Well the agent that assisted me in picking up the truck did not show me the indicate of how many gallons to out back in the truck. I was just told to make sure it had 3/4 of a take. Will be the nozzle wouldn't move when you would turn the key to turn the electronics I ended up filling the tank costing me 40,00 $ which was probably about 20 more than I should have put in.

Outstanding experience. Fast, easy, high-quality. Best rental place I have been to (and I've done a lot of moving!). Both check-out and check-in were amazingly quick and easy. Only detractor was there was no way to ensure the lift door on the 5 x 8 trailer would stay raised. Got a plank or stick to prop it open.

When people make reservations and they are confirmed, a customer shouldn't fear loosing the equipment, and be forced to drive to another state two hours before pick up time to get their equipment. 2nd time U-haul has done this to me.

Very easy to rent a trailer from the Chantilly location and Marco deserves recognition for the assistance he gave us when hooking up the trailer for us - he went above and beyond by adjusting the hitch to ensure the chains weren't dragging when we were on the road. I took the truck to the location I need to pick up my stuff, about 5miles away. I parked for two hours to load my belonging. Truck was full. When I start the truck, did not start. Battery died on me. I had to call my friend and recharge your truck. That was a nightmare. Checking battery regularly is basic, very unprofessional.

The entire staff at this location is extremely friendly. Coworkers band together and are there to help you. An issue arose during and after the truck rental. Never rented this trailer as they didn't have the one I want (the covered 5 by 8 not the utility trailer).
