I got pulled over because there wasn't a license plate on the car transporter I rented. Also the young man who prepared the equipment for rental was rude and not wearing a mask while inside the office even though there were signs on the entrance to the building.

We only rented a trailer for a couple of hours but it was a good experience for us and we have no complaints.

It would be helpful if when renting a vehicle unless you are doing a one way move to be able to prepay for the rental online.

Very nice and clean location.

The staff at Easton was incredibly friendly and very professional. I highly recommend this UHaul location!

I signed up to use truck share and there was nothing about it that worked. When I tried to pick up the truck, the website was not working (could not find my location so I ended up having to go in. The lady, Kim, assisted me.

Service by Brooke and Kimberly was excellent, very friendly and helpful. I was also very pleased with the cargo van that I rented, however I was surprised that the fairly-new vehicle did not have a USB port for charging.

Your app and website is very frustrating to use. I attempted to pick up with a reservation made in-app but the app would not accept my alternate contact info.

Horrible service. Employees are family members of the owner, and it shows with the unprofessional way they behaved.

Over the past number of years we have used U-Haul it has been a great experience each time. We used another vendor before and had trouble renting there cargo van. Either it was not ready when we went to pick it up or they had trouble finding a van for us. That was three years ago. Hope U-Haul maintains their level of customer support. Did have one issue was the long wait time getting to a customer support person. This may be due to the current COVID virus issues. I was taken care of but just had to wait on hold for a bit.

There really is no room for improvement. I've rented from this location at least a half dozen times. The staff are always friendly and efficient; and I have always gotten the truck I reserved, precisely when I reserved it.

The staff was prompt with the check-in. Positive experience all around.

We were just a little late dropping it off and they told us we would not be charged however we received a $20 bill that had been charged to our account.

I completed everything online and yet something went wrong so it ended up taking lots of time in person. That was frustrating since I was on a timeline.

I don't believe you can do anything to make our experience any better from our storage rental last February through our entire move with the truck & transport. Kim and her team were beyond friendly and competent and handled our whole transaction in the most professional way. We can't thank them enough and would recommend this without hesitation!

Great customer service.

Have gas tanks checked somehow to know they are actually full. I put in over $13 to supposedly go 21 miles. I know trucks are harder on mileage but that is outrageous and staff said they couldn't do anything. My fault because I didn't tell them ahead of time. How would I know it wasn't ‘actually' full?

Remarkably easy, swift, and worry free to return the trailer. Courtesy staff and extremely helpful. Thank you.

Keep doing what you guys are doing. Friendly staff, small town feel. Clean, dependable equipment. Use them for all my moving/hauling needs.

The entire experience was very good. The staff was helpful and the equipment performed as expected.

The initial designated receiving location would not accept the trailer when I arrived. They stated that they no room and had texted an alternate location. I did not receive the text. The alternate location listed above had no idea I was coming, but thankfully still accepted the trailer.

Everyone was really helpful and the rental process was well explained and went smoothly. Would definitely use again.

During both of my rentals the computer system keeps crashing at the site. Poor Brooke and Kim are very apologetic. They were very helpful.

Windshield wipers were completely deteriorated and wiper fluid empty. Other than that. Completely fine.

Better signage for where to put the rental truck as we returned it - the parking area was very crowded and it was not clear where to park the truck.

The rubber strips on the inside of the box were dirty/ old and when moving my couch and my mattress they were both marked up by a black streaks that won't come off

Called me while I had the rental to make sure equipment was performing to expectations and to give me directions to the return location. Kelly is great to deal with as I have rented from this location many times.

Uhaul staff was super accommodating to locate equipment I needed when I needed it. Extremely knowledgeable about what items to use for move. Great employees in Cambridge and Easton, MD.

Kelly is phenomenal to deal with. Always polite, can-do attitude and never keeps you waiting. Been dealing with her since December 2015 and every interaction is very positive!

Had to wait 30 minutes for an employee to show up in lobby when I picked Up . Then I was charged $30 for putting $12 gas in vehicle . After 20 years of renting in Easton this is my last

The booking was a complete nightmare, not due to this location issues, was an issue with the app and central reservations. I am reluctant to consider booking and then changing the booking in the future.
