Just a frustrating experience. I understand no one can be 100 % everyday so it's all good. I'll still use uhaul rental as a service, I love you all. But I won't go back to this location.

Do not use Uhaul for storage containers. Could not get a trailer to pull it on, even though I reserved it online. I had to call all over the metro to locate one in order to pick up the container that was reserved. When I arrived, there was no "certified" fork lift driver available, even though they knew I was coming to pick up the container at the time I reserved it for. The manager was rude, made me wait another 72 hours - even though I RESERVED IT ONLINE. The entire company of Uhaul needs to revamp their protocols, process, and have a better handle on how things are managed from location to location. Uhaul made my move a living UHell. I will never use them again.

The cargo van we rented had a "front right tire air pressure low" alert on. When I notified the attendant at U-haul, she told me that it was because the tire pressure sensor was malfunctioning.

The truck was dirty, dash face falling off and hanging on with box tape, the top a/c vents didn't work and the floor vents barely had airflow but it was never cold air. The windshield had dogs all over, the outside was filthy and it had a horrible exhaust leak that filled the cab. It was absolutely dangerous. Our sinuses felt raw almost like a chemical burn feeling inside our sinus cavity. You could not stop and idle without it sputtering to almost dying before the idle would go up and down.. I didn't feel safe or confident driving it. When returning we reported the exhaust leak and was told they are aware and it's been like that forever because corporate won't fix it. He then implied he'd charge a cleaning fee until I reminded him of what it looked like at pickup and how it was cleaner upon return than at pickup. I've ever been this discusted with uhauls lack of care in their customers safety and health. One more thing. The building we had to wait in way longer than needed is loaded with mold and smells so strong it almost gags you initially can. You can see the main center beam is moldy and looks rotted. The huge air intake that sits just above my head looked like the filter had literally never been changed. What's the deal with the lack of care, quality customer service or the fact that companies no longer take pride in their appearance, reputation and quality of treatment.

I suppose just because of the demand they did not have a trailer for the U-box the day we called for it. Your attendant assured us she would cancel the next month storage bill due to the delay of two days which put us into another month. All good provided that charge is cancelled.

I found it hard to find the keys for the truck. I was looking for 2 hours and figured out it was in the back. And not the front shop.

Yvette was very rude, unlike my previous U-Haul experiences. i rented a pick up and she told me it was out front. The truck was clean inside and out but the key would not start the truck. Yvette came out and told me I had a different truck. The truck she rented me was filthy. It had a million bugs splattered across the front and the windshield was so smeared with dirt, I could barely see. There was also no windshield wash to clean it. I had to remove the cardboard sun visor from the windshield and back the truck out from it's location beside the other rentals. This truck was clearly not prepared to rent. I will not be using this location in the future.

The entire Office smelled so strong of cat urine and then there was a flowery smell trying to mask it so it smelled of flowery cat per. there was dirty and cat hair everywhere. In the storage there was dirty and dead bugs everywhere. I've used other uhaul facilities in colorado and they were much nicer i was very disappointed in this one

I just hate that my daughter's stuff got sold because we found out too late to be able to pay the back charges that we had incured because we thought that the storage had been sold months and months and months ago and when we found out that it was still there I Ladonna gray could not pay the large amount that was supposed to be paid to get the storage out I had to pay rent car note and utilities and could not afford to pay the 700 $and whatever amount dollars to get that storage out that was my daughter's not mine and she is no longer working but the lady who I talked to was very nice and tried to work with me but I just could not afford to pay that amount to get it out that if it was half of that amount then maybe I could have swung it but I could not afford to pay almost 800 $to get the storage out at the last minute.

Your incompetent workers left a uhaul lock on my unit after my auto draft didn't go through, even though I set it up to be that way at the facility. Then when I met the worker at 6:30 before the "office opened" she wouldn't even take the lock off of a PAID UNIT. Lazy sack of shits

Extra funds were taken and have not been refunded. They took the initial amount, then the overage amount, then those two amounts combined. They refunded the initial amount but not the overage amount.

I was charged for gas. I picked up the uhaul at q tank and returned it at q tank. A lady called me and kept repeating the same thing and then gave me an email to send a picture to her. The email kept bouncing back, it isn't a functional email. Either way, I picked this uhaul with the dashboard saying 36 miles to go and returned it with 42 miles to go. This has to be fixed or I'll have to go to my bank and block the transaction. Because I haven't heard back from anyone and nobody is picking my calls.

Check out process of the truck was very unsatisfactory. The employee present was inattentive and much more focused on taking and making phone calls (which while I was standing waiting for her to even acknowledge me did not sound like customer calls at all). The check in process was better. The young lady present helped us out quickly.

The air didn't work and when I told the person that was working she went and felt the air and said oh it's cold but you had to cup your hand around the vent to even fill the air. Truck ran really rough, gas smell really strong while driving. Also I only drove 19 miles and they charged me for 21 miles. The girl running the store that day was not ready to be left alone!

General manager was rude, lied to me about being present during my transaction until I mentioned it was the GM who did my transaction, and tried to charge me for 3 days on a 2 day rental because she did not put the correct return date on paperwork.

Very easy to get a rental. I was happy with the cost as it was very reasonable. Returning the van after hours was a bit confusing and could possibly use some extra signs.

I had a reservation and when I went to pick up the trailer it wasn't available, had to get one twice as small as the one I had reserved.instead of moving in 1 load it took 3 loads.

The man working was excellent and provided great customer service, it would have been helpful for him and the line of customers if he had a second person to assist with drop off vehicles to get them checked in and take the other customers out to the vehicles they rented.

The truck had a lot of wear and tear; with most scuffed and/or damaged areas previously marked. But I'm sure that U-Haul is dealing with supply issues (like many businesses), so this was one of a few trucks available. Beyond that, the truck was clean & worked just fine. We appreciate the outstanding customer service we received.

Lady checking out Rental Truck was rude, had her friend on her speaker phone the whole time we were checking out. Had to listen to her friend talking to her husband and children. We returned the truck at same gas level as taken, only drove around18 miles and they are saying we used 1/4 of tank of gas, for less than18 miles, we would have to have been drag racing to use that much fuel. But, we did not use that much fuel, we returned truck at same level, the guy checking us in said it was spot on. He could not get any of his electronics to work phone or computer, he just wrote information down and said "you are good". Thanks a lot, should not have trusted him. We even took a picture, now we are going to have to deal with this lady again to get this 23,38 gas charge removed.

The systems were down, we waited in line to drop off for close to 45 minutes and got charged several extra fees for the time limit plus gas.

The cost alone was bad enough but then accused of putting scratches on the vehicle that I absolutely without a doubt known that it didn't happen while in my care. I recommend they offer their customers a jar of Vaseline to ease the pain.

Have the equipment easily available. The "Key Pickup Boxe's (#3) was extremely hard to open and had to wait for help with it. Then days later the manager called and said the charge on my bank card didn't go through and asked if she could rerun my card. I said yes. Now there are three different charges in my account would combined equals twice the cost. So, I need the amount I am overcharged refunded to me ASAP.
