DO NOT RENT CARGO VANS WITH REAR WHEEL DRIVE IN THE WINTER. A 2 1/2 HOUR TRIP TOOK 4 1/2 HOURS WITH SLIDING ACROSS THE ROAD ALL THE TIME. NOT AT ALL HAPPY THAT WE WERE NOT GIVEN THIS INFO PRIOR TO DRIVING THE VAN. NO WINTER SUPPLIES IN THE VAN, NO SAND,OR SHOVEL WHEN YOU GET STUCK. THANK YOU

The online pickup was a little clumsy...it wrongly identified the truck I was to pick up...it failed to register my DL, (insisted that it was expired)..fortunately there was a staff member onsite who fixed the issues otherwise i would not have been able to rent the truck.

I arrived at 9:00 AM Check in was not bad It took about 20 minutes. But when I went to the truck I was there one more hour trying to open the truck cargo door as it was frozen shut No one there was able to help. I returned the truck the next morning I arrived A few minutes before 9 . I was told that they were taking care of customers and I should leave the key as it would be a long wait to check in. They would send me my final receipt. I got the final receipt with surcharges that the truck was returned late after 11 am so I was charged extra insurance and some charges for the next day. I immediately called uhaul customer service for a refund but it took me several tries because the phone disconnected the first time. I will never use clinton, MA location again. I will still use uhaul when I need to but only a location like Northboro mass that is well managed.

The facility on High St in Clinton is exceptional. The office is extremely well stocked and neat and organized. What makes this facility so special is the outstanding leadership of Tammy the manager. She is always so helpful and caring to the customers. Moving is a stressful time and Tammy's calming and supportive demeanor always picked up my spirits. She is truly a goodwill ambassador for Uhaul and I am thrilled to recognize her efforts on this post. FYI I used your facility for 2 one way rentals as well as storage. Dan R.

Very happy with the service/everything.
There were two employees there yet only one person was checking people in while the other sat there and chatted. I was in line for a half hour and then was told I could have checked in virtually. By the time I got to my van there was a line of 8 people waiting to be checked in. Also the employees were NOT WEARING MASKS AT ALL. And it wasn't as if they had them pulled down - they didn't have them on. It was very concerning. I almost called the health department.

I worked with Tammy and she was great. She explained everything clearly and helped me get in to a moving truck with no hassle. When finished, she went over all the charges and provided my a receipt related to my storage move out. She was great & highly recommend this location.
The computer system that checks people is always very slow. This is not limited to this location, it's the same all locations. The POS system has had trouble processing my debit card each of the last 10 visits to 2 different U-Haul locations. At this point I just hand my card to the person behind the counter so that they can process it, I don't even try putting my card in the machine.. This is certainly not the most secure way to process cards. The person that checked me out was a great at what he did. He got me out as quickly as he could. The price was reasonable, the tuuck worked well.

Clinton Uhaul. Very curious and professional. Making sure to constantly apologize for the wait. Not needed but still repeatedly did apologize. Made sure the customer was happy !! Young lady was on her game for sure !

I can confidently say that I hate u-haul customer service. As a side note the passenger side front indicator fell out of it's housing 5btimes during the trip until I was forced to duct tape it in place
The last two times I had to go in there was a wonderful woman working there. She has shoulder length dark hair. I want to give a major shout out to her. She is friendly and so helpful.
Hire one more person... you always have just on staff on duty.

Just a little miffed because they demanded a second phone from me and a name. When i resisted, could have couched the request in some language like " sorry but company policy and the computer won't print out a rental agreement without it."

The owner did NOT wear a mask and put me and my family at risk. What else didn't they do? Did they not clean the equipment? Will never use them again.

My pickup location was changed after reservation was made online. Someone called me to change my pick up to a further location ultimately costing me more money in miles. When we went to pick up the truck at the time confirmed both online and over the phone with a representative, the location was closed. We were lucky enough to catch someone leaving who was able and willing to help us. After I returned the truck I was called the next day to ask if I had returned it. Over three weeks later multiple charges were charged to my card with no email, no receipt, no communication or confirmation. I tried calling multiple locations and customer service lines for information but have been unable to speak to anyone. I've contacted the online chat line and continue to be directed to phone numbers that ultimately lead to full voicemail boxes or never-ending hold music. That's just the experience with customer service. The truck itself had a broken latch that was not shown to us, it was extremely difficult and dangerous to open and resulted in my friend injuring herself trying to open the back. It was dirty and the light in the back did not work which made packing during my overnight reservation extremely difficult. Speaking with customer service over chat was also extremely disappointing. A representative named Lilliana just directed me to the Uhaul FAQ and gave me the same 1800 number that was never answered. Overall two thumbs down for a very unpleasant experience during a very stressful time.

Hire a second person to wait on people. Every time I went in, there were 2 or 3 people waiting in line, which would be ok if transactions were one or two minutes, but they seem to be 5 to 10 minutes with the questions people ask.
I really like the woman that assisted me. She was very nice and went out of her way. There was an issue with my car. The people at U-Haul Worcester, MA who installed the hitch did not do it right and the light wiring was not working. She waited for me For about an hour after the store closed so that I can drive over to Leominster location to get it looked at and return to get the trailer.
Be responsssable. I did a reserve, two hours earlier i personally stop by to confirm the vehicle pick up which will be at two hrs later but, when i wend there, there was not truck because they the truck to other person under my reservation number and under my name.
Moving is stressful, I had Tammi helping me upon pickup of the truck. She was smiling and friendly and helped me laugh and it definitely started moving day off on the best foot possible. I appreciate her great attitude and friendliness! Also Antoine helped reserve the truck for me and he was also very helpful!

The local place was great. The system overall needs much improvement. Reserving online appears to be a firm reservation only to get a phone call A day or more later saying that it's not possible. Then we reserved on the phone, got to Clinton, and our reservation had been bumped. Moving days are incredibly stressful and complex. UHaul needs a better system.
Tammy is awesome! She is very hospitable, gave me the equipment in very good condition and was willing to step up and help me despite having shortage of dollies due to busy College moving schedule. She was very kind and courteous. Awesome experience!

Verification took too long even though I reserved and was verified the day before. I lost 30 minutes of my day which led to delays. Verification process is excessive for someone who already had a profile and is a repeat customer. I should be able to login and pick up my rental faster than what I experienced

She provided us with an abundance of information, made sure we understood/felt comfortable with operation of truck and auto transport, gave us tips and suggestions, and even called to make sure we made it down safe after a large move! I had a very positive experience here. Staff was very helpful with attending to my needs. I decided to rent a storage unit and will be recommending your facility to others.
We needed short term storage at very short notice. A 10'x30' happened to be available and we took it. The curbside access and extra size made loading and unloading very efficient.
The staff is súper friendly and shows true interest in a well planned travel exoeriance . I highly reccomend the storage facility in Clinton mass.

Overall - great people, location and facility. BUT - 1st renter of 2 new units w/ wood floors over dirt. Serious mold after 30 days covered everything. Many items destroyed. Insurance didn' cover

Flooding is a problem I had an inch of water in my unit one day after heavy rain. My unit had alot of videogames and electronics in it so this was very destressing to me.
