Great customer service from the staff, really appreciated it !

Everything went great. Mr. Bacon was polite and helpful.

The $19.99 in town moving is just a bait and hook. I was not even told it only works if you return it to the same location. With as tight as money is right now, the procedure should have been transparent so the customer can make a decision that fits their needs and budget.

For the future - advise customer other options to return equipment - drop off zone was very crowded, this made it difficult to drive out of the parking lot with my own vehicle - could have caused damage to my vehicle if I was not cautious.

I liked the convenience of booking with my local automotive specialist, Eddie Haggan of Haggan Auto & Tires, Branchburg, NJ. Eddie helped me with several changes to my order.

I also appreciate the customer service of Ed Haggan of Haggan Auto & Tires on Rte 202 Branchburg, NJ. He helped me make two changes to my original order and all went very smoothly. Thank you, Ed!

The guy who checked me out did not bring the vehicle to me, he made me go get the video myself and had a very bad attitude, highly not recommended

The only problem I have is get an over all print out of my usage and amount

I moved out of this unit on June of 2020. I paid the balance and went in the office, the clerk told me to empty the unit and take the lock with me. I did. On my way out I stopped at the office again and he told me no docs need to by signed. I then get bills for each month after my move out. In multiple attempts to contact this store the phone was hung up. Terrible expierence! And I moved out on June/2020 not Jan/2021.

You only gave me 31 miles for my trip. When i went to return your own employee said you rip people off that way. I wont ever use uhaul again.

I dropped off truck after hours, so convenient was the website for return.

The trailer i rented worked perfectly. Unfortunately one of the back lights didn't work as I found out when I was pulled over by a Georgia state trooper. Need to make sure all lights are working before renting out trailers.

I look all information before online and I select the location that I pickup the truck and next I are outside with truck do not have sufficient gas and them call me I don't return the truck to the location is more near and convenient for me them charge me more money when that supose to give me the credit I return a truck a lot more gas them give me a truck

Made a reservation for a 10foot truck and some other equipment. The reservation was made in advance and the dolly was not available. It would have been nice to be notified so other arrangements could by made.

Employees were friendly an efficient. Process was much easier and quicker than I had expected.

Make sure you inspect inside of trailer and should use recent photos of trailer. Employees weren't that friendly and had very little knowledge about the equipment. D minus

Fo overnight drop outs, making sure the area is well lit or have a lot of light to that customers can see their surroundings better.

every time i rent a truck certain emergency lights go on. I don't n=know if the type of trucks but its not good. what if they were really a problem.

I was doubled charged for 1 rental. I went back to the rental site where I picked up the truck and was told to call customer service. I called customer service and the representative told me that UHual had a glitch in their system that doubled charged some customers who made reservations online. Couldn't give me a confirmation or send an email informing of the refund. I asked for a time frame, the representative couldn't provide one either. Extremely frustrating for a customer who has used UHual several times in the past.

Fast, Friendly service

False advertising on storage unit. The truck I rented had the check engine light on the entire trip.

when I moved my stuff to the storage gate was broken so gate had to be left open and this went one for at least a week. another time I went there at 6:30 pm lights for building 6 and 7 were out..

I checked in online. it was fast & easy. when I got to the storage it was clean & they had left me the lock with keys. the only negative is gate was open because it was broken.

I moved from Texas to Orlando using U-Haul truck for my moving, I kept my unit #543 for 2 years, I used U-Haul truck for my moving to my apartment. Thank you U-Haul for making everything easy for me!!

For the most part everything worked out as planned with moving 2 u boxes across the country. One minor glitch along the way however it was handled quickly and the GM Richard was a great help.

One small hiccup from customer service phone call that was resolved the next day other than that it was a very smooth delivery from start (San Diego) to finish (Orlando). Thank you

Was billed several times after I turned in my UPod!!! One time being a charge over $500!!! This issue wasn’t fixed for months and continued to happen. I’m not sure if it is fixed now!!

a blow out on the trailer; bad wind shield wiper I arrived in in Fl. was told you had a unit I needed it was the only one left had to pay first month rent if I get it frustratin
