I provided my driver's license and Kenneth Clegg took a picture of it. I did not give permission to take a photo. I gave permission to view my driver's license. This is a violation taking a photo of my drivers license. I dont have a problem with verifying my name, address, and drivers license number but not photo. Also, Kenneth need computer training because after i provided a printout of my reservation he could not find it in your software. He raised his voice after i challenged him taking a photo of my drivers license. His customer service is terrible. I rented from this location before and had much better customer service.

I received a phone call the day that I was scheduled to pick up the truck in Southampton NJ and was told the truck I reserved was unavailable. (I received a call around 10:15 AM and was supposed to pick up at 2:30 PM-not the day before as part of the guarentee). I asked the rep about the $50 reservation guarentee credit, she put me on hold and came back on the line to tell me that I would qualify for it and she would note it on my reservation. When I picked up the truck, I was charged the full amount and told I would receive the credit when I returned the truck. My receipt when I dropped off the truck did not show the credit. I reached out through Uhaul chat today, 4/25, to confirm I would receive the credit and was first told I would not because same day rentals are not guarenteed-I did not do a same day rental, my rental change was not made the day prior to pick up and the previous rep already told me I did qualify for the credit. All of a suddent the chat rep told me that I would receive it, but could not send me proof that it would be issued. This has been a really annoying process at this point and it seems as though the chat person has no clue how the credits work or how to read reservations, because my reservation was clearly a 24HR reservation. My time is also valuable and I should not need to now follow-up later in the week when I could simply have a receipt sent to me showing the credit is coming. My chat person's name was Vickie.

I will not be using or recommending U-Haul again. When reserving a truck online, it stated online that all that was due was $43 and some change. Get to the location, was charged $95, then the charges changed to $109 when checking my bank. After dropping off the truck, was told the total was $126 since we went over the mileage (which is fine), but I was then charged $145. Then I was told I would have a receipt emailed to me. However, it is not a receipt. All it is is my equipment contract. THAT IS NOT A RECEIPT. Since it only shows the $95.

The only problem for me was that there were a lot of stinkbugs in the unit when I emptied it out, but I'm not sure how much space they need to get in, so maybe there's nothing that can be done about that.

My rental location was switched and I wasn't notified. My preferred location was Shamong NJ and that business owner is absolute garbage. The worst. He gives you a bad name. It's likely that I won't rent from u-haul again unless I have no other choice. Too many screw ups with my last few rentals.

I recently closed my account with uhaul after being a customer since April of 2015 and if needed in the future I will be going back to same location even if it is a bit out of the way. The crew at the rt73 in Winslow NJ location are very nice and accommodating.

I completed check-in online in advance of the truck rental day. So, my transaction time in the store was less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately, I had to wait a half hour for the person in front of me in line. I wish there was a kiosk available that I could just go and confirm my details and then get my key and walk out.

I was doing 24 seven pick up before the store opened and your app wasn't working correctly I spent an hour and 23 minutes on the phone the first representative she was excellent went above and beyond but then I spoke to a supervisor called Randi Hitt and she was very rude and condescending not only to me but also to my wife because she called my wife 7 o'clock in the morning to get a verification which I thought was unnecessary because you already had my information both Joe Morton and Dan Gnapo Ed store 813-0284 awesome they kind of turned my bad experience around because after talking to Randy hitt I was not ever going to rent from U-Haul or recommend it but Joe and Dan kind of changed my mind because their customer service was above and beyond also but as I have mentioned before one bad apple could really spoil the whole bunch this woman Randy hit does not deserve to be in a supervisor position she did not conduct her self professionally like I said with me nor my wife very disappointing but otherwise all the other staff like I said went above and beyond

Dan always goes the extra mile to make sure that the equipment is clean, safe, and available on time. I prefer to go to Cedar Brook when renting equipment because it's so well run and organized. My only complaint is that the U-Haul system forces customers to return equipment to other sites that are sometimes inconvenient for our scheduling.

I have used three storage facilities since my move last year and UHAUL CedarBrook is by far the most accommodating. Currently I require a larger unit and would like to continue to rent there unfortunately there were no units available at this time.

The truck was brand new, but someone definitely smoked in it. I know that's hard to get out. The guys taking care of me were courteous and helpful. Charging per mile on top of all the other charges is totally ridiculous! That $19,95 rental that u advertise turned into a bill over $70!

I picked up my storage items myself in a uhaul truck to transport cross country, my only complaint is that they would not bring out my storage boxes until I arrived which cost me 15 minutes of wasted time waiting.

The manager at the location was on-time and very courteous. The 26' box truck I rented could use a front end alignment and tire balance, driving at highway speeds involved extra effort, but it got the job done.

Dan was awesome. Great employee who was a tremendous help. Uhaul as a company is terrible. Changed my reservation last minute, moved me all over south Jersey, I had to do a TON of work to just make sure the rental got done right. Complete nightmare. Would not recommend.

