My usage of the storage service exceeded my expectations. The place was well maintained. There was even one time when I mistakenly left my locker wide open with my items exposed. One of the employees noticed this and locked it up for me and even put some electronic items in a locked area in the office until I came back to claim them. These items were irreplaceable and meant a lot to me so for that, I am extremely grateful. Nothing was missing From my locker and without their help, I stood to lose a lot. The phone pick up was an absolute mess, we went through entering the main driver drivers license five or six times. 3 via phone and 2-3 while inside. Most likely was not the â€œlocationâ€ itself but the god awful coding and structure of the app. I would have rather walked my shit over than deal with two hours of uhauljeremy B.

Truck lights for trailer hook up didn't work correctly. Had to contact roadside assistance which was a complete and utter frustration. Was on the phone more than 1 hr trying to reach a live person. Every option that was provided for the roadside assistance directed me back to the website. What the hell? If I have an issue, I don't want to go back to the website!!! Miraculously someone answered finally after trying again. Horrible, horrible experience with the roadside assistance process. Need to have someone live available to answer calls, never direct to the website.Samuel H.

Fix your website, I reserved a storage unit and your website failed to let me know there was a time limit. I had to move out and store stuff that day and the unit I reserved for that day wasn't available. If there wasn't another place a few miles away I would have been completely screwed.Marin V.

There was only one girl working inside Saturday morning and it was extremely busy. Yet she maintained a calm, professional demeanor to each customer and handled things as quickly and smoothly as she could. Only suggestion for U-Haul. When returning after hours, advise clients you have to allow google to share your camera or you can't take pictures. Lucky for me there was a young kid returning his trailer at the same time I did and showed me what I need to do. Had he not been there I would still be trying to figure it out.BRUCE ALAN N.

I normally rent from a different location but they didn't have what I needed so I came to this one. I waiting inside a good 15 mins before I had to go out to the lot to find someone. He wasn't freaky personable he just gave me the paperwork and that was it. Not friendly at all. The girl was very stressed getting all my things around cause she was alone and never ended up clicking confirm that I picked up my order so when I arrived at my location and returned boxes they couldn't return them to me. I don't think you should leave it up to the customers to clean the truck. Having to take all those photos & prove it's "clean for the next family" is not very customer friendly and because of this, it wasn't clean when we picked it up so we didn't feel compelled to clean it when we dropped it off. I wish it was more clear on what you had to do to get 24hr access. I was under the impression I had it and even the letter I got after I signed up and started renting gave me the impression I had it, but after online chatting with someone I learned I did not have it and actually need to pay an additional 10 $a month. The mileage rate was pretty high, and wasn't able to drop off at my home location as truck was needed back. It would have been nice to receive a discount on the mileage given the situation, and if a customer is doing a short rental (7,5 hours) and a discount for say over 50 miles and returning to same location.Juliajoy W.

The truck rear view driver's side mirror kept turning as I drove causing me to have to roll the window down and keep moving it every time I had to switch lanes on the freeway. It started raining so I was soaked and wet because I had to leave the window down in order to keep adjusting the mirror because it just kept turning as I drove. I almost hit a truck because I was trying to adjust the mirror and switch lanes. Very disappointed and to top it off I had to use both hands to roll the window up because it was stuck.Erica C.

This facility and it's staff were awesome. Sorry to say the facility on 28th st Kentwood was the polar opposite. I found the staff condescending, rude and very unhelpful. I used both facilities multiple times over the 8 weeks with same results at both places despite different people on my visits.
