Staff was efficient and prompt
ray pineJust ensure the vehicles have fuel in them. Nothing more aggravating than renting a vehicle with little or no fuel.
BOB FontaineAlthough there were 2 associates behind the counter and only 1 customer, I stood there for 10 minutes after being told by the lady (w/colored hair) that she would be right with me. She even went as far as discussing her lunch pizza order with the other associate before asking me is she could help me. I thought it was a complete disregard for me as the customer when she could have just as easily taken care of my trailer pick up. Then I stood outside waiting for someone to hook-up the trailer....I literally had to go inside the shop and find a worker to help me. This location needs serious customer training.
roger sulimirskiWaited for 30 minutes to pick up a reserved trailer. One person behind the counter. Then outside, I had to locate someone to hook up my trailer. Very disappointed. Need to hire more personnel

Drana BezhiDangerously DIDN'T install 30amp fuse as listed for 7 post trailer wiring! Used my 4 pin light trail light connection and just CUT the other 3 wire connections that was supposed to be added to haul and help BRAKE the travel trailer! EXTREME LIABILITY for U-Haul if I didn't check Zachary's work. Charged for 2,3 hours of labor for a messed up 20 minute fiasco. Normally U-Haul is dependable but this was a total mess and incompetent!

Randy NelsonAfter 100 miles the tires blew out on the trailer, leaving me stuck on the side of the freeway for 2+ hours.
JAYME CLUKAThey did not attach the proper battery cable. It slipped off and I was disabled until I repositioned it. I went back for them to tighten and they could not. I was told where I could buy a new cable. That is not a complete installation. Also the staff had problems with refraining from cursing.

Susan GrayWhen we arrived at the U-Haul location the woman went out to get our truck and auto transport and came back to say "ooops it looks like we're missing a truck" ?!!?? What! We waited for almost two hours, spent countless hours on the phone, and had to stand around and wait. Then she said "well you can drive the truck 50miles and pick up the auto transport". No!

David MottMake sure they have the orders ready for pick up, and for the employee to know how to work the system for supply orders not only the truck pick up. Also, they tried to charge me double, not sure whether they are checking the orders and payments from online versus in store. Uhaul customer service was excellent but not the location.
Nicole MastrorilliI renter a open trailer to transport my Harley back to Delaware. They didn't have the trailer which was ORDERED WELL INADVANCE. If I want the trailer I ordered would needed to drive 20 plus mile north and back due to I had to check out of the condo by 11AM Would of never made it. I had to get a box trailer which was more money. Wasn't happy.

Romeo urbinelliThey lost the keys for the 10 foot truck so I they gave me a 12 foot truck. I never got new paper work for it and my receipt I currently have is not for the truck I actually drove. I only recommend this location because it has a lot of uhauls for situations like this. So can make the needed changes. I am pretty sure I got charged for the 12 foot truck as well. But I have no idea bc I can't see the receipt.
Keri KleistTake care of the people with reservations BEFORE walk ins,,, Make sure the a/c works before you give a key, make sure customer knows WHICH truck before they have to test the key in different doors,, DO NOT ask personal questions on behalf of other nosy customers, if a woman is alone with a baby help her out if you see her struggling, and for the love of God GET OFF YOUR CELLPHONES if you’re on the clock!! Highly dissatisfied with my experience here, will NoT be back.

Moving our stuff to storage was a simple process, although I wish Uhaul had more storage units at our Location Daytona Beach. It was a challenge to fit into the only unit left! Tetris masters, fit things in like puzzle pieces! Overall I can not complain.
Payton Moorehead | Premières impressionsI was given the truck 24 miles to go for empty. I returned it with more gas than I picked it up with. I was still charged an additional $30 for fuel. Even though I had already spent $30 on fuel. I was never given any copies of the paperwork, I had to ask. I find this to be very wrong. They said they gave me a $30 fuel credit to begin with, which I see see, but it is not reflected in the original bill or anywhere. Never again with uhaul unless I feel getting ripped off again.

Today they charged my bank account for November payment which over draft my account. Obviously I should not have been charged since this very survey says I left.
