Outstanding, attentive, and friendly service.
I was so impressed with the staff first, Christine on the phone and then with meeting Wyatt and the way I was treated by both. I highly recommend using this storage and Uhaul rental location.
Staff was very helpful and customer service oriented.
Even before our move and making multiple calls on availability Wyatt Wangerman, was always professional, courteous and helpful. Seems all/most storage units in the area were booked up but the Uhaul - East New Market was our first simply due for to location. Then when one did open up, we immediately made the reservation. We then stopped in to secure the unit, Wyatt made the process clear, simple and again was professional and courteous. He provided a great overview of the property and conducted a demo on how to access my unit. The property, storage facilities, and even the retail area are very impressive, clean and seems to offer a bunch of great services. I plan to use the unit for both personal and some work and believe I’ll be there long term.

Had to ask for refund of extra payment; delay with response; sending invoices and late notices after rental ended. Facility was great and onsite staff very helpful.
The staff was extremely helpful showing me the various storage options. Staff walked me through how to access the facility, which is very clean and well lit. The security system provides assurance.

Help was not friendly, and I was charged for my free month of storage that I reserved on line. I was told it was because that was not my drop off and that the last available unit was not eligible.

The accommodations provided by The U-Haul storage facility in Cambridge/East New Market were very adequate for what was needed by Me . I would definitely use there services Again if necessary.
Found the electronic entry system to be extremely frustrating and annoying. Hopefully it is going to be remedied in the near future. Otherwise overall positive experience.

I am very pleased with The East New Market Maryland facility. I stored my items for 5 1/2 months and everything came out the same way it went in. I would recommend this facility.
The young lady that helped was very rude on the other hand Tammy was awesome

Pro: Tammy was fabulous, she went out of her way to help me get access to my u-boxes and moving them. Honestly, without Tammy, I don't know if it all would've gone so smoothly. Con: 800 & software.
Friendly staff. Clean facility. Plenty of room for a large semi-moving truck to access the location.
UHaul helped me get by. Moving stuff there and moving stuff out were very emotional times but it was a safe clean place to keep my son's belongings after his passing. Thank you for your kindness.

The staff and facility are first class. As well as a storage facility I regularly rent vans/trucks which are always clean and well maintained. It would be hard to ask for any more from the facility.
