They were very welcoming me as I was moving my things out of the way kept asking me if everything was okay I was very pleased with the service. Sandy the manager woman sanitizing the office. Bathroom very clean . I saw her sanitize the trucks when when someone return them. Truck that I got was very clean windows clean smell fresh.

Very, clean and friendly. Move-in process was very convenient. Completed everything online, I was able to pull right up enter my gate Gide and begin moving. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by my name so that was a plus. The couple that lives on site are excellent. I will always recommend.

Joe was a pleasure. He “wanted†to make sure everything was good to go for me….as opposed to just dealing with another person. Honestly there are other Uhauls closer to me but I do prefer going to this one because of Joe. To prove my point, I just rented and returned the truck today and already reserved another one with Joe for next week.

Rentals should be on a first come first serve basis. We reserved at another Uhaul located a month in advance so that we would have a trailer. They then assigned us to the Granville one the day before even though people reserving trailers after us got their trailer at our desired location. So instead of driving 10 minutes roundtrip, we had to drive an hour round trip. Worse experience and will never use Uhaul in the future.

The two folks that helped us, a woman when we picked up the cargo van, and a gentleman that was there when we dropped it off were wonderful and helpful. Also the person who helped me on the phone initially to find the vehicle was also kind, helpful, and efficient with creating the reservation. Happy customers. Joe was the best UHaul employee I've ever worked with. He was very friendly and explained things very clearly. The shop was clean as well as the rental truck. He even let us keep the truck half an hour after our scheduled return and gave us a discount when we drove it back early! I would be more than willing to drive out of my way to go to this location again.

This is the 4th time I have worked with this location in 2 years, 3 of which were to help family/friends move, not even for myself. I can't say enough wonderful things about them.
