Would definitely recommend using this storage facility. Staff, managers and assistant managers were always helpful and pleasant. There was always someone available to answer questions and/or help, if help was needed. I definitely will rent a storage locker from this location if I ever move back to the area. Thanks for the great atmosphere. Keep up the good work everyone!

The masks and the plexiglass make it hard to understand each other but that's not your falt. The guys are always nice and pleasant. Hank Henry has helped me out in the past and is the reason I continue to go back. Good group of guys!

They were all very friendly and helpful from the times I was just buying a few boxes, to this rental of equipment. The gentleman helping carry a few boxes to the car made me feel like a valued customer. There were understanding in my returning the truck after my due time. All in all, I feel very good about giving my business to this team at U-Haul on Route 8 in Shaler.

I was a little nervous driving a UHaul for the first time but couldn't have had a better experience. The staff at the Rt 8 Glenshaw location were very kind and helpful, answered questions, and helped adjust all the mirrors and go through the use and safety protocols. Smooth, painless move with nice clean and well-maintained equipment. Will be coming back again!

Only issue with my cargo van is there is a leak somewhere in the driver's side door window; it was not too loud or annoying, but should be fixed.

Paying additional 5 $coverage so it could cover up to 3 gallons of gas, it should have avoided the headache of being charged 12 $for gas when we barely used that much gas, nevertheless I argued about it and paid only 5 $. Be aware of things like this when renting with them. The staff was nice though.

I left this facility immediately calling my husband to say: I can't believe how much I've underestimated the UHaul company! I love so much about everything this company does. This facility is impeccable-I would sleep on the floors (and I'm a neat freak!) Top notch service, fantastic facility and incredibly secure and convenient!!

The process could not have been easier! We had an emergency need for storage and within a few minutes we were able to rent a unit and have access to it in the early morning. The location was great to be able to back the trailer we rented the day before just back in and unload. Everything was perfect!

The garage bays are not easily accessible as equipment is in the way for backing a trailer. Luckily my trailer was small. Any bigger and it might not have been possible to get into the garage.
