Well upon arrival I waited in line for assistance ,and an associate left just before I was to be seen. Once another associate entered the building he assisted a customer behind me. I waited even longer,and then what should have taken twenty minutes took forty five. Whe I lime to facility I won't use it with the current staff on property. Definalety need some customer friendly training, and how to follow protocol measures goi g forward.

In person customer service was great. However, the right rear tire dropped 10# pressure everyday. Also, the tow dolly became racked mid trip and squeaked noisily at low speeds. Brakes overheated during portion of trip from NV to CA mountains. When calling for help, no one picked up the phone.

The Concord,NC location exceeded my expectations. I moved here from Bflo,NY and they made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. The manager really went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would definately recommend this location.

It was all wonderful!! Maybe put some more latches inside your trailers to hook up ratchet straps too. Luckily we had other ties. Make sure people know to look inside to see what they might need to hold things down. Otherwise it was all good!

Cost wayyyyyyyyyyy toooo much 260 $( gas included ) for one day ! 11 am to 10 pm . Customer service excellent. I think her name was Katrina . She's great . I didn't get the name of the guy cleaning the cars, but he was great too ! Truck ran well all day . No problems. The price is just RIDICULOUS.

It was not about the location, it was about the online customer service. I chose 24/7 mobile pick up in Harrisburg NC at 8:00. I went into my U-Haul app at 7:45am and it had been changed to pick up in person at 10:00. I had to switch to the location in Concord NC to get hte truck which was an extra 45 min of driving time. If you cannot honor what you promise, DON'T PROMISE IT!!! Horrible experince and extra stress I did not need.

The person at the counter was rude, talking on her cellphone and was very unpleasant. The company did not have a pickup truck which I needed, then tried to route me further away for a truck/van. Overall very poor.

If time of appointment can't be fulfilled by UHaul, call customer ahead of time to arrange a different time. Otherwise, fine but no waiting room that I was aware of. Competitive price and hopefully hitch will last for years. Merci!

The van smelled of cigarette smoke and had a low tire pressure light on. I made a reservation in advance with all of my contact information, but when I arrived to check in using the app, suddenly my rental was "awaiting approval" and I had to enter additional contact information to verify my identity. This should have been done at the time of reservation, not while I had someone dropping me off and waiting with me until I was all set to take the vehicle.

Taheem was absolutely outstanding! So thoughtful, kind and efficient. What a hard working person. Great positive and enthusiastic attitude. Brenton at drop off was also just as awesome! This whole experience was a complete nightmare. From family running off with my rental truck in the midst of my move. All the way down to very poor customer service and lack of understanding, and empathy, in respect to the customer. service at this U-Haul. Extremely overwhelming, and highly disappointing to say the very least.洛 I'm traumatized, and extremely disgusted with the way this affair took place.

The access doors were not explained to me upfront. I was unaware that I needed to immediately place a lock on my assigned unit. I arrived several days later and learned that my assigned unit was not available. Also, one attendant was assisting a customer and he told me to ask either of the other two available attendants. When I asked, they told me that they were assigned to outside duty and could not assist. This, coupled with the time it took to find me another unit, cost me money as I had hired a moving company which charges by the hour. Additionally, I was paying for (original unit) the convenience of not having to lift property up/down stairs but, the unit I ended up with was the exact opposite. Very disappointing experience.

I checked in after the main office hours and I was told that a lock would be *INSIDE MY UNIT* when I arrived. Not only was that NOT the case, but when I pushed the call button for the supposed "24 HOUR ASSISTANCE" inside the facility, nothing happened. This doesn't make me feel secure or that anyone is actually going to assist me if there is a major issue. Moreover, the locker that I was rented has a GAPING HOLE between the top of it's wall and the ceiling, such that anyone who isn't particularly obese and wanted to climb into the unit could easily do so... especially with the movable ladders the facility provides... and the fact that the sliding glass door that is SUPPOSED TO BE SECURE was just opening and closing with motion (just my walking up to it). Oh--and the access code that I was sent DIDN'T WORK. It kept saying "DENIED".

The man I dealt with was amazing. Very friendly and understanding. I would call him out by name but I never got his name. The contract says Taheem Clement (sorry if I spelled that wrong). If that's you man. Keep doing what you are doing because you are amazing.

I paid for a climate controlled unit, only to find out the a/c is broken in bldg A, and it was 102° in the building. And the location is/was aware and did not communicate that issue. Also, the website states you receive a lock with your storage unit, only to be told I would have to pay for the lock instead. I am very disappointed with this location. Thankfully this will definitely be a short usage of storage space.

There was a lady that really tried to help we were given a unit that was already taken. Got all our stuff up to the unit & couldn't get into our assigned unit because it was already a lock on it. At this time Uhaul was closed because we rented our unit a little bit before closing. Went back downstairs to the office fortunately we were able to get in because someone else was having issues. As soon as we walked in another lady not the one that had assigned us the unit said we're closed I said I was just assigned a unit that has a lock on it she said oh well you have to come back tomorrow. I said but all my stuff is up there on pallets. She said you still gotta come back so as we we're going back & forth the other lady that originally help me intervened she tried to find us another unit by couldn't & was told we would have to see the manager in the morning. The other rude lady got into it with another customer when we were getting out unit assigned to us. She is so rude definitely need to work on her customers service skills. When I came I. Last week just to get plastic wrap & asked the different prices she had an attitude because I was asking. Very disappointed!!!

The general manager was very helpful. The clerk/customer service rep at the desk was not very helpful. She could not locate my storage unit. She did not know how to read the storage map we walked around for several minutes trying to locate the storage unit. I had to try to locate the unit myself. She did not have the unit available that I reserved. She did not provide a unit compatible with the one I reserved. The general manager had to assist me himself.

I rented the unit on-line, then asked at the desk for more information. One of the clerks took me to the entry and showed me how it worked by using the keypad. He also said I would be getting a key card to use. He left and I showed my sons where the unit was, then went down to unload the trailer; however, the loading door would not open. I walked back to the office and a clerk said she would be over to help shortly. After waiting 10 minutes, I found another clerk who said they forgot to open it that morning and he would let them know. In a few minutes it was opened. I went back to the office to get some moving wrap, tried to pay cash, and no one had a cash drawer, so I had to use my card. When I asked the clerk when I could get a key card, she created it right then. I don't know why the first clerk couldn't do it. The unit was clean and we were able to pack everything into it.

Possibly a more seamless process for those that reserve online. I called that morning and was advised by one of the reps to reserve storage online which I did. When I got to U-HAUL it took over 35+ minutes to complete my getting access to the facility. I would assume if I am reserving online, the process would be a lot faster once I arrive. Key would have been made and working. Storage unit picked out ahead of time.

I rented a both a truck and a unit on Friday the 9th. I requested a 10x10. Went to unit. Swipe card did not work. Came back to desk. Associate walked me down to unit. Discovered that unit that was rented to me should not have been due to the fact that the roof was leaking. That was the last 10x10 available. Had to settle for 8x10. I went to that unit and there was a lock on the unit. Walked back up the hill. At that point I decided to take the rental truck home and start loading up to come back hoping that when I do come back all will be taken care of. It was. The only reason I rented the unit from U-HAUL is that you were running a 1st month free program. If that wasn't the case I'd go elsewhere.

I hired movers when I got to the storage facility we couldn't get in and had to go back the next morning. I was charged for one hr. Which was 90 $dollars and 228 $overnight storage fee. Uhaul couldn't find me in the system even though I had my paper work. I have called the manager and to response from phone or email. Thanks
