We’d have a trouble to access the storage building, you can access the building on 2 ways code or card , none of them work, and we notice another person had the same problem, that’s why I gave them 4 stars , besides that great place to store , good location, excellent customer service, and great prices!!

The employees are great and friendly. They help me many times when I ran behind, and the customer service was great from the manager to the employees. Great place to rent I recommend it 100%

Out of all the other storage units out there, I have never had a problem with Uhaul itself. I've used Uhaul for many years when I was in need of moving and storage. You guys never have hidden fees, your prices are worth the units. I return as a customer because no one else treats customers like Uhaul does. Friendly, honest, and accessible. I will always recommend Uhaul over your competitors. Though I've tried to contact others, I've had very poor customer service from Public Storage, Neighborhood Storage, and my most favorite of the poor customer service was CubeSmart. You will forever have my vote on Uhaul.

It would have been great had a family not emptied their entire storage contents into the hall and blocked access to our unit.That was a bad experience.They gave no room for us and were not social distancing/wearing masks which made us uneasy.Other than that I have no complaints.

The free carts to take my belongings to the second floor was a blessing.

The facility feels clean and safe, employees were helpful, and the free use of the carts and the re-use center were incredibly convenient.

Miscommunication about our reserved space wasted an hour of our movers’ time (so we paid for overtime) but this was newbie misunderstanding. We rented a 10x20 space and were given one 10x10. We took a long time trying to explain to the rep at the register that the space was wrong, while our movers waited outside with carts. She argued with us and tried to say we should get a 10x15 which she ket saying was larger(?) than the 20ft space??? Even when we walked her upstairs to see the space herself she said we were out of luck. LONG story short, this location doesn’t have actual 10x20 units, they give you two 10x10’. Rep finally came back after talking to the manager to admit we’d been correct and give us a second space and a free lock for the second one for the trouble. I was charged for the lock anyway. The facility itself is very clean and feels safe, lit well during what turned into a late night move after driving from out of state. I just wish we hadn’t had to go into overtime for our movers because of the facility error.

Fantastic service well experienced help. Quality is excellent staff is excellent . I would definitely recommend uhaul business and storage to friends and family.

I had trouble getting in at first, because I did not know I had to verify and sign in at two different boxes. Overall the move in was easy and loved the back in unload area. Plenty of carts and facility was very clean!

The alarm system is a piece of garbage!!! WTF- Why in the world you one type of alarm on the left side and another on the right??? Have one alarm!!! My code didnt work!!! My card didnt work!!! My unit still had a lock on it and the alarm was on when I went to use it!! The idiot working at the front didnt explain this so when I went to go into the building the alarm went off!! The same idiot at the counter told me the hours were 5am - 10 pm...... apparently they are only until 8 pm.....so i just loaded up and drove all the way over only to have the alarm go off and I couldnt unload!!! Now i have to unload everything because its going to rain, re-load it in the morning, and drive back over again!! Stupid system!!! Stupid hours!!! Stupid employee!!!

I thought the staff here was top notch! I just no longer need storage. They have been wonderful and I would return again if I need a truck, storage, or anything you offer.

I always had an amazing costumers service's with all the staffs, everyone is so friendly and helpful, I feel that my stuff where safe at all times and that's a relief, I had to move my stuff for personal reasons but definitely I'm gonna miss such an amazing place. What looked to be a good fit for me when I moved in turned out not to be. I would rate this facility with one word...inconvenient. Every single parking space is full of Uhaul vehicles to rent there is NO spaces for storage customers. There is now only one entrance to the building. No ease of access. Someone is always blocking the door. Contractors in customers way. Building a fence, adding lighting inside (which didnt work while I was there), and using the customer carts. No outside lighting after dark. I was there about four months and that is all I could take. Very inconvenient.
