1. Driver side was whit something damage, 2. And I asked to the lady I’m gonna used just about 30 miles. And she said. Here we charge 50 miles for Deposit, and I Asked her. I’m not new customer and this is a first time that a U-Haul agent asking me that. And she said here this is the policy, Maybe I’m Ron but that’s is true my first time the U-Haul do this to me, and for the damage seat I get just $5 credit

Am wrongfully charged for fuel fill-up service and EZ fuel sale. I filled the rental truck before returning it always which off course there's a gas station right next to the U-Haul rental location.

Service very slow I had an appointment at 10:00am I had to drive 1 hour from the rent point and I let them know and I started the issue in about at 7:00 am and from one station they send me to another because they can not solve my problem so it took me 2 1/2 hour to get a car with a dolly transport and I almost lost my appointment I had to call them to extend the appointment time and was embarrassed for me

Informed about the fuel. I returned the truck with same fuel amount it was handed to me. I informed the lady who took the truck and told me not to worry about. I was just charged 12 dollars for something I was told not to worry about.

Unfortunately the location is very cramped. Loading a U-Box on location is very unforgiving, and while the staff do the best that they can to accommodate (especially Lee! She was super nice and helpful!), they're limited by their resources. A bigger parking lot that doesn't look like street parking on a crowded one way street would make this a lot easier. Having a designated spot for loading U-Boxes would also be a major help. All-in-all, the friendliness of the staff brought the ratings I gave this location way up.

Employees really need more training on the computer system. We were at the counter for almost one hour, with two employees full attention and they really struggled to check us in. No employee was around to help us put the trailer on the vehicle. Luckily my husband is experienced. Still would have been nice though.

Service was horrible. There was only one person willing to help. The lady that first received us told us to back up the trailer and park it in the back. I told her that we could not do that because we didn't have experience backing up a trailer. She insisted! She said that we were the ones that needed to back up and park the trailer in the back. After a few tries, we couldn't do it, so I went back to her and told her that we need someone to help us out. She wasn't even trying to help, the service from her part was horrible. I went inside the store to try to talk to someone else, another lady was there, but she didn't even acknowledge me. After a couple minutes, I had to approach her and told her that we needed someone to help us with the trailer. She was like, "I am going to use the bathroom, after that I will find you someone to help you." Between that time, a guy who was finally nice, and attentive came and told me to give him a few minutes so he can help us parking the trailer. He was the only one willing to help. The overall experience was horrible, except for the last part were we finally got someone nice who really wanted to help.

This location had great customer service. I was about to use a closer uhaul to me but my interaction with the manager over the phone as well as the other locations bad reviews brought me to this location. Glad i went with this one. One tip is to have online trucks ready to go. I had a truck parked in front of the one i was supposed to pick up in the morning.

Keili has done excellent job in tracking down the issues: 1) the first truck has a big screw on the tire it sound like leaking, Le Tam did replace it with a van. 2) the system automatically use the truck mileage on the Van replacement so it was 123miles and exceed 100 mile the computer system automatically charge $99. 3) the error piled up, Keili patient ly fix it and reimburse my charges back to my credit card. 4) Keili should be the GM of tis operation, outstanding customer service, business acumen and smart 5) Keil worth taking 5 star but Uhaul office fluk to be almost zero out of ten.

The truck has nail on the driver rear tire the rate was $19,89 but charged $89, I followed the U-Haul help desk and return the key as instructed and being charged $20, this company is a highway robbery and J am showing in sicial media if not being reimbursed!

Clean the glass and truck cab inside and out. Actually check the oil and top up the tires before renting to me (tires were at low 70’s and oil life was zero). Actually check the car planned to be hauled on a trailer as directed, when the car was offered for inspection (did not happen). Actually email the revised charges to me as promised (was not).

We filled up to the rental level for gas but we're still charged. My husband was pissed but I just moved on because we were in a hurry. Gas estimates need to be clear.

First of all, they take a picture of your driver license with a cell phone.That is a BIG ethical business No-No, and should even be ILLegal! All they need to do is input your name, lic #, exp date, and state of issue. I returned the trailer on time on Dec 31 2019. Also, long story short, I was blatantly lied to by the attendant when I went to inquire why my card was charged a second time for triple my original charge. I proved my case and my account was refunded.

Just the glass was dirty. Have a spacicous open counter; move the sales kiosks away! From the counter! $60.00 for 2 hours rental is high, you should offer dicount for QUICk rentals just picking up a fridge at the store.

Horrible, I returned my truck as agreed for 2 days at 1053 am due at 1055am They then charged me a third day after I left the facility. Now they won't answer the phone for me or uhaul customer service

Every location has different rules I know they’re some Dealers and some are actual Uhual facilities but most of the time it’s difficult not knowing when you get to the place to get a truck and they tell you you have to have a card with a hold of any amount they feel like or they don’t accept cash payments. I always get trucks and the other day my card was placed on hold for $118 when I knew and told the cashier that I wasn’t going nowhere near that far for me to be charged $64 for 50 miles just to leave with the truck. Usually the hold is for $100 if it’s a prepaid and I either pay the difference or you guys refund me but as I said each location is different and that makes things difficult sometimes when renting a truck so I just ask if you all can be on one accord since it’s all Uhual whether it’s a dealer or franchise location. Thanks

Rented auto transport trailer. Front tie down strap had been incorrectly wound back into ratchet, took 45 minutes in rain to untangle strap out of ratchet. When I returned trailer, it was not properly checked in and I was billed for 3 days instead of 1. SPent 30 minutes on phone to straighten that out.
