charge up the battery and he even washed the de-icer and dirt off my windows that had accumulated over the trip! His wife was so helpful in making sure we had a storage unit secured to keep our belongings until our home closes escrow. These two kind souls set our very first impression of our new hometown and I am stunned by their kindness and willingness to help. If I need a storage unit or U-Haul in the future, this is hands-down, without a doubt, the location I'll be going to.

Check in person went the extra mile to help me. Has rented 25 mins down street but got to my equipment location and had less then expected and didn't actually need the trailer. Drop off at different location and lady went above and beyond to help check me in. Oustanding personnel at check in location

We have had a great experience the last 2 times we have rented from this location. Micheal Richmond was very helpful with our equipment and even helped my husband pick out a good pair of moving slings. We have never had a bad experience at this location!

This experience was so much better than any of the other times we have rented from Uhaul. We were immediately greeted by Brandi and we were in the truck within 10 minutes. The truck was pulled up and ready to go. The only thing we were surprised about was the mileage cost. We knew mileage would be added, we were just a bit shocked at the amount per mile. I guess we missed that when we reserved the truck. Very nice experience and will use this location again when the need arises. Thank you, Brandi!

Lack of commutation. Between both ends..she told me in Cape Girardeau, I would get deposit back at dropping off, they tell me now they would be mailing it to me..I was little upset 😡..

I was told a lock would be inside and it wasn't. I had to go get one from across the street. It was very hard to maneuver through the narrow passages with large items. It was horribly inconvenient with no outside access. They do offer carts and have a friendly staff. I would only recommend this storage facility for small items. It is definitely not the route to go if your moving a house full of furniture!

Wonderful experience, they go out of their way to accommodate their customers when they are able. Very gracious when I accidentally stored my property in the wrong unit and accommodated my requests. Fortement recommandé!

Overall I was very satisfied until I checked out on 8.19.20 Office was under staffed, long line manager Tammy as for my unit number asked if it was out I said yes, next day 8.20.20 I get charged for another month. Tammy even called me on 8.22.20 to see if I had checked out. Customer service text Tammy to call me to give me a credit but I still haven't heard from her.

The only reason the facility was not clean and well maintained, was due to the fact that it is undergoing remodeling. The young lady that assisted me was new, and she did a fine job. I commented on how well she did with all the construction noise going on. She was very friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend U-Haul, and will continue to be a customer with you!

My experience was phenomenal! I was able to turn in my trailer rental at the Cape facility; I lost the key to my trailer and the staff helped me with that too! I also got a unit for one month free!

A bird managed to tear through the ceiling of my 5x10 storage unit. The ceiling seemed like nothing more than some cheap fabric. There was bird poop, feathers, and straw all over my stuff.
