Both Justin and Jason are rude individuals. Management lacks professionalism and curtesy. Management lied to me, they told me over the phone that they sent several paper invoices, emails and phone calls to our company in regards to a late return, they did none of that. would not rec U-haul for anything!

I would not recommend uhaul. Our reservation was first switched to a location about an hour away from our house just a few days before our move. When I called to see if I could change it, the person I spoke with told me I was lucky for not having it switched much closer to our pickup time. When we went to pick up our truck on moving day, it wasn't available. We had to wait 2 hours for a replacement.

My reservation was totally messed up end up costing me more than I anticipated. One single order was divided into separate orders at 2 different locations. It was too late to change, like I would have gone to another provider.

I've used UHaul The 25th Street, Shopping Center about half a dozen times. As well as buying all my propane tanks and have them mail all my refills done there. The facility is clean and well-kept in the personnel that work there are top notch.

There were no moving pads available, and this was a huge problem considering what we were planning to move across the state. It may not be an issue the facility could control, but there must be a way to be assured there are moving pads available. Also, we had a 20' truck guaranteed or we would get 50 $and they only had a 26' truck available. No 50 $refund because we got a bigger truck. but we had to pay more for it, because we had to pay for the bigger size and it guzzled more gas, so even though it was bigger, it was a very unwelcome substitute. Again, maybe not the fault of the facility, but it was pretty disappointing between the promised truck size and no moving pads! The guys were great, though, and it was cool that boxes can be recycled there and we could acquire some additional packaging materials.

The tires on the auto transport are nearly bald. One tires pressure was so low that it barely read on a tire gauge. Trailer had a bounce and sway when empty OR loaded even at surface street speeds.

My truck was parked next to the building in the shadow so when I did the inspection, I missed a dent on the hood that was already there and there's no way to go back and resubmit your pre-inspection. Nothing with the location, more so with the inspection link you have to do before you go. It should allow you to back in and edit before you leave.

Stop moving peoples scheduled times and locations. Every time I get U-Haul it's the same issue I'm done using you guys and make sure when some one pays for extra stuff it's in the truck when doing contactless pick up.

It was a last minute rental-so maybe they gave me a van to accommodate me, but there was a water bottle in the cup holder, some popcorn, and a dog treat on the floor. The van and dolly were in great shape and I was happy that I was able to get them on such short notice.

Upon arrival I was told that neither the truck nor trailer I had reserved was available, the uhaul rep at the desk told me it would be a mess to find what I had reserved. After a while he told me the trailer was actually there but I had no truck. He disappeared for a while then came back and then said he had to go talk to his manager. Then he said actually we do have a truck too. Total disarray, no interest in sorting it out. An hour later and I was finally on my way.

The APP design (workflow) was horrible! You HAVE the previous mileage and gas... do you really need me to take a new picture of those? You wasted no time capturing my credit card in the pre-registration, but you make me sit in the rental (on MY time) to take pictures of me and my drivers license? Not once did you mention where I was supposed to find the appliance dolly in a nearby cage. It certainly wasn't waiting for me in the vehicle. So I had to walk over and get it myself... in the rain. The vehicle was not located where the app said it would be... the keys had to be handed to me inside... the keys had to be turned inside.... despite the "app" I still had to go inside three times! SHAME ON YOU! Maybe you should rent a car sometime at Hertz just to see what a good mobile app looks like!! Rick

I was originally supposed to return the truck to a convenient location only a couple of miles away, then I received an email halfway into my trip telling me to return to a different location 19 miles out of my way without explanation. This happened on BOTH of my rentals this Fall. I had to drive by a few other places listed as a drop off location to return the truck. If you only want one way rentals returned in one place, don't list all those other locations as possibilities. Don't make it look more convenient than it really is.

A scheduled pickup time should be the time the equipment is ready to go. Taking an hour and a half to get your equipment, then told to go find it on the lot yourself isnt acceptable.

Explain where the tow/haul switch is for the customer so the transmission doesn't make the engine rev so high when the truck is empty. It took a little to find it.

Raise rental rate a few dollars. Take away rental tax and PA surcharge. Pay those with the extra dollars you charge. Very deceiving when you believe you are paying a certain amount, and bang, charge, charge, charge at check in

Incorrect miles were logged when I returned the vehicle, and I was overcharged. However, customer service helped me file a dispute, and the rental location manager made the correction and refunded our account immediately. Mistakes happen, but quick resolutions make them forgettable. Merci.

I booked my uhaul a month in advance and I was called the Friday before the day of our move and advised the truck I requested wouldn't be available at the location that I requested it from. They sent me to a Milford location that was apparently supposed to have the truck, but on the day of pickup, this truck was being rented by a customer who extended the rental. They then sent me to a third location in Easton, to pick up the truck, telling us we had 40 mins to get there, from where we were (in East Stroudsburg) or that rental wouldn't be there. It was the most stressful situation, on top of a stressful move. I will never go to uhaul again because of the experience. We weren't compensated or apologized to, there was no care for the customer. We as the customer understand things happen and that places are under staffed due to the pandemic and all that's going on, but the handling from the uhaul team was a miserable thing. I work in customer service and would have never made a customer feel irrelevant.

I had the truck for a few hours in the morning and did not drive it very far- approximately 20 mikes, if that. I put gas in the tank to put the gauge back to where it was when I was given the truck. I was charged a 30 gas fee! Ridiculous!!! And when I returned the truck no one would talk to me or go over the truck with me. Very shady!!!
