I would like to say that the people in the store were very nice and professional. The question that I have is about the online option to pre register but you still have to stand in line once get to the store to pick up your truck. There should be a area just to pick up your truck that you have already set up.

the snap and go hitch was horrible on the 6X12 trailer. They need to go back to the old screw down locking devices. We spent an hour trying to remove the hitch from the ball and even called road side assistance for help over the phone. We finally removed the hitch from the my truck. The folks at this Uhaul are awesome and I went and picked up the hitch the next day.

My recent rental was filthy on the outside, inside was decent, other than the marijuana smell. Steering pulled to the right, tire alert was on, and the side view mirrors did not work. Brakes were also iffy, especially after I loaded my stuff. I don't care what they do on their own time, but maybe lay off the weed until you get home.

I will NEVER use Uhaul again. I reserved truck, when I went to go pick it up was told I couldn't rent a truck and needed to call a number. The number I called stated my waiting time would be a hour.....after 24 minutes the lady in charge asked what I was going to do with my reservation I said I'm holding on the phone for an hour to see what I'm going to do...,she then told me she knew why I couldn't rent the truck and I looked at her confused.... thinking well why did you make me wait over here for 24 minutes???? She proceeded to tell me it was 12$ owed from my previous rental...but never stated exactly why. I explained to her I never received phone calls, text, nor email about the matter.

The uhaul app moves very slow when on the property for check in/checkout. The location was over filled with trucks I had to park on curb along with 6 other people. My car was trapped inside the parking lot because of all the trucks blocking entrance/exit. I had to drive my car over the curb scraping the bottom of my car.

The guys who helped us set up the trailer were very helpful. We had a relay go out so the lights on the trailer were not getting power. The guys helped us figure out the issue, swapped a relay around and we were good to go. Awesome!

The reason I answered no the friendliness of the staff was because there were times when they acted smug & cordial. They kept it professional but overall the politeness was forced. Not only that but a lock mysteriously appeared on my unit for months that I had no key for.I kept telling them it's not my lock. It was verified by housekeeping that it was definitely the facility's lock. However after calling corporate they finally obliged and removed the lock & put one that they had a key for on there & let me get my belongings, so that was appreciated. But the incident went on for too long & I refused to pay a removal fee for a lock that I never put on nor had knowledge about. But in the end all was resolved. And they really have to do something better with parking. If I am renting a Uhaul I shouldn't have to be rudely told that I need to park my car next door @ a restaurant that might even tow it. I'm a customer and should be accommodated. And it was a bigger inconvenience because you literally had to leave the facility go about a half mile up to turn around and another 3/4 of a mile to U tirn to get back to the restaurant next door. I overheard one of the staff say well I'm just going to start towing cars that keep parking where the trucks are. I just that was rudely said. & there should be MORE parking for customers. The only reason they are parking there is because there is lack of parking..But there's definitely a resolution needed. Have a great day

When I entered the storage area, a map for Lowered Level 2 was not posted so I thought that my unit was on LL1. Once I went down and couldn't find my unit I had to go to the front desk to ask where my unit was. I was then told it was on LL2. I would recommend posting the map for LL2

They would charge without authorization. Some of the staff wouldn't know the left or right hand. When moving my things out they never closed out my storage despite we renting a truck from them to load it and and treied to bill me and and wouldn't add the correct move out date.

I have used UHAUL Storage for over10 years. It is safe and clean. I never had to worry about my safety or any risk to the things I stored there. The staff was always very nice and helpful. Climate controlled storage saved all of my possessions. I would recommend UHAUL to anyone.

Thank you so much for helping to make this extremely difficult situation for my family a little easier. Our current landlord is forcing us to move because they want to tear down and rebuild on the property. We were told if we wanted to stay just 3 more days until our new home is ready for us to move into we would have to pay $1250 . Or be out by 3 pm Friday at 11:30 am yesterday morning . So, im 27 hours we had to find a storage unit rental truck big enough to move 2 house holds , totaling 7 because my in laws live next door and received the same demands. We have lived here 5 years, take care of the property, are very respectful and responsible. And the property manager, who is the property owners mother could not allow us 3 extra days to move. And even started "we were playing games. Wow! You just made 7 human beings homeless because of your selfishness and arrogance. Anyway, thank you Brandy for working it out so that we could keep the truck 5 extra hours, to unload what did not fit into our 1st storage unit. Which btw we were offered 1 months free storage rent for rental of the truck .

