Qualified for 30 days free storage however no Uhaul storage in our area. Contacted customer service, suggested Uhaul have contract with those facilities in our area for customers in same situation. Unfortunately would also not offer discount to total bill. Overall, very happy with level of service.

Donna, the manager at the Broad St. location in Regina, is overwhelmed and backed up in her office. She needs administrative support. She shouldn't be using the excuse that she was too busy to notify me about the delay in my rental. It threw off my entire schedule. A bunch of blankets and a 50 dollar refund as compensation, doesn't cover my loses. You're lucky you are one of the only 9 cargo van rental providers. As soon as I find another company that rents your type of vehicles, I'll be leaving you. I have been using your company services for over a year - look at my account history - you fail me every time! That's what I expect from your company: long waits, mix ups, inconveniences, poor customer service, no empathy or compassion for the people that pay money to rent your vehicle. What a disappointment. U-Haul, U-Fail.

The head lights on the vehicle were poor. i would recommend up grading head lights or ensure the headlight beam is adjusted. . the low beam headlight were directing the beam more towards the right. very difficult to observe the left hand side of the road way. other than that very well.

We made the reservation for Park St and showed up at 7:00 am to be told that they move the location to Broad. "You should have gotten an email". I think I should have gotten a phone call when your moving the email isn't top of mind! We ended up paying and put down a deposit at Broad St we have yet to see the deposit returned and now I get to chase for that. NOT a good experience just give me my money and I won't bother you again!

Phenomenal staff! From the gentleman who was already finished when we arrived at 5:30 but still took the time to get us into the truck. The woman who called to make sure we got our truck because it didn't show on the system, to the women who helped us on our return they were incredible. Thank you for such a smooth easy process and we look forward to using you again next year!

Make sure there is someone available to check the equipment over before a renter leaves with it as the wrong mileage was on my contract and made it more difficult to return the equipment I rented after hours or have a location open after 5 pm to make it easier for someone to return their equipment.

My biggest issue with this rental was being notified 2 days prior that uhaul did not have what I’d booked a month ago and flat out told me that they couldn’t give me a truck at all. It was only after much discussion that they were able to find a vehicle for me, but even then I was given it for a reduced amount of time and still payed the price of what the original booking was for a much smaller truck. Not impressed. If you can’t accommodate a large amount of rentals from online bookings, then maybe it’s time to change your approach to renting. I will not be renting from uhaul again and will be urging people to do the same.

We first booked at the Park st. Location. Very inefficient. Only one line for booking and pick up. Made for a long wait. Fellow was efficient and courteous after long wait. Location and size of van was changed, not great as ve ended up driving to find the truck. Improvements...have separate lines for booking and pick up.

The knowledge at and customer service at this location is below par. I rented uboxes. I returned unused packing boxes and paper. I have yet to receive my credit for the paper after 2 phone calls to the office about not receiving it. We are being charged the wrong rate for shipping of uboxes. We ordered them out of Moose Jaw but Uhaul changed the location to Regina....and now being charged for shipping from Regina which is $282 more....$4032 vs $3750. It was not OUR decision to have them from Regina so pricing should be from Moose Jaw as our original order. We will never deal with uhaul again and telling others not to either.

The truck was not washed and the inside of the box was still dirty, should of been swept out. I must say that the staff was awesome, very polite and helpful. Hats off to Pierce and his staff.

Make sure the vehicle is actually in working order! Our truck had a dead battery when we picked it up. We had to provide our own booster cables to get it going and this was only the beginning of our issues. There was an issue with a short in the lights somewhere and some of the exterior lights would not turn off which drained the battery if left for more than an hour or so. Once we realized this ( truck had to be boosted twice before we figured it out) we had to start the truck and leave it running constantly so the battery wouldn’t die. We wasted $50 on fuel just doing this! When I called customer service about the issue and requested a discount for our troubles and the use of our booster cables I was assured that I would receive a phone call from the area manager within 24 hours. It has now been 4 days and I have not heard from anyone concerning our issues. To add to the issues with the battery and being ignored about my request for a discount, I received an extremely unprofessional e-mail on Tuesday from adam_boughton@uhaul.com.( We had dropped the truck off Saturday night at 6:00 pm) The email consisted off “when are you planning to drop off the U-haul? It was due on the 27th and it is now the 30th.” I called the drop off location and apparently no one had bothered to process the return or even look at the truck since we had dropped it off and this person’s first cause of action was to accuse me, the customer, of not returning the truck?! Absolutely outrageous. There was no phone number given to reach him, or indication as to what his title is within the company and when I replied to the e-mail to inform him that we had in fact returned the truck 3 days ago he did not respond. I also spoke to someone at the drop off location concerning our issues on Tuesday and the fact that I had not heard from the manager and he assured me he would call the manager and get back to me. All I got was an e-mail with my receipt for the truck drop off the next day. No phone call from a manager, not a single piece of communication acknowledging the issues we had and my request to be reimbursed for the wasted fuel of starting and idling the truck along with the added stress and time spent waiting for tow truck and boosting the battery on several occasions. I have never received such poor customer service in my life.

this is the second time i prebooked my truck weeks a head to ensure a truck for my move and then to be told at the last minute that no truck was available. This time i needed a 20 ft truck and the day before the move I was offered a 15 ft truck at a different location. i had to borrow a trailer and haul it to the city I was moving to at my cost. unacceptable. Uhaul has bee very good to deal with for 25 plus years and recently have become quite incompetent in logistics. not only that but they are not interested in making me whole by paying my extra cost or giving me some form of compensation for my troubles. two rentals in the last month have cost me over 200 dollars in extra fuel cost and the agents seem to be unable to settle the issue. Managers are ghosts who will not address the issue when they say it is traffic who made the mistakes. unless Uhaul makes it right with me i cannot recommend their company in the future and will use other moving services going forward.

Truck cab was dirty including food and paper board tray on the floor. Truck box was also dirty and 1 moving blanket was wet. Windows were dirty on the inside making it a little difficult to see out when sun was shining in the windshield.
