I will never rent from U-haul again. My bill was was more than the agreement. I did everything that was asked. Retuned it, swept, folded blankets and you doubled my bill.
Gas was below 1/4 tank so we had to get gas early. I feel all trucks should start at a minimum of 1/2 of a tank.
Have more 10' truck available.

This location is always on the ball. Why buy a truck when renting is so easy.
Don't care to use my personal phone to do uhaul check in and out would rather have you guys use your phones otherwise it was a seamless experience
Can't think of anything.
I just think paying for mileage and replacing gas is high especially for people in a pandemic loosing jobs so they have to move out of the home. No AAA or Costco discount.

Everything was great. Employees were kind and prompt. Equipment was clean and ready to go and turn in.
My fuel lines were disconnected by homeless folks apperantly and gasoline started leaking out as I was trying to fill. They should really have better security on site.
Unlimited miles because you charge extra per mile
Rented a 6x12†trailer for side by side ATV and was told to use this and my ATV didn't fit had to return it and still was Charged .. very frustrated and dissatisfied with the service

Noticeable squeaky brakes rear of van. Other than that, this is the 4th time renting a van & always an easy process.
Battery on truck was not working
U-Haul Moving & Storage of Fullerton accepted and processed my return before their scheduled opening hours.
The staff here were professional and very helpful. I was able to reserve a truck and pick it up with ease. Returning the truck was easy and quick.
We went to this store after visiting the Placentia location and they said they couldn't reserve one for us but to go to the Fullerton location. Fullerton had it but the customer service wasn't the greatest. The guy checking us in just left the door open and walked away from us - didn't say another word. The guy who checked us in was GREAT! Younger guy and customer service was much better. I avoid going to this location because the customer service isn't great and there's usually always a long line.
Whoever that was that rang me up and helped with the trailer is a good worker, appreciate his diligence and help.
All staff was very polite and helpful.
They gave me a truck with over 127000 miles on it, this truck was so bad while driving on a freeway it wants to change lanes by itself. I was surprised that they gave me truck which is not appropriate to drive on freeway even though I told your representative that I will be driving close to 100 miles and would like to have a truck which is easier to handle for a 66 years old person. I think since I decline the additional insurance coverage they gave me this truck intentionally so I get in an accident your truck will be repaired at my cost.
The guy helping me was awesome!! He was busy helping other people but he handled his business. He's an asset to your business! Give him a raise!!
We had to go about an hour away to pick up the Car hauling Dolly, wasn't told till a few hours before we were to pick it up. Very inconvenient. Were not informed that an appliance dolly wasn't coming with the truck when it was rented, had to make another trip out to a different location for that. Staff was helpful, but the overall process was seriously lacking customer service. When you go to get equipment that you reserved in advance, it should be at the closest location, your customer shouldn't have to drive over an hour away because the equipment didn't show up at the specified location when it was supposed to, and to be told, "sorry the equipment didn't come here", one of the u-haul staff should've made sure the equipment was available when it was reserved and we were there to pick it up.

Joel service man & other man ( I forget his name Sorry) who I called to reserved a 5x9 trailer, both were friendly & good customers service. Getting checked in and equipment hooked up was in a timely manner. When I returned there was nobody to be found and by the time the guy appeared there was 3 other people waiting to return. All over a good experience will definitely be back
Mark from the Orange location, was the absolute worst rep I ever dealt with. Poor communication skills as a company entirely, I booked an auto transport and had a confirmation number, I showed up to the Orange location to get my auto transport, they told me they had rented it out to somebody else. I needed a trailer by 11 AM. They had me for pick up at a Fullerton Location, except it was for a tow dolly. I never asked for a tow dolly, this region of U-Haul's Could definitely use some work.

As a first time renter, I have noticed that the inside of the truck does not have the tools like dolly that mist people say would be ready for use. Good thing I was able ti borrow from a friend before picking the truck up. It maybe bec of our current pandemic situation that you altered the services if your tools but it would be more easier fir costumers to have this kind of services.
Edgar Godniez and then team were understanding and extremely caring/courteous. They all really made sure everything I needed was provided and in a time of a shortage, were able to make my move successful. Thank you. Everyone working there is awesome and I hope they are given recognition for their exceptional customer service!

i thought that the service i received here was impeccable, he knew the information about his product he was fast and a very polite young man.
My pick up location was changed to 30 miles away the day before puck-up. I was compensated for the mileage but not for my time.
We paid with cash when we are done but a week later a charge is charged to my credit card for 10.00 dollars. At least it not like the Placenta location where we paid $93.18 in cash and the manager took my $100.00 BILL and gave me my change two weeks later she charged my card for the same amount. The store manager put my 100.00 dollars in her pocket. Got no help from that location or corporate in Arizona Buyer Be wear watch your wallet

It's important and It would benefit the customer ANYTIME they move out to be reminded that there is a "walk-thru" when moving out of the unit. Other than that, it was a good experience.

only had one box 40H and clerical area created 04H. We received and returned. Then received storage box for 04H. A lot of time to get it straightened out. Say they closed the account and credited.

Thank you for the friendly service. Just a suggestion, when folks call 24hrs in advance to access their U-box/container, let them know they need to call at least 30 mins prior the day of for access!
I only had U boxes stored and then delivered. I did not go to the facility, but the communication regarding delivery and pickup of empty boxes was great. Everything went perfectly? I was very pleased
This location is full service and is professional.

Awful experience, will never use UHaul again and would never recommend. Charged us multiple times without reason, then when we called, would never give us straight answer. Took 8 calls to resolve.
Fullerton handled the local delivery of a box (pod?) we shipped thru U-Haul's East Green Bay, WI facility. Your driver, Meghan, delivered our box very politely and professionally.

Had some issues with the order and after pushing and calling U-Haul they were helpful and got it fixed
I don't even have items in storage with this location, yet they bill me and put liens on imaginary storage units. U-HAUL IS A FRACTURED BUSINESS. By far, the worst storage experience in 57 years.
My experience with UHaul was very good. Reservation of the UBox was easy, and we were able to adjust our delivery type without a hassle. My only issue was with the app functionality when returning van
