Was very upset with the pricing. From Mesa to Omaha was 4 200 When renting from Omaha to Mesa was only 1 400 Felt/Feels like I was completely being ripped off.

There was a small problem the engine light come on but we made all the way home to Mesa AZ from Merced CA. The truck hold on pretty good all the way from and back. I do recommend this dealers and U-Haul to anybody.

Customer service at pick up was horrible and unacceptable. Equipment was old and ran badly. Was touted 39,00 $ and paid 79,00 $. Pick up and gas was empity returned with more gas then pick up and was given no credit was told if they put it on I would pay more. Someone should look at this location and how it operates

The online confirmation didn't work at all for me. Multiple emails, multiple calls, order would not attach to my account. I got to the first store (Rudolph's, not downtown Mesa) by the time we agreed on. Locked, nobody there. Phone and text were not answered, mailbox was full. Waited 15 minutes, called U-Haul who sent me to Downtown Mesa. No problems there. Ensure that your dealers actually do their jobs. If I were in charge Rudolph would be off the dealer list immediately - inexcusable.

The dolly was not available and we came to know that after returning back home with the truck. It would been an excellent experience if we could have known that earlier. I had to drive to another Uhaul location to get a utility dolly. I wasted an hour of my time to get a dolly.

My card was charged twice once when I picked up the truck and then when I dropped it off. I called uhaul and they said they couldn't help me because they only seen one charge so if I did have 2 pending authorization I just have to wait for it to drop off and your 2nd charge has overdrawn my account! I'm so upset and you guys didn't help me at all.

The truck was not even locked and fuel was not even full. I put gas 6 gallons and I only used 28 miles. I put the gas until full because if it is not, it doesn't let me return the truck.

Displays had a lot of issues. I had tried calling this location 10 times driving 400 miles on my one-way trip with my destination and drop off being here. No matter what time that day I tried calling I kept getting put in the automated a false queue that just eventually connected me to the call center. The eighth time I tried calling I decided to speak to someone at the call center knowing that I already had an issue with my pick up location call-center. How do you spoke to the call center representative tell me the mega like to take it vantage of the one month free storage at my destination with my one may move and they said that they saw an available unit and that they could honor the one month free storage that is advertised in the truck. When I got there the next morning they, my drop off location, said they do not have a storage unit available and that they also did not honor the one month free storage that is advertised. So even though the call-center person had emailed me a confirmation number and told me that I would be good to go, I spent three hours today driving around The state I had just moved you to try and find are U-Haul storage place that not only had a storage unit available, which by the way three of them in my area did not, and then would also would honor the companies advertised one month free storage. My fifth location I found one that they were gratefully able to honor the advertised deal. It was very strong frustrating in the last 72 hours trying to get a hold of multiple U-Haul dealerships with the numbers listed on Google maps and all those numbers had an automated “all associates are busy right now please hang on the line “that I would wait for 5 to 10 minutes, never got connected to anyone at the actual address of the multiple locations I called, I just got redirected to the call center which apparently has outdated information/will make promises that can't be kept. I've used you all before in the past and this was the most frustrating experience

The individual who checked me in at the end of the rental was not very customer-focused. He never looked up from his screen. He also would not accept the return of unused boxes I bought there yesterday because I did not have the printed receipt. Additionally I was told the gas on the vehicle was full when I checked it out. The needle was close to full so I assumed what I was told was accurate. When I filled up the tank today it took more than 7 gallons. I drove fewer than 40 miles in a van. No way did I get 6 miles per gallon.

This location went over and beyond with customer service. Our trailor wiring wasn't working and they spent the time finding what was wrong and then finding us our part and ensuring that we had it working and we're safe before driving off.

The rear view mirrors were very loose and would not stay in place. I filled the fuel tank to the original level when I returned the yruck and they charged me to add 5 gallons or so they say charging me 15 $for that amf I have pictures of the fuel level when I dropped off the truck along with their paperwork upon renting. They also tried to charge me an extra 60 $even though I had the truck for a 24 hour period! O used to manage a uhaul facility but they have gotten to where they are practicing bad customer service!!! Dont use uhaul ever!

Everything was excellent but you really have to do something about your check in after hours. I've had issues on your website every time trying to check in a truck or trailer. Long waits after hours in bad neighborhoods/areas. Not cool!!!

I got ripped off on the milage cost i felt like the contract should of stated the mileage on the vehicle but it didnt and I was busy and lost track of the mileage as i was trying to get the 0,29 mile charge but of course I underestimated the mileage by some thirty miles and then I got charged the hoghest mileage rate available to me and I kinda feel like the milage over the one hundred miles should be calculated using the.29 mile price and the price for the remaining mileage should be the 0,59 rate but who cares after I got jerked around by uhaul with my ubox i will never use uhaul ever again because you act like your out for blood

There is an associate named Steve that was not very helpful and rude. Once he was set in his ways he told me to leave the facility because he could not address my issue. He needs to be customer service refresher on how to treat their customers and provide assistance rather than try and deflect the customer issues. I've already put in another complain about this association because no one else should be treated as such that's patronizing their establishment. Uhaul shouldn't have this association as the face of any store until he's been through a customer service refresher. Thank you for listening.

On line booking allowed me to pick a location that didn't even have trucks. Order summery left me to believe that is where I was picking up - no one advised me until 12 hours before pickup that I was actually going to a different location in a doffeewnt city. If I knew prior to this I would've canceled