Some employees weren't helpful. Just lazy. I couldn't find any of the rolling carts for things and beds other customers had left them out of their place they told me they would send someone to help no one ever did.

My unit has been safe and secured since 2010. The only problem I have had is an employee that worked from home once compromised my credit card. After, informing another representative of the situation I was not provided credit for the late fee. However, I thence have changed my method of making payments and so far so good.

This isn't my first visit with Uhaul, I rented a truck in the summer. Each time I experienced great customer service with Brandy and Debra. I hated they didn't have a unit for me to rent then. You have so staff members that are friendly & have great customer service skills. Then there are the ones who talk impolite or dismiss you as if you're second rate & not as a paying customer. Other than that the facility is very clean & convenient. I would definitely recommend friends and family, however I will tell them about the rudeness from a couple of the staff members that I've encountered.

I'd like to thank Ashley for her assistance. I reported the thef of my keys and requested a new lock be put on. They were too late doing so, probably my fault. When I picked up my belongings they had been gone through and items missing. When I put my belongings in storage there were no empty or open boxes. When I told the female working there on Monday the 8th, she called me a liar so I left the empty boxes for her. Those human traffickers are conning, conniving and commit grand fraud against people.

I will be contacting the manager regarding not being told at the time of looking into and making the decision about the renting the unit that the final month is not prorated. I would have made a better de ion regarding move out. As it turns out I am paying for 3 weeks of rental that I am not using. I think that is bad business and I should be refunded those 3 weeks. I have been on time with my payments for 14 months. Any one I talk to about your storage unit I will be sure to let them know

Even though I wasnt able to get a larger storage unit to hold what i had(no fault to U Haul) due to so many people needing storage units at that time u haul on Hwy 5 Douglasville, ga did their best to keep me updated and did call me when something a little larger opened up but just wasnt latger enough to serve my needs. I would rent a storage unit from u haul again.

My items have been in storage since 2018 and when I moved them out on Nov 23rd, all my items we in good condition. No mold, dry rot, insect infestation or rodent damage of any kind. I'm very happy I chose U-Haul!

When I did pay for after hours the door was broken. But staff was very nice and helpful. I just think there are a lot of issues. And the prices started to go up. It was just time for me to go. It's good for temporary use but not for the daily.

We reserved a unit but it had been double booked. They made us pay extra for the climate controlled unit even though we didn't need one. We asked if they would at least split the cost since we didn't want the more expensive unit and were told they didn't have the authority. They were very nice and helpful about everything except this and we have to pay almost $200 a month for a unit with many more features than what was agreed upon at rental time. In my opinion, a confirmed reservation should be the same as a contract and upheld as such. They should have honored the price of the other unit since they messed up in their system.

I was confused as to where my storage unit is located. There wasn't a lock waiting in the unit as stated in my online paperwork. Also, there's no lift available to get to the upper units on the lower levels; therefore I had to carry a lot of heavy items up stairs and down the hall to reach my particular unit.

Please try to have a different means of access(where you use your code or uhaul pass) in case the elevators stop working and it's not an emergency situation. During my move, the elevator would not close properly in order for us to use it but the staff got us out through the stairs safely after we called.

Had a very nice storage container but apparently had a lock on it. Was moved to a different one which made moving all the stuff much more difficult and not only that. there is a big post in the middle of it taking up storage in the space.

The storage room was very far and a lot of walking and stairs were involved. The elevator was very slow and we were stuck on it for a little while. The free carts were very helpful. I wish this location was thought-out more to have drive up access. The parking lot was very tight barely had Room to do anything.

The staff was all great minus one guy who's name I can't recall (long hair in ponytail with tattoos and poor body language and customer service overall). James went above and beyond to help with what we needed! His attitude was positive while they were slammed with customers. Debra was good too. She thoroughly explained everything to us.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The hours worked great for us. The only really bad thing is parking. It was horrible, no where to park. To many trucks there. Not easy to get in and out of.

I prefer a drive up storage area so I am rating this location as a 3. Also they were not flexible with changing payment due date. I had to pay for a whole month even though I moved out on the 8th

Your storage unit apparently has rats. I had curtains and bedspreads that have holes in them now, and we're covered in rat feces!!! I am very disappointed and will not be paying for the last mo fee!!