Where should I start? The good, you found a truck. The regional rep, was helpful when the store rep wasn't. Thank you regional dispatch. The bad; the truck you found was 30min in the wrong direction. This added to my milage and time. The store rep at pick up was the worse person I've had to deal with. His lack of empathy, or slightest bit of knowledge, or even a tiny bit willingness to explore a solution was exasperating. Please let him know that I solved the problem myself, despite his unwillingness to help, shitty customer service, and I returned the truck as promised. I wish he was there in the morning when I dropped off, as I wanted to say "Fuck you asshole." (Sorry, but you get the point) Your app is worthless. I couldn't check out, and couldn't check in. My order was canceled several times, and lost from the system. This put me further down the line, during a time when availability wasn't great. Military personnel; we don't have the time or patience to deal with stupid shit. We solve problem, and make shit happen. Some of us DO NOT HAVE "CURRENT" DRIVER'S LICENSES. My license has been expired for 2yrs, but the state of PA issues a military exemption card. This card, my license, and my military ID are MY PROOF of residency and motor vehicle operator status. Please pass this on to your local sales reps. One last thought; if you need help moving trucks, I'm free, HMU.

Whole rental experience prior to arriving at Cedar Brook was a shitshow. Confirmed for a 17' truck in Southampton originally - website never clues you in to the fact that they only have trailers. The next day I get an email that I am confirmed for a 17' truck in Maple Shade - 10 additional miles each way...doubling my mileage costs. Phone call to 'rental manager' asking for a break on mileage or drop in mileage cost due to change-nope. So next day I wake up and start driving to Maple Shade and get an email that I am now confirmed in Pennsauken...an additional 10 miles further than the Maple Shade location. Now it is just costing me more to drive the truck from pickup to my house than it is to rent. More phone calls. Pennsauken person was really helpful and was a welcomed change but sent me to Rout 38 in Hainesport or something for the 20' truck they have on hand. I get there and guess what- they do not have a 20' truck. Should have guessed.... But they had seen the reservation come up in there system, knew it was wrong from the get go and were actually waiting for me to arrive. They directed me to Cedar Brook in Berlin on 73. where they assured me the 20' truck was waiting. Doubtful but hopeful I drove to Berlin and the quest was over. The truck was there, the clerk was quick and helpful and even lowered the mileage cost to the next lower bracket. So overall, if I was renting again I would really nail down the information and talk to a person instead of reserving online. It was a frustrating nightmare until it was all figured out. I would recommend Cedar Brook location to someone but not uhaul in general. Kudos to Cedar Brook. Seven thumbs down to uhaul in general including customer service.

Rented a 10x10 unit in jan of 2021 and it was broke into and everything stolen and manager could not give me a date when it was broke into and supposedly was looking at videos to see and the repwest insurance is bogus because after cop said burglary .. The insurance company denied me because of no forced entry the lock was completely broke off the door but no dates and times when it happened and i was paying every month for an empty storage unit... This place is totally at fault and are refusing to do anything about my deceased mothers belongings with my belongings and priceless memories as well

I originally had my reservation set for the Clementon location but they didn't have the equipment I reserved so I had to travel all the way to Berlin to get my equipment and then had to bring it back all the way to Berlin way out of my way or I would have been charged almost 200$ More.

I arrived in heavy rainfall, and did not know if I would have to walk around outside.No one else was in the showroom, so the clerk had plenty of time to work with me. I needed a lot of info, because I never rented a stall before, and was somewhat green. My 91 year old mother, could no longer live by herself, ans my sisters had moved out of state. In the process of selling her house, I had a lot of personal property to sell of dispose of. She thought she would have been going into a senior home, but that would not work well because of her health. The little bit that she would have taken to the nursing home, is the last items before the sale is done. I have no more room in my home, and neither does the family. She wants us all to have her possessions to remind us of her. It is a lot of work, but I must take care of her myself. We rented a 5'X10'X10', in the climate control section. The salesman shower me the sizes of the storage units, the items that I would need to make the move, and education me on all the new agenda. I think we should be able to fit it all, and other family members will have a need for what she owns in the unit. I am happy that all has turned out well, you guys are great. Thank You.

My only complaint was upon move-out. I vacated my unit 3 weeks early and made sure to go into the office both before & after the unit was cleared to explain my intent. Yet, 3 weeks later, I still received a billing reminder. I had to call the office multiple times to get ahold of someone - when I did, they had no record that I'd cleared my unit. Although the matter was resolved, it was frustrating.

The only issue I had was some damage from mice. I think more could be done to control rodents. Overall a positive experience. Would use this facility again.

Things at Cedar Brook have improved a great deal under Jovani Mercado. It also helps a great deal having the new service center. I would recommend to anyone.

I had one storage unit for three year and two others for a year. I never had a mouse or any live insects in my unit's. The staff are always cleaning the unit yard and are very helpful and friendly.

Arrived to unload only to find my unit with a lock on it and office closed. Sunday April 14th at 5:30pm. Even after I was forced to by a lock.

unit was Infested with bugs.Had household items and furniture stored.Had to throw most of it away due to spider eggs and mice. The manager,Alex is mean and nasty. Needs to be fired. Hated this place!

I began to keep my boat and trailer stored at this site in 2010 before U-Haul acquired it. Before than it was a poor site. Since U-Haul acquired it they have made it a wonderful atmosphere.

there was a mgmt change and I was informed that U-Haul could no longer sign for my pkgs. then told it would cost $2/box. asked the mgr if he was willing to lose a customer. Poor, inexperienced Mgmt
