Constantly the computers would be down and kids work there never answers the phone instead just sit around on their sale phone. I had a 50 dollar VIP voucher and the kid said the computer couldn't accept it at the moment ,he said that he could call corp and see if there was something to do about it but he didnt want to cause it was Sunday and they probably wouldn't answer anyways . I called and got someone on the phone within minutes. The corporate customer service manager then tried to call and they never could get them to answered either I had to go and tell the kids their boss was on the phone then they answered and only after speaking to her and their manager did they try to work something out then he told me they could only discount it 30 bucks unless he called someone to get it changed on the other end which I said call then so in the end they honoree the 50 dollar voucher but only after I did way more work then I should have had to do on my end . Also In the mix I had lost my key to my lock and knew how to drill the lock with out damaging anything to which I was told I'm not aloud and would need to pay a lock smith which is 170 -200 dollars . Just FYi your policy is bs when I went to drill the lock I was stopped so I called the police to which they were agrivated about even wasting time on this they told me and the workers at the uhaul that the lock was my property and so was what is in side the locker that it is unlawful to stop me from poping the lock myself . So in the end I popped it myself. This scar taxtic is crazy on uhaul side . So In the end all experience was terrible both on the Chicago uhaul side and even more on the riverside location . I have never been met with such horrible, lazy customer service. Theres a whole other experience listed on my file of when I moved in . I will say everyone I spoke to on the phone from corporate was very respectful and helpful never had an issue with them .there is so much wrong with the riverside location I am surprised they are allowed to used the uhaul name .
Line was a little long only problem.
The lady at the facility was incredibly helpful and polite despite being so busy. She carries herself well and a great representative of the company. Here great spirits and positive vibes helps enhance the experience despite some long waits and processing time. Awesome experience.
Employee are not friendly and knowledgeable. Went to place spoke to lady ask her if I can pay my rent for February on the day I move out she said that’s fine. End up charging me $15 late fees.
WORST EXPERIENCE! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE HIGHLY REVIEWED. ONLY POSITIVE THING was Luis Calderon!. He was very friendly & has great customer service skills! He was wonderful.

Customer service person Stephanie was quite nice. But, no down stairs units, no elevator, and at age 73 I have to climb stairs with my packages to get to my unit. I am schedule knee surgery in May.

Great experience with these folks. Very professional and friendly as well as being very helpful.
Just want to thank the management and staff at Uhaul of Corona for always being so friendly every time i would go. I would of kept my unit but the drive from Hemet to corona wasn't working for me.
