Your employee (William) greeted me as I pulled in and directed me to a spot where I could park my trailer. He asked how I was doing and if everything went as expected with my rental. He quickly unhooked the trailer and asked if there was anything else he could assist me with. My experience, with the return of my trailer, could not have gone any betterâ€¦well done William! There was a last minute problem with my hitch set up. Brandon spent over an hour figuring out the problem and helping me so I could make my cross country move. The wiring that connects to my trailer is coiled up in the cargo area. In order to connect to my trsiler it nees torun out through and under the tail gatr. Every other hitch and wire connector is under the bumper and is in a bracket to be attached to. This is a very sloppy and unprofessional installation. I could have connected the wiring and lay it in the cargo area myself, I had Uhaul do it to get a professional job.David B.

The location and staff were very helpful, but I did have to stand in a line of several people because, I believe your APP is lacking in almost every way. I get to U-Haul and still have to answer questions and provide documents. Your APP should be a complete transaction, upload photos of licenses, etc. The app made it very confusing on where to return the rental. I had to have the customer service person change it. You need to take a look and make the APP seamless. It would same me and your staff lots of wasted time and energy.TODD B.
I made my reservation 2 months ahead with a credit card on file for a 26 ft truck. I was out of town the week prior. On the way back to the UHaul store, I received several text messages changing my pick up location. I went to the store to inquire and not only were they rude but they then sent me to a location that was a privately owned store that was closed. They also changed my truck size down to a 20 ft truck. If that wasn't bad enough, they rented my reservation to someone else and charged it to my credit card on file!!!! I then was sent to another location in Madison Tn that didn't have a truck. These folks were at least sympathetic and found us a truck in Hendersonville Tn. This was a 4 hour experience trying to get a reserved truck that I put a credit card on file for. The kicker is that they charged my credit card and dispatched the truck to someone else!!! Still working on getting this fixed. May have to get my lawyer involved on this fraud case. To sum my opinion up, rent from Penske, Enterprise, or anyone but these rude, dishonest people. They don't care. Terrible organization!DAREN G.

this location is VERY understaffed and the trainee (who was nice) was completely incapable of attaching my car to the transport -- even I was watching him make mistakes which another employee fortunately corrected. The wait was very long, the truck windshield very dirty. Again, people were nice but just way understaffed and that one very undertrained employee hooking cars to trailers! That's crazy!JAMES T.

Despite the above postive response, 2 things not asked were cost and actual access. I moved to a storage facility with twice the room for roughly the same cost. And multiple times I drove over there during off hours to find that all of the parking spaces to load/unload were filled up by or blocked by U-haul trucks and trailers. Worst experience ever. Gross negligence of maintenance of truck caused me to call roadside assistance. The mechanic found bad leak of grease on drive system - hub or axle, four badly dry rotted tires, and rims that were badly corroded. He said he could not repair and the truck would not have made it out of TN without wheels seizing up and potential catastrophic accident. I would expect nothing less than a Senior Manager calling me and an attempt at partial or full refund. We had to get entire load transferred to a new truck which set our move behind schedule with significant associated cost of missed work and move plans.Bradford P.

This facility was well lit but incredibly overflowing with trailers and trucks with no clear signage for dropping trailers. I managed to squeeze the trailer into a spot big enough for the drop-off. The after-hours drop-off app needs some serious work. It was very unclear. Then when I got to the "Share My Location" button, the screen just froze and I could do nothing further. I had no idea if the system had logged the trailer in and recorded it as dropped off or not. Having driven 40 min to get there, I wasn't going to haul the trailer away just to bring it back in the morning. So, I left it there and called back at 8:00 am the next day. Was told that the trailer had been checked in and "You're all good." That auto drop-off app is certainly not what I'd call "user friendly" and seems far more complicated than it needs to be.daniel G.

Being a Saturday morning when we scheduled pick up, that is obviously a busy time of day as most people want to move/rent items on saturdays. We spent an *hour and a half* waiting in line and at the counter trying to rent our trailer. That was a whole hour and a half that we lost for loading up our items. Obviously more people need to be scheduled to work Saturday mornings. When we got back to return it, there were loads of people working on returning items. Probably about 5 or 7, compared to the morning where there were 3.MADISON M.

We could rarely find a place to park at the unloading zone to load and unload or load items. Most spaces were blocked by Uhaul trucks and a couple of cars that had rented trucks, but were not actively unloading or loading and needing the dock. On several different occasions we asked that someone please move a UHaul vehicle so we could pull up to the large loading dock (it fits about 8-10 vehicles, all spaces blocked) and they would not. They were never busy, so it was not a staffing issue. One time, they witnessed us struggling to get things to our vehicle (if not pulled to the dock it is hard to get to. your car) and one guy just kept using a week blower on the drive when we had begged them to move a truck so we could unload easily. Will NEVER go back to that location. STAY AWAY if you need access to your indoor storage facility!Pamela B. | Expérience générale

The only issue I had was with the A/C. My unit was on the 3rd floor and last summer the AC broke. It was out for a few weeks, I believe, and I was told they were trying to fix it. I don't Know exactly how long it was broken, but I was concerned about my items. Fortunately nothing got ruined. Coming into 2021 summer, it still feels warmer (over 85) in the area so not sure if AC is still broken. You may want to check it out.KATELYN K. | Expérience générale
Absolutely wonderful experience. The price was competitive, but what really drew me in was the facility itself. It was neat and well equipped. Unloading the truck and bringing my belongings into my storage unit was so easy here, as the facility had every cart I could possibly need. It took only a handful of trips for a full 3 bedroom apartment. I could not have asked for a better experience.
