Told me one price over the phone then charged me over a hundred dollars more. I will never use uhaul again you cant lie to customers and then expect a good rating horrible way to conduct business!

When I had my dad pick up the truck the (GM) he dealt with was very rude. Seemed like he was really annoyed he had to actually do something. Dropping the uhaul off we dealt with a different gentleman who was very short with us and basically pushed us out the door. I have used this uhaul place before and had a great experience with them I worked with a guy who took care of us very well and enjoyed his job!

Tried to drop off in Fairborn Ohio, but dealer refused to take trailer. Had to tow home and drop off at local dealer the next morning. Four hours out of the way.

Addition staff is needed to support the manager. When in there 2 weekends in a row. The manager was there by himself & there were 3-4 customers waiting.

The person who did my paperwork, was very rude! He seemed inconvenienced that I had cash, and that I needed a ramp in the truck! So he had to get me a bigger truck, did not tell me that it was more expensive, an gave me the wrong paperwork so I thought the gas was where it was supposed to be and I ended up paying almost 25 $in gas that I was supposed to get back! I will not used this location ever again! Very in professional and rude!

First of all they gave me a truck with less than a 1/4 tank gas and switched my truck at the pick up site that was full. There was Ice all over the roof that blew off and hit my brand new truck following. I get to the glassboro store to return truck and the lady would not listen told her the truck has same amount of fuel as picked up and was verified at the customer service center and charged me 92 bucks extra for someone else to use my gas. So no didn't have a nice experience

I did the pick up with mobile phone option, and the company never put in the moving blankets. As there was no way to get them, I had to sit on hold for 20 minutes with Uhaul to get them taken off of my bill. Then I had to listen to my movers complain all day about not having moving blankets.

I found the employee who was training under the manager to be friendly, engaging, and helpful. He connected well with both me and my son as customers. The store was well kept and had plenty of items in stock, some of which we bought.

The staff was great but they seemed under staffed overall. Everyone was great and hurried as best they could to help people but another person behind the counter would have made their lives easier. I believe because they were short handed they forgot the furniture pads.

Only to explain to the customer the potential pitfalls related to the fuel cost and service fee if added by UHaul on return of the vehicle. If it was explained to me, I missed it (which is possible), but I have today been advised that UHaul will issue a credit for the amount of the service fee. Otherwise you have a great staff there at Anmoore, WV.

Make sure trucks are cleaned out. There was broken glass inside. Prices are ridiculous, if you cant use trolly witbout paying extra dont put it in there and take up space.

I waited approximately 45 minutes on hold to make a reservation for a truck rental. I dialed the local number but that put me into an out-of-town customer service center. It was a very bad experience but I needed to rent a truck so I just had to wait and wait.

The vehicle had a check engine light on, and had horrible gas mileage - I drove less than 50 miles, and did not drive less then 5 miles each time I started the vehicle - I had to refill it with 5 gallons of gas to get it where it was when picking it up. I did not pull a trailer, did not load more than 1000 lbs in it, and drove it easy, I was expecting about 3 gallons. A used face mask was in the door pocket.

A hitch I purchased online I could not pick up at the location where I picked my cargo trailer up from, as it was not an official U-Haul location. I was taking the cargo trailer one way so I was not returning it at the same location I picked it up at. When I returned the cargo trailer upon reaching my destination, the representative removed that charge from my balance due, and did so without any complications.

Double check on the furniture pads given because I was shorted 2 bunches that I ordered/paid for and it was too late to go back and get them. Now some of my furniture has been nicked up from the move. This I am NOT happy about. I was reimbursed for the furniture pads, but that won't help the damage to my furniture.

Kyle is my favorite employee there. He has an amazing work ethic and is always friendly. I rent from this location a lot. As a business owner, he stands out as a great asset. I hope you promote from within. He definitely needs looked at and put on the HR and DM bench of individuals to move up!

I was not told when I picked up the trailer that I had to have it back in 6 hours. I brought it back 30 minutes over and was changed an extra 6 hrs. Does not seem right since they didn't say anything about it when I pick up the trailor.

I rent weekly for my business. The same individual usually waits on me. I believe his name is Keith. He is very friendly and efficient. The poor man is usually at a running speed because the other individuals at the counter act like they can barely move. Excellent employee! If I had a position for him, I'd offer him a job myself. He definitely goes above and beyond! He needs recognized for his dedication and work ethic! It's rare to find employees that care this day and age. After 20 plus years of business development, I would definitely know.

This was first time using a storage rental. They where very willing to help me. I couldn't of met nicer people. They even brought a cart out so I could load everything on it so I wouldn't have to make so any trips. He told me about how I can use their carts anytime. Something I didnt know and was VERY excited to know this....

We had a wonderful e presence at uHaul. We rented our storage unit for 4 years and felt our experience the entire time was exceptional. We simply had an opportunity to downsize a bit more, which no longer required the use of a leased unit. Thank you for a great experience.

I made a reservation and when I got there I was told there wasn't a climate controlled unit available, even though I had the confirmation email. He did find me one but you need a better process.

My reservation was canceled without my knowledge and when I arrived I was given the option of a unit WITH NO ROOF or a unit half the size of the one I originally reserved.

The unit reserved for me by was not available. However, the gentleman at the Clarksburg location was great! I had to choose a more expensive unit (30 $more) but due to the free month, I took it.
