Infested with rats. Rat urine on everything. I have never seen anything like that. Rat sh__ on all furnishings. Dead rats 🐀 everywhere.
The staff is very hard working and nice to deal with. The door on our unit was supposed to be repaired but after the crew came to fix it, it was still broken. We didn't notice until we moved out on Sunday 11-8-10. Please credit our payment for Nov 10-Dec 10 since we moved out 11-8-20
I think the age of the property may have some bearing on how clean and well-maintained the indoor storage areas are. The outside storage units were not air-tight and so pests including mice are able to get into them.

The main door had problem opening & closing on 2 occasions when we went to check our storage.

Had very difficult time both getting u-boxes picked up at the start of rental despite having scheduled time for boxes to be picked up weeks in advance, boxes weren’t picked up until following day which would’ve been even later had I not made several calls. Attempting to retrieve boxes to move into new home was even more difficult with initial request made Sunday was told a 24 hr notice is required so I requested the next business day and didn’t plan to pick up until approximately 28 hours later and had kept a rental truck from outside vender for towing these u-boxes specifically. When I called to let them know I would be there in about an hour I was once again told it would be an additional 24 hr notice because they did not have request noted in system and did not offer retrieve recording of conversation that would show I had in fact made the request. Instead I was told it would be yet another day and couldn’t be certain it would be within 24 hrs but would rent me a truck (that I had to pay for). The truck was reserved for noon (odd to do when you can’t guarantee the boxes would be out of the warehouse by then but I said okay. I realized I would be able to get to uhaul by noon so I called to let them know and was told, “that’s fine, you can come whenever, the unboxed haven’t been pulled out yet”. So I told them I would be there at 6pm. Called again on the way and was told they would take my number and call me back at their earliest convenience, no call back, got there and about 5 staff members were sitting there talking to one another with no other customers and no one on the phone and I find out that they don’t have any trucks but it wasn’t the right truck for someone who didn’t want to unload the box at the store which I had previously told them I did not, spent almost an hour there just to leave without my stuff (all my stuff, beds, etc) with the impression that a truck to haul the unboxes would be reserved for me to pick up at 6pm the next day. I get there at 6pm on WEDNESDAY only to find out that once again, they did not have the correct rentals for me to get the unboxes but would rent me a trailer that holds one of the two boxes which I did cause it was yet another hour in the store and another day with no bed to sleep in. This costing me another trip the next morning cause they wouldn’t be there that evening for me to come get the second one. When I got there this morning (Thursday) I had called on the way thinking they would at least have it ready for quick pick up after wasting hours upon hours of my time and me having no bed to sleep on but again sat there for another hour waiting for box to be move out of warehouse, covered with protective cover and put ok trailer. Overall horrible experience and the manager was unapologetic for the significant inconveniences, almost seemed annoyed as if I made gross errors and inconvenienced him.
The young lady helping did an excellent job...I had rented a storage unit also and it was to small for my stuff...she facilitated a move to a larger one directly across the ally. That really was a super job

The door on the unit fell off when first opened told staff they said they would fix , took them several days while my stuff was unprotected. Very inconvenient.

The storage was great other than the price increase I think it's still a little expensive for the size storage I had.

Very helpful & friendly staff. I had lost the key for 1 of the 2 padlocks I secured the room with. I showed them my contract to verify I was the correct tenant. & called a locksmith to drill it..

The only issue was the spiders and rodent poop on everything. They may want to exterminate in the spring and summer months. But this location is great and I will be using them again next year.

The move in experience was a night mare and the move out experience was the same. From a paying customers point of view there should be a way to be able to dispose of unwanted items.

It was not a pleasant experience the elevator i know is something you cant control but the lack of communication and the time that i spent dealing with uhaul phone system being transferred.
Everyone was nice n friendly and helpful, the storage area was very clean .
IT was A fair price.
Sorry people and sorry place , they say they auction off the units but the girls who run it buys the units from u haul, without anyone else bidding on it
Miss Q is a very helpful lady. I have used this Uhaul when moving in 2016 to FL and when I moved back from FL in 2018. No complaints whatsoever. Thanks muchly
