Returned truck at 2:55 from a 3:08 pickup. Persin checking it back in marked it arrived as an hour late and charged and extra day of use and insurance, also charged more fuel. Truck was driven 19 miles and 6 gallons of fuel added and was clearly above the 5/8th level required even though the level at pickup was barely above 1/2 but marked 5/8. Literally stealing money from their customers.

I can't think of anything to improve your service. The manager was helpful, answered our questions fully and, more importantly, was patient and kind. The trailer did it's job. I had dealings with another location a few weeks ago, but needed to cancel. They, too, provided excellent service. Do you have some sort of magic customer service training program?

From the front counter to the outside workers they are excellent at their jobs and they do a great job so I wouldn't change a thing because they are all very professional and all are very great with the customers

Well, first and foremost, I recommend having the trucks that customers reserve. I booked my truck almost a week in advance and got a call 2 hours before picking up my truck telling me my truck was not available, when I moved my time back which was an inconvenience for me I showed up and then had to wait another hour to get a truck because again the truck that was reserved for me was not available. Due to the severe delay I had to pay my movers an additional $130 to make up for the time lost due to having to wait on Uhaul. This was absolutely my worst experience with uhaul and despite all of this, I didn't receive an apology once. All Uhaul did was cost me extra money, and personally I would not recommend using Uhaul for someone's next move.

The 2 guys that work here took absolutely good care of me. I came right in at closing. They had every right to be upset and weren't. They were so nice and friendly. Leaving I told my son that was probably the best customer service I have ever received.

Have an employee walk outside with the customer when they come to pick up the rental. We had a ton of questions when we were checking if the previous damage was marked and had to walk back inside. Also we didn't know how the headlights worked on the truck so we were unable to move at night when we had planned to. An employee could have show us that they were old school headlights where you had to pull the lever out to get them on.

The check in was great!! Fast helpful. Pleasant people to work with. Checking out on Sunday Oct9th was not. The lady behind the counter was rude and talked down to me!! She also treated her own customer service representative that way when he asked to talk to her.

When we arrive to pick up the truck we reserved we were told the system kicked our reservation out because we where a hour late. Our original reservation was from 7:00am to 8:00pm. The clerk told us they only had 1 truck and it needed to be returned by 3:00pm or we were going to be charged and additional $300 and that was the only 26 foot truck left available in the DFW. We ordered 2 dolly's with the reservation and the clerk said they only had 1 left because we were late. We agreed to move forward with 1 dolly and the truck and started rushing to get everything moved before the new 3:00pm deadline. After leaving the rental office we then received a text message about 30 to 45 mins later stating we could return the truck at 8:00pm the original drop off time. We called asking if this was true because we were just told it needed to be dropped off at 3:00 or we would be charged. Lupe assured us that the original reservation was still in the system and we had the truck until 8:00pm. We were lied to and made to believe the reservation was canceled to get the truck back early then what we originally planned. Very unprofessional.

If your gonna take a deposit for a tow trailer, please let me know within a reasonable time frame that the tow was returned ! I never got the email return receipt until the next day ! I used Uhaul a lot so I don't want to jeopardize my account due to lack of communication with staff and equipment return system !

The first motorcycle I rented had a defect in the wiring that was shorting out the towing fuse in my car when I turned on the turning signals. It took all day to figure out. I had to go to a separate trailer repair place to figure out the issue (it cost me $90 to fix the fuse). When I got back to U-Haul they had a different trailer they gave me and everything worked fine. I didn't take it back to U-haul originally because they said they didn't have another trailer and they didn't know if they could fix the issue. This was unfortunate but eventually everything got worked out but it put me 6 hours behind schedule.

Desk/sales personnel acted like they were king/queen. They picked the order of who they helped. Wasted time talking to multiple people at a time. Could not focus on completing one sale before talking with someone else. I was the only one with a reservation but it took almost 45 minutes to get out of there. Will not go back!!!

I'm very upset with the over all service I did an online order at a site that didn't have staff present. My rental cost $254 or more and I didn't even use the unit I had a very hard time reaching anyone finally when I called on a Monday which was the fourth day of the rental and informed them I didn't use the unit and what type of reimbursement, refund or credit I was to receive the lady informed me she was going into a meeting with her boss and would reach back out to me with results and NEVER did POOR BUSINESS PERIOD

Uhaul was a nightmare to deal with. Ruined my move and cost me hundreds of extra dollars. I was never contacted that my location changed. I went to another location and was told they didn't have my truck. I had to call you to find another truck. Then I had to can to ANOTHER CITY to get it. Never again

Staff is inattentive and lazy/rude. I've rented from this location 2 other times, and I've Walsh's hoped it was just a bad day. This time I waited in the empty waiting room for almost 20 mins. 2 separate employees walked in, talking on their cell phones on a clearly personal call, stood directly in front of me, while I was waiting in front of the computer desk, and didn't help me. Just blatantly ignored me and walked back out. The 3rd employee, I asked if they could help me when they walked in, and they ignored me and walked back outside to smoke. When the owner finally came in, he helped me. The person who “helped” me hook the trailer to my truck wouldn't get off his phone call to answer my question about how the dolly worked, and just told me to “figure it out” when I asked him again he said to the person on his call, “hold up, I gotta do something” and then looked at me and said “alright, what do you want” very rudely, as if I was inconveniencing him with his job…. This is the 3rd and last time I'll use this location. There is a better location 5 miles further from my house, and the extra driving alone will be less than the time waiting at this location.

The technology to check me in was not working correctly. They had difficulty printing the contract and the link to take a picture of my ID did not work. The 10-ft truck was supposed to have a quarter a tank but by the time I went 1 mi the fuel red light was on. Checking the truck back in was easy.

