I made a reservation in advance the day before the van wasn't available. I agree to get another size but I was supposed to be getting the rate for a van, not a truck and that wasn't true. The new truck wasn't ready when I got there and when they did get the truck they park far from the entrance of the location.

The app was terrible for after hours pickup, there were no clear instructions how to login. We tried phone and res#, didnt work so I created an account and still didnt work because (after the fact we were told) the sales rep did not take our email and so we had to pick up the next day. Called manager of store after hours for the original pickup and no response, hold time for uhaul main number was 50 minutes and it was 10 at night and the next morning we had closing and moveout. Threw off our whole day not being able to get the truck that night

Horrible app / online experience. The text link sent to drop off the truck didn't work then when I called I was out on hold for over 10 minutes, disconnected, called again, another hold for I don't know how long,... The CSR didn't have a clue what the prob could be and was about to hand me off when my son, on his phone, using a different browser was able to check us out. Why was I able to check in but not out on the app? I tried. I could see my reservation, then I couldn't log in- said there was no record of my phone number, my contract, nothing. So frustrating! Waste of time.

The actual location was fine but the fees on top of fees is usury! My toll fees are gonna end up being more than the rental! Clean out the truck. I cleaned it and it was gross. I have a diabetic child and need to be careful wit germs. Especially during a pandemic it shoud be cleaned. I also asked the guys how to put on the car and he said look at a video. Very unsafe.

One of the associate said to me "What's Up" instead of "How can I help you" ? He really pissed me off with his attitude. However a young man name Johnathan came over and offered to help.. He was very customer service friendly and apologetic. Also the young lady that rented me the truck and sold me on getting a storage there was awesome!! I love this location every thing including the restroom is spotless! Thanks U-Haul!

The person who checked me in was extremely inefficient. Couldn't keep his mind on anything because he played with his nose ring and kept picking at his beard no I'm stop. After I finished at the counter no one came to show me which trailer. I had to come back inside

I was charged extra for delivery to my residence. I was on a budget and intially picked up the box and loaded and drove it back the the rental place. It was driven across the country and instead of delivering it to my residence it was taken to the rental place instead. I'm a very dissatisfied customer.

Please make sure your customers know where the drop box is for the keys! My two friends and I scoured the location in the dark looking for it and could not find it so please do better to make sure your customers are safe when they drop off their rental

THANK YOU U-HAUL. I had over $15 000 worth of tools and personal items stolen from a storage unit I had rented from a different company. Everything at U-Haul is secure and I feel very confident that my units will be safe. And U-Haul is actually about 1/2 the cost of the previous company.

Tried to do online check in and that did not work had to go inside to do the check in and had to go through same process I did online. They were not busy took way too long to get checked in. 10' can I rented had transmission problems and one tire was low.

When they hooked up my lights to the trailer I was to rent one of the turn indicators failed to light. They promptly found a blown fuse on my vehicle and replaced it and sent me on my way. Great attitude and a pleasure to work with.

The steering wheel needs a serious wheel alignment, not safe driving. The gate needs to be fixed, gets stuck and won't budge without having to use brute force.

The rental process was quick and easy. When the rental truck was returned, it was returned with the same amount of gas in the tank as it was when picked up. We were charged for 2 gallons of gas and not sure why. The person checking in the vehichle didn't say anything about the charge. We noticed it on the final receipt

The YouTube video didn't help with gaining access to the storage building because it did not explain I would need to enter the code twice. I had to enter the main building to ask for help. I paid online so I wouldn't need to go inside due to COVID precautions because no employee was wearing a mask. When I got to my storage unit. The sliding part of the lock was extremely hard to move. I called for help but by the time the employee made it to me. I had used my cellphone to get the lock to slide over to open the unit. Well, the employee that did show up acted like he was annoyed with helping me. He asked, if I paid my 1st months rent. I told him that I wouldn't have gotten access if I hadn't. I let him know it was difficult to open but I got it open but the lock was not inside like previously stated while signing up online. I asked the employee would he bring it to me. He said," I could come to the office when I was ready because he had customers and he was busy." I did not appreciate that comment because I am a paying customer too and I explained to him I had already been in the office for help with access with door and I didn't want to go back to the office for something that should have already have been placed inside my unit. Later on my sister needed to get a few more boxes. The young lady on the register did not know how to ring her up. She was asked 8 time what size boxes she had. My sister let the employees know that customers was poor here. The employee that was annoyed the first time we needed help stated, "I'm not sure why you feel that way because I've only dealt with yall one time." My sister explained his comments were not needed. I rate this experience as poor because no employee should tell a customer I'm busy helping other customers and what you need does not matter. I am a customer as well and have used uhaul for over 10 years. Also, staff members that aren't fully trained should not be in Customer Service as this is the face of the company and when they lack knowledge or lack customer service skills this is a poor experience for your customers. No employee was apologized when we expressed we were not happy with the Customer Service.

It was not clear in the email instructions that I had to "check in" first by entering the code on the keypad to the right of the sliding door before using other keypads for entry. That caused confusion and I had to ask the desk personnel for clarification.
