The truck itself was great, it was a newer model and got the job done. However, I will never rent from this location again. Erique was the most disrespectful worker I have ever seen. He rolled his eyes at me when I first walked up not having said anything yet. Treated me being there like an inconvenience and when I tried to ask questions he gave me one word answers. On top of all that he inputted the wrong gas level and mileage on the contract and didn't print it out for me to verify against the truck. I'm just glad I did the verification through the phone because this could have cost me a ton for his mistake. My advise? Fire this employee. Pissing off customers and then handing them keys to a company asset is just a recipe for one upset customer to trash your cars out of spite. I'm still not coming back regardless if he is still employed there.Brandon S.

I asked about dropping off the trailer early/at night and was told, yeah, no big deal, just park it where I picked it up. Wasn't told at all about an extra fee for doing this. Instead, I wake up to an email that more than doubled the price of my trailer rental. That was crappy. I'd of been just as happy keeping the trailer for the full 24 hours and using an employee's time to unhook it - especially if I'd of know that would have saved me 20 $.TIMOTHY H.

The customer service there was very underwhelming. The lady who helped me didn't know how to rent out a truck to me. She then preceded to give me a truck that wouldn't start. When I asked for a new one she said she would email me a new agreement (which she never sent) for a new truck. I only used the truck for 15 miles and about 2 hours in which I returned it the SAME DAY. When I came back to return it (a new person was there to help me) said that the lady never made the agreement so I didn't have to worry about anything and that he would process the truck return for the same day. He said my total was about 45 $. Low and behold about a week later I get a charge to my card for 700 $!! And that it said I had rented the truck out for 11 days! I'm not sure how this happened but it has been a huge pain to deal with considering everything takes weeks to process returns and claims. My advice is to make sure you document and make sure you get all of your paperwork so something like this doesn't happen to you. After I get my money back, I won't be coming back to this location.KEVIN C.

Vehicle was dirty inside and not cleaned during this COVID time... I used a wipe to wipe down and didn't even scrub hard and it was filthy. The USB port to charge phone/connect to Apple play didn't work. The staff at pickup had no idea about pricing structure and included miles. The UHAUL employees at this location are the top of the mark. I've rented from UHAUL for over 51 years and I have to say this UHAUL is always exceptional. Courteous, informative, clean, helpful and no matter what the situation, I always have been taken care of and more than satisfied. I drove the vehicle 11 miles and was charged 60 $for supposedly adding 5 gallons of gasoline to return gas level to the same level as it was when I began the use. This is dishonest and seems like theft to me. Trust in business is first and foremost. U-haul just lost me as a customer.Kevin S.

I rent vehicles frequently from this location and have enjoyed a well organized, professional experience. This last visit was less than reasonable. The wait time to pick up a reserved vehicle was long, about 10-20 minutes. Returning the vehicle resulted in a line of three vehicles with no one to check them in. It appeared the site was understaffed with one person at the check-in counter and one person repairing vehicles in the back lot.Peg W.