The customer service person totally disregarded what I needed or wanted and instead gave me what she thought would work better. Even though I did not live in the city or town and was not planning on returning she booked me for same pick up and drop off location when I was needing one way only! After three long days of moving by myself I was forced to drive the Equipment back to the location from where it was rented !! 400 miles away !! To make it worse they charged me an additional day with late fees after already costing me an added trip an additional 150 in gas And missing one day's work just to return the equipment

Many thing went wrong with this location such as having the truck completely empty on gas. I was given a $17 credit if I came back with at least a quarter of a tank of gas. I don't know the gallons per mile this truck gets so I put in $111 in which takes me from empty to 3/4 filled. I return it with 1/2 a tank after ~120 miles was put on the truck and I only get $17 nothing else. That's not fair to a customer who leaves the truck in better condition than they received it. Also, the truck had major scratches on the truck and the picture on the truck was extremely faded. The employee who checked me out the truck sent me a link to inspect the truck and the truck looked practically brand new in the pictures of the inspection link. Of course I had to dispute every picture because there was prior damage to me taking the truck. But if I wasn't as through as I was this could have an extremely bad situation for me. The truck is in bad shape as well, when you press the brakes it makes an extremely loud noise as almost the brakes are going to fail. I've been in similar trucks with Uhual and I've never heard this sound and that same employee says oh that's normal even though his theory on why it was normal was not correct. I have used Uhual many many times and have pleasant experiences but the entire process of getting this truck was horrible. I would not recommend using this place to anyone.

Truck seemed old and made some concerning mechanical sounds. It also wouldn't accelerate smoothly and the alignment was pretty off. I had to keep the steering wheel turned to the left about 45 degrees in order to go straight. On the positive: The staff inside the store were very friendly, personable, and gave clear instructions on returning the vehicle. Equipment was easy to find. The online check-in feature was very nice and sped things up.

Everyone seemed miserable, the suspension of the truck popped a lot and didn't make you feel comfortable while driving. I called the store 5-6 times and no one answered trying to extend since I couldn't extend I rushed it back but was a few hours late and still charged full amount for an extra day. Won't be going back to this location.

Took the man in front of me more than half an hour to rent his trailer and in the end his paperwork still wasn't right. When staff came in and told the employee it was a problem she replied she would not fix it and to get someone else. I reserved my unit online but still had to spend 15 minutes with the employee and do it all over again. I was only able to get mine done properly because the manager finally came in to fix the female employee's previous problem she refused to fix. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. All of the staff outside were polite, friendly, and helpful. Inside was just the one woman who barely knew what she was doing. When I left there were at least 3 people waiting behind me. If Sunday is busy please staff the counter better or at least with someone competent. Worst experience renting a unit I've ever had at any facility. Will not ever rent here again when my free month is up.

I tried to cancel my unit since I evacuated my unit many times, including requests with regard to my missing items but the uhaul would not facilitate the process. They refused to follow up for months and I had to file disputes and call corporate number many times which also proved to be problematic.

Hate them. I rented a TRUCK ONLY for my brother back in 2018. Upon returning the truck my brother needed a rental and their lazy employee decided to put a rental unit in my name WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and then has been harassing me four 3 years about a unit I DID NOT RENT NOR HAVE ANY ITEMS IN SAID FACILITY. I have told them this on several occasions, even talked to their manager there as well but yet they still continued to harass me for payment. This ridiculous and a lazy employee that didn't want to do their job and change all the information over and it has caused me nothing but headaches over the last few years.

My 10 x 10 storage unit was on the 2nd floor. I stored furniture and some larger items in it while our new house was being finished. When I went to remove the items, the freight elevator was out of service ... and it had been like that for over one month. Therefore, we had to take all of those items down two flights of stairs ... that should not have happened if they fixed the elevator soon after it broke down. I would not advice anyone to store items above the ground floor.

U-Haul has always been very friendly, helpful and overall customer service has been attentive to their customers. We had a misunderstanding but the employees on the phone and at this place, went the extra mile to help us out. If we need to in the future, we definitely go back to rent from this place. The facility itself was fine but the staff at the facility is what brings the score down, except one grey haired gentleman who had owner on his badge and he is not the owner listed on the website. But, the owner on the website was just as rude as any employee there. When I went to access the unit, my access card was no longer valid and, an extra lock was on the unit. I was told it was because I did not use an approved lock style. Well, it seems my lock was working just fine because no one broke into my unit. And, what was really funny, the people who were locked out for non-payment had the same style lock I had on mine. So, I guess my lock did do the job correctly. Basically, they wanted me to buy a lock from them and since I did not I was locked out of my own unit. What really made the experience even better was, the manager/owner had to break into the lock he had put on my unit because they had lost the key. It took him all of 3 min, once he had all the tools and such with him, to get into my unit. How secure was this lock? I know my combination so it only took me 15 seconds and no tools. To wrap it up, I paid my bill on time. Had my unit locked with a solid lock and, was locked out of my unit electronically and with an "approved" lock. Basically, I don't plan on using U-Haul storage units any longer. I paid my bill on-time each and every quarter and left the unit in the shape it was when I first rented it over 2 years ago. I moved to another facility which was lower priced, larger, easier to access and, has friendly staff. Also our move was made difficult because someone had put a couch into the middle of the hallway and no one had moved it in over 2 weeks. I bet the couch is still sitting there as of this writing 4 days after moving out.

Richard was very helpful and Informative and made me feel like my stuff was safe and secure at this facility. I would definitely recommend them as well as use them again if I needed to.
