We reserved online and when we arrived at the store the manager was working he was friendly and courteous. He took his time explaining the process to us. We will use again if need in the future.

The manager at this storage was super nice and helpful. As a beginner with using a storage unit, I had no idea that I would need to purchase a lock for my storage unit. The storage manager was helpful to lock my storage for me until I purchased my lock. He's a one of a kind guy that deserves recognition.

We do appreciate the ease & access of U-haul, but there was some water leakage in our unit. Although most of our items were in plastic tubs, we did have some boxes suffer water damage. We are in the process of going through our items to determine the amount of damage we incurred.

The 1St unit was too small so we had to get another one. The only issue was the wait in line it took about 30 minutes each time to wait in a line. This is a very busy facility.

It was a very safe unit although there were cockroaches sometimes our stuff was not infested with it. Only 3 cockroaches showed up in our stuff. Overall good experience and I liked the 24 hr access.

The only issue I had was the leaks in the roof with buckets set around catching the drips. Not cool. Some of my totes were wet when I came to remove them. Thankfully the contents were undamaged.

I did not have a MOVE IN DATE on 11/26 I used the Chat Line to let them know this was incorrect and she corrected it for me. It was for Jan and not Nov.and she said I could not be 3 months in Ronell

Had a hard time getting a ubox delivered to my Grand Prairie adress then, after I emptied it out, I had a hard time getting it picked up, just felt unorganized, messages would not be relayed.

The staff was helpful, the only issues I had was my ubox was late getting to Texas, and when I went to retrieve my stuff they were not able to find my bid and I had to come back the next day.

No body will call me back about a 100 dollar charge that was not disclosed to me before I rented the u box. I will never use u haul again.

All my stuff is ruined. I waited a year to see my clothes only to find them MILDEWED!!! All my boxes were wet and all you can say is how sorry you are. SORRY is right. Poor service. Never can get in,