I was overcharged for mileage by 20 miles and I immediately brought it to the attention of the store, so when i returned the truck I was promised an adjustment/credit. I am still waiting on the credit. A few months prior to that.. My bank account was debited by almost 900 $which included over 125 $in fees and I did not authorize auto pay. They got the information from my original agreement and kept my bank data on file again which I didnt authoritize.Wyshun J.
Improvements?!? Where do I start?!? Every aspect of that rental was a nightmare. When I rented the truck with Cooper, he didn't do the walk around & told me I was sent a link to do it that way. I accessed the link & entered all the vehicles pictures of damage (which were very extensive since they never marked any on it & there was over a dozen items), during the over 30mins I took to do that, I reached the maximum amount of pictures to attach & still had more, plus to make matters worse the link expired. I then had to call in to Customer Service, the first agent answered told me to hold a moment, I quickly realized I was put back in the que to hold once again for another agent to answer which was approximately 30+ mins later. That agent confirmed they received the photos up to the max. so I supplied the additional photos by email to her. I also advised her the rear passenger tire was approximately 10lbs low (it had 27lbs.). I didn't use the truck the first 24hrs I had it as I left it parked in the lot across the street in til the next evening when I took it in to address the low tire issue. I also called customer service back a second time as I was so upset & frazzled from the first call I had forgot to mention the truck smelt like cigarette smoke horribly, the truck was dirty inside, it had the last customers trash in it still, & the passenger seat was also dirty with a burn whole in the seat. This agent filed a customer complaint that the store was to address. I never heard a world from the store that day or the next day, so I called back now for a third time to see what was going to be done. The agent stated that Andrew the manager at the store noted he would deal with this when I returned the truck & apparently he closed the ticket without a resolution actually be executed. I wasn't told the ticket was closed in this call (I found out later in the fifth call). I asked that agent to call the location to see if Andrew was in as I was on my way in to return the truck. When she did, she was advised he wasn't in, so when she returned to tell me she advised me that Cooper & Tyler were in & that they would be able to help me. When I approached the counter I advised them of the situation & Cooper advised he or Tyler couldn't do anything more than put my contract on hold until Andrew was back in on Monday. I called customer service for the fourth time while Cooper was checking the truck outside & when he came back in. Somehow I got the same agent as I did on the previous call, I filled her in on the fact that neither Cooper nor Tyler could help me & they seemed to already tell her that the first time. So what does she do, puts me on hold to call the store I'm standing in to ask them again & get the same info I just gave her. So I left with a print out that Cooper gave me but left my contract open for Andrew to deal with when he was back in on Monday & I returned on Saturday evening. So Monday came & it was like 4pm & I still hadn't heard from anyone so I checked my email to find that at 8am my contract was closed out & billed for the full amount with no contact from Andrew. So I called customer service for the fifth time now was very insistent in a manager when the first agent answered, I gave her all my info to give to the manage/supervisor but then she tried to help me & continued to tell her I wanted a manager/supervisor. Well once she got one, she told me to hold shortly so they could review my notes but they got on the line right away. The manager/supervisor actually didn't receive any info from the first agent which lied to her & told her I didn't provide it (all calls are recorded so pull it & you will see). So I'm getting more frustrated by the minute, I supply her with my info & tell her I'm calling to follow on the complaint that didn't get resolved. This is when it finally came to light that Andrew closed the ticket out on Friday when he got it saying it would be addressed when I returned the truck. I advised her that didn't happen nor was I ever told the ticket was closed that day. From what I gathered Andrew noted again when he closed out my contract that any resolution would bow be after the contract was closed out, but all day went by with no contact at all. At first the manager/supervisor only offered to re-open the ticket to be sent back to the store again & to wait for the 72hr turnaround d time they would have for a second time now. I expressed to her that wasn't a viable action to make me go through the same step twice & double the turnaround time because of the stores doing & she finally got approval from her supervisor to escalate the re-opened ticket to the district manager now finally but I again have another 72hr turnaround time this way too. So that's where I'm at right now, so I still do t have any idea what's going to happen, but so far I've put 3 hrs of time into calls & self-guided walk around to upload photos through the link, The time I've spent on this detailed review has been over 30mins. I still will probably have at least 30mins to an hour more to go over this with the district manager. Which lost me 15 $/hr in wages this whole time & my loss is becoming more than the cost of the rental with a whole day I didn't get to use it & I was charged for since Andrew refused to handle it like he noted he would. Very frustrating & ridiculous that it's drug on & on as it has....Michelle G.

I was charged for a late return fee in error, due to their app was not allowing me to take a picture of the gas meter and odometer and check in my 920 pm return time. I returned the vehicle on time. On top of this they charged my account twice. 340 $charge instead of the true 150 $amount that I owe them. I may never return to U-Haul ever again after 40 years of loyal service. Attention manager! The lady said that because indidnt take a picture and recorded the fuel Level I had to pay 49 dollars so she can fill it up. I chose to checkout using app. However when I got to location, I spend 10 mins answering questions and scanning my id. When it was time to locate truck, it was no where to be found. After walking around lot for several minutes, a female employee approached me and said I would have to go inside to finalize transaction. I explained that I choose to reserve through the app due to concerns with COVID-19. She insisted that I had to go inside and would not answer why the truck I was assigned was not there. After going inside she proceeded to ask me all the same questions I already answered online and demanded to check my id again despite having already scanned it. When I rented a uhaul in may using online app it went very smooth. The truck assigned had cup holder full of food crumbs. This experience was very disappointing and waste of time and effort!Anthony K.

The Manager Amado Hernandez was one of the best manager I ever meet in the company. The manager helped and solved our problem faster than I have ever seen and this comes from someone who is in a military family (which means I move around every three years) and I really recommend coming to this building and company, the smiles and the bright attitudes really helped my stressful time... muy agradecida y feliz! Truck left handle was missing. As a result, I fell off truck and scraped up my back. In significant pain to date. UHAUL paperwork shows storage access GATE hours as 5am to 10pm. Rented truck late in day, 2:00pm. Due to return truck and store items by 6:30pm on sat Oct 31,2020. Fell off truck which delayed return of truck and stopped to fill up gas to FULL status. Truck mileage was 56947 at UHAUL, returning mileage @7:42pm was 56953, BUT, we couldn't access the storage gate for entrance. We looked at our paperwork and receipt given to us by office and it states STORAGE ACCESS 5AM to 10PM. This was the deciding factor for closing out my current storage and moving to a closer storage facility. Unable to store my truck filled items in the unit and being told by staff that the area and facility deals with theft of gas and breaking into storage trucks, I drove the truck to my residence and secured it with a lock. I had to go to work at 3:30am Sunday morning and my vehicle was still parked at the UHAUL site, so I paid for a LYFT to take me to the UHAUL facility to pick my vehicle up, so I could go to work and reduce the possibility of theft. Also, I rented a truck earlier in the week for a ground unit that wasn't available. I paid for a truck that I couldn't use. Manager Andrew DID compensate me for this inconvenience. However, October 31, 2020 was a horrible, painful and stressful situation. I have left a storage facility to move to one of your facilities because of proximity and gate access, only to discover at night that the gate hours are no longer 5-10pm as your paperwork suggests.
