Worker had a don't give a damn attitude, if you don't like it go some place else. Also trailer had a lot of dirt in bottom I had to wash out before I could haul furniture. Worker said take it or go some place else we charged the last renter for bringing it back dirty. That didn't help me any.GARY C.

Customer Service at that location needs improvement. You have Employees looking at you like "why did you not go to another location". They eat Infront you, which is rude...They lay on the computer trying to distract questions, your trying to get answers..Very Unprofessional..I live here in Edmond, I think that U-Haul is convenient for me. I was never provided a good link to upload pictures of surface damage that was already on the vehicle when I picked it up. I got a text with a link but the link was immediately expired. I never got an email with a link as I was told I would. There were no issues on drop off, but I was concerned the whole time that I wouldn't be covered.Dale S.

My service there has always been greatâ€¦ However this time was absolutely different. The guy that helped me was very short on attitude and so was the other person behind the counterâ€¦ As well as when he was helping me hook the trailer up here wouldn't quit watching videos on his phone and then slam the back of the trailer to my bumper which caused a nick. Anyway, this place is closer to my house and even though Quinton is not there anymore, I will hopefully be able to give them a chance again. I know that me not renting a trailer there is not going to make or break the companyâ€¦ But I just think they need to be careful that it doesn't go downhill since Quinton is not there anymore. I was just a little over an hour late due to weather. Nobody called me to tell me that my reservation was being cancelled, so I had to take a much larger truck than necessary. A phone call or text would have been nice.PATRICK B.

I honestly will never use uhaul again. This was the worst experience I could have had. I was verbally assaulted by homeless people and treated like shit by one of the workers there. The guy at the front counter was alright, especially when I left he was good, but everyone else there was a disgusting disgrace to work ethic and a proper well run business. A full refund is the only thing that would make me happy at this point.ETHAN B.

Customer service is a joke. Attitude at the front desk by all personnel. Vehicle was dirty and stunk on the inside. It had the spare tire on so if I did have a flat then I wouldn't be able to change it out. Driver door was about to fall off.JAMES E.

The sign says stay in the truck and someone will come out. I saw this happen for others but not for me. No problem I just didn't know to go inside or not.WESLEY T.
It would be really nice if the employees would help out customers who have questions on Safety, operational functions of vehicle and other important issues regarding truck rental. I felt like they just threw the keys at me and say good luck. I even asked the lead technician about certain issues and his reply was, look at the web site and walked away, hell this tech even point down at the vehicle tow dolly and said â€œlock it in placeâ€ at this point, I almost told him to cancel this, I'm sick of how you treat people, like there some trash you can just walk over. But for me, my hands are tied, I just closed on my house, everything was packed and this was a must import move of my life, you see in January of this year, my wife passed away, after almost 40 years of marriage, my attitude currently is a little of â€œ I don't care that much about certain thing anymore â€œ, so that's why I had no choice in walking away from this rental, any other day, I would have found somebody else who wanted my business.Christopher V.

The equipment was clean but when I got I side the trailer part look like someone had wiped blood all over one spot inside the trailer. That was the only nasty part I saw. And no I did t clean it I didn't have any rubber gloves to do it with. Don't touch blood pathogens that's not mine.CECILIA M.

If a customer removes their personal vehicle from a dolly to go unload the truck, it's really disheartening to find it blocked in after hours. This made us return again (plus more mileage on the truck) which ALL COULD BE AVOIDED if customer is directed to park in a different spot. We parked where we were told. Other than that, we appreciated their service! On their defense, it is a very busy, crowded location. Maybe a designated parking spot or two out by an exit for customers like us who had to drop off vehicle before we can unload. I'm sure we're not the only folks!! Thanks to UHaul!.Kenneth T.

I went to google reviews just to see if I was treated differently but it appears I was not. This location has had a lot of complaints on customer service. First, I called their phone several times without any answer. I wanted to tell someone I was running late for my reservation pick up. I got there and their phone was at the lowest ring. As the phone continued to ring, I noticed no one cared to answer it. Second, the general manager was extremely rude. I picked up the truck around 0930 but my reservation was from 0700 for 24 hours. He said â€œwell if you want to keep it till 9 the next day then you should have booked it from 9 to 9. So nope, I gotta have this truck back by 7 in the morning. I have other people coming for it.â€ He walked away telling Wadja - â€œhey don't forget to book that for 7am returnâ€ His tone was condescending and manner was disrespectful to say the least. Third, while Wadja Bright was nice in his conversation, he was not knowledgeable about the insurance products and the difference between the standard 14 $and the premium insurance. That GM guy needs a remedial class on how employee attitude can affect repeat businesses.AYODEJI F.
The van I used had two tires that had the threads showing and the front end was so far out of alignment I'm surprised it didn't have a blow out. I don't mind dirty or old but unsafe is unacceptable. I have pictures of both tires if you wish to see them. I didn't realize how bad they were until I was filling it up with gas to return it.MARK T.

I can't think what would make this better. Being able to check in online before getting there made the pickup fast and easy. Just a signature and I was on my way. Drop off was even easier. My only complaint is really a backwards compliment. Thinking drop off would take a few minutes, I told my wife that she could wait a few minutes to pick me up. To pull up and just be told,â€ Thank you we will email your receiptâ€ was a very nice surprise. But then I had to wait in the hot hot sun while waiting for my wife. Thanks for making this all so easy!Scott B.
When I arrived to drop off my trailer they were busy and there were two lines formed for drop off. Having never been there I was not sure of the procedure. Watching a customer who arrived after me get taken care of before me I wondered if I had gotten in the wrong line. When I got out of my truck to ask one of the guys told me they were very busy and they weren't ignoring me and they would be with me soon in a very huffy manner. I tried to explain that I just wanted to know if I was in the right lane. The one guy kept talking over me and wouldn't let me ask my question. He had pre-determined that I was going to complain about something. He was wrong. The other guy was very helpful and got me unloaded quickly and was very pleasant. Maybe the rude guy can't handle pressure very well.Mark N.

The guys at the store got me in and out quickly. Super friendly and helpful. I rented a motorcycle trailer and was really happy with it. I was going to go buy one, but with the quality of the trailer and reasonable cost, it's not worth it. I plan on using the app to get this trailer in the future.
